14 Customer Survey.

In the morning Austin takes a broody shower , still shaken by his nightmare. He ties his own tie which reminds him of the first time Denise tied it for him, back at that trip to the County A nine years ago. her offer had taken him by surprise he seemed to feel every bit of the closeness such an intimate act can create. In the present, he tosses away his tie and goes without it.

Denise is obsessed about Austin last call wondering what it means that she is one of the two people who can't call him inconsiderate. She asks Director Nathan if he ever met Austin elder brother and he says no but he heard he lives overseas. he does think it strange that he not involved in the business despite being the eldest.

When Austin arrive at work, he goes straight to his office, purposely ignoring Denise. she notice his lack of tie and bring him one , but he tells her to stop doing things like this anymore . he continues "You were right . I am selfish and egotistical. That why I can understand why you want to Quit. "

feeling bad , Denise says that not what she meant last night . but Austin says that he realised that he can't have everything he wants so he will let her go if she stays one more month to train her replacement. he dismisses Denise and turns his back ,so she leaves looking confuses and unhappy.

Austin begins to put effort into helping train Janet to do Denise job. leaving Denise to feel left out. when Janet is not prepared Austin blames Denise for her lack of training. he warns her firmly not to disappoint him .

when Denise gets a chance She tries to clarify what she meant during their calls last night but Austin refuses to dicuss personal matters at work. He speaks to Janet Denise narrow her eyes to see him smiling and relax while taking to new secretary. she huffs think how she will spend her month.

Janet ask Austin if she should start helping him with personal matters like tying his tie, but he says it's not necessary. he tells her that her job is to pretend she is training for Denise job for next month.

At evening

Denise goes to dinner with her friends and her last single friend passes her invitation for upcoming wedding. they ask Denise will she get married, one friend ask if she is interested in blind date with her finance friend who has seen her photo and show interest.

All Denise can think is about Austin staring out the window with his back to her after agreeing to let her go . she comes back to reality just her friends says that her potential blind date is a journalist, and Denise ask if he could find out about a past incident.

A waitress comes by with a customer survey( question air) and when Denise station to fill it out all of the questions asked about things she like if she had a boyfriend. she thinks that the writing style seems familiar and it will turn out that Austin wrote the question and paid the restaurant to have her table answer them.
