I heard a loud bang, making my knees go weak. I closed my eyes tightly Hoping what am thinking is wrong. I felt a hand touching my shoulder, I slowly opened my eyes to find Zion staring at me with a smile.
"What...wh..." I stuttered. I spot the big men on the ground with blood everywhere, and two men are holding Tom with a handcuff on his wrist.
"This is not the end, you're both going to pay for what you did" he shouted.
His face shows no regret. Zion embrace me in a tight hug making all my worries wash away, when we pulled he stared directly into my eyes, soft tears pricked my eyes. He wiped off the tears with his thumb and placed a soft kiss on my forehead, a familiar shiver ran down my spine.
"Don't worry, everything is back to normal now, he will pay for his crimes" he assured me.
"But how do the police come" I asked confusedly.
"You know am very smart, come let's get out of here" he entwined my hands with his. My lips form a smile.
As we left the place, I saw a car parked at the front gate, two guys came out of the car, I gasped in surprise seeing Ben and Lucifer. I looked at Zion in question.
"Why are they here" I whispered.
"Of course, they are the one's that helped me" Ben and Lucifer walked towards us.
"Am glad you're safe" Lucifer said with a wide smile.
"Thank you Lucifer"
"Since everything is settled now,let's call for party" Ben chipped in.
"Keep your mouth shut Ben, let's get going we need rest" Zion gritted his teeth.
We entered the car, Ben is driving and Lucifer is sited beside him, while me and Zion are sited at the back.
"Woah, I can't believe Zion Blake will fall in love" Ben said while concentrating on his driving.
"I swear Ben, if you don't keep your fucking mouth shut, am going to throw you out" Zion muttered eyes closed.
"OK sorry sir" a smile form on my lips while watching the three friends.
The car came to a halt in front of our dorm. I saw worried Nicole and James, the moment they noticed us, Nicole rushed and hug me with teary eyes.
"Oh God...am glad you're okay, I've been so worried. Its all my fault I shouldn't have left you go alone, nothing.."
"Shh.." I interrupt her. "None this is your fault, what is bound to happen has already happen" I wiped the tears off her face. I embrace James in a hug, his face looks worried too. From the corner of my eyes I saw Zion clenching his jaw jealousy.
After all the emotion moments, the rest left first leaving me and Zion. My eyes teared up again.
"Hey....hey, what happen" Zion held my hands.
"I'm sorry, its all my fault this happened to you"I said in a shaky voice.
"Nothing is your fault. As you said what is bound to happen has happened already. Tom is in prison, I will make sure he pay for his crimes" he pulled me into a hug. That is what in need right now.
"Thank you for saving me"
"No for you, I will do anything" we pulled apart, and he looks into my eyes and I instantly loss in his eyes.
"I have something to tell you Tomorrow" he ran his thumb on my cheeks.
"Okay" I whispered.
"Go inside, you need rest" what I did was unexpected of me, I place a soft kiss on his lips, he pulled me in to taste me more, and I melt in his kiss. The kiss was slow, no sound could be heard only the sounds of our heartbeat. We stayed like that for like eternity. After we pulled apart, I whispered 'goodnight' and quickly ran in.

Today is the day am accompanying Zion to his parent house to say am nervous will be an understatement, Zion told me about his family.
Flashback
"What is it you want to tell me" I said holding Zion's hand.
"My mom passed away when I finished highschool, I was still young back then. I blamed my dad and brother for her death. If dad and mom didn't get into a fight back then, mom will still be alive.
It was a Monday night. I was coming back from hanging out with friends when I heard my parents arguing.
"What Blake...are you serious, your son is reported being on drug and you're going to cover it up?" My mom shouted.
"Do you want me to sit back and watch my eldest son go to jail" dad roared.
"Its all his fault he has to learn his mistakes" mom roared back.
"My decision is final, there is nothing you can do to stop me, am going to introduce him to the company soon"
"What? You are going to introduce your son to the company who is on drugs. Am going to the police station myself" mom shouted. I heard a loud sound. He slapped mom.
"If you go there, I swear you will face my wrath" she held her cheeks, and walk past me weeping, without noticing me. I stood there like a coward without taking any action. That is how she got into an accident after fighting with dad. From that day I blamed my dad and brother.
End of flashback.
"I'm sorry" I whispered. Zion whose eyes has become red offered me a weak smile. I cupped his face, looking deep into his eyes.
"Look Zion, forget about the past and embrace the future. Am sure your mom will be happy if you do that, and beside your father and brother have learnt their mistakes" I could see him tensed he sure misses his mom.
"I will think about it" he kissed my lips. We don't seems to go without a kiss every time we meet.

"Hey check this out" Nicole voice bring me out of my thought. A purple strapless dress that the back is open.
"No...it's too revealing" my eyes capture one black off shoulder dress with shinning stones at the front wow my inner voice spoke.
"I'll take that " I point at the dress.

We bought the dress together with a flat shoe. We paid the bill, which is a little bit expensive, thank god I have some savings from my part time job.
"Now what left is just for you to get dress up" she clasped her hand together.

It's 7:00pm, am getting ready as Zion is picking me up by 8. I took a hot shower, after drying my hair I wore the dress I bought together with a light makeup.
"You look breathtaking, Zion will fall head over heels for you" I rolled my eyes. We heard the sound of doorbell it must be him.
As I opened the door my eyes met with a beautiful one, he's dressed in a black suit, his black hair combed back.
"You look beautiful" his voice spoke.
"Thank you" you look hot too my inner voice said.
"Perfect couple, let me take a pics of you two" she took her phone from the center table.
"Nice, you're good to go, I will forward the pics to you guys" "bye" she waved at us.
"Shall we" he extends his hands and I placed my hand on his.
