1 Red Sky

"Hey did you see the sky?"

"Oh yeah, it's red!"

"Huh?"

"Really?"

"Wow! It's true!"

Rumours were spreading across all of Peru because of the sudden color change of the sky. Leo was very aware of this, Leo was sitting on the hill and was staring up at the bloodshot red sky. "Beautiful!" he thought making a microscope with his hands at staring at the sky.

The very next day Leo was playing with the neighborhood kids on the hill but just then a lightning bold struck the tree next to one of his friends: Jaylin. "Aaaaaa!" Jaylin yelled as panic struck. Leo noticed something. "If it's thundering then why is the sun still out?" he asked.

"Dad?"

"Yes?" replied Leo's father not looking away from his ship sculpture.

"Have you seen the weather changes?" asked Leo as he took a bite of his bread.

"I haven't seen it, but I've heard." answered Leo's father as he stopped sculpting and looked up at Leo who shook his head okay and left the house as he finished his bread.

"I'll look for the cause of this next Tuesday." Leo thought.
