Let's Have Tea Together Sometimes

Chapter 67: Let's Have Tea Together Sometime

The old, dark house remained underground.

No matter what, fixing the ancient cauldron didn't change the fact that the cottage was now underneath the Morgan Marsh. The trio of renegades came out of the house. Walked on the wooden porch. Junk was the first one who stopped walking and crashed down. Sitting on the edge of the porch. Resting for a short moment. April stopped not too long after with him. September never sat down with them. She remained standing up on the porch, not too far away from them, and crossed her arms together. By now, she had placed her orange jack-o-lantern breastplates back on top of her tits.

"This was fun!" The first one who broke the awkward silence was no other than April. She had a big, big smile on her face, and she couldn't wait to be part of more adventurers of that nature.

"You seriously thought it was fun?" the Minotaur asked her.

"Yup! I particularly enjoyed the part where you saved all of us. That was pretty nice of you, if I can say so," she was obviously glad she was still alive and that no one had perished at the slimy and liquid hands of that horrible and dangerous elemental monster.

"No kidding."

"So, what happened exactly? I know that monster was not something normal? As you already know, I'd never have sex with someone else and that's because the green elemental was not someone or something else, right?"

"That's right. Pepo explained everything to me."

"Who's Pepo?" April asked him.

"A pumpkinfolk. Anyway, she explained to me that the green slime was, in fact, me. It was part of my energy. While I was unconscious, I controlled it the entire time. I did. And once I was awake, I could still feel him with my energy. Heck, I can still feel him right now."

"Oh, wow! So that was really you in there? I have not gone crazy, yet. Good. I knew he tasted just like you."

"Impressive," September shrugged.

"Did you know about this, Queen?" Junk asked her.

"I hoped I did. No, to tell the truth, I had no idea. That goes to show how much potential you do have as a demon, Junk, you are able to possess multiple bodies at once," she admitted.

"Right, but…" Junk turned his head to the Autumn witch. "Witch. What was that thing exactly? I mean, how were you able to conjure a new creature body for me to use in that cauldron? Did you know that messing with the old cauldron of your old master could do something like that or not?" Junk was in full-on interrogative mode with her. He desperately wanted to know if she knew something like that could happen. It was not every day that brewing some tea could have side effects to create a green monster that he could control, even though it had gone absolutely out of control.

"I knew that my master had a few tricks up her sleeves and that she wasn't telling me everything. I also knew that her cauldron had a lot of mysteries surrounding it, but I promise, I had no idea that making magical milky tea out of it could have an effect on the birth of that creature. Which is deeply interesting," the witch said, almost purring as she did. She was clearly more excited about what the cauldron had been made to do than worried about the dangers that recently ran into. Almost as if she didn't care too much about their lives.

"Deeply interesting? Are you kidding me, witch?"

"You tell me, Junk. After all, you are the bull around here."

"Shh…" April chuckled. Junk turned his head back to the young elvish woman. "Sorry, Junk. She's not wrong, though."

"Can we talk seriously? For one second? Would that green monster have been born if I didn't break the cauldron? Yes or no?"

"Honestly. I think nothing would have happened if you hadn't broken it. It was probably a magical short circuit that reversed the effects of my mana milk, as it ultimately broke. It was an accident. An accident that I would like to try to reproduce at a later time. But that doesn't matter too much right now," she said to him.

"You would actually like to reproduce that accident?"

"Yes. This could be critical in producing more monsters. Faster and better. But as I just said, it doesn't matter too much at the moment. Although, what matters is the fact that your first, real and official shot at practicing pumpkin cultivation and the art of magical crafting was a sheer success in your case. You did it. You fixed the cauldron in no time. The only thing you had to do was to meditate, to focus, and tap into your own energy," the witch congratulated him.

"Well, I don't know what to say about that. It worked. I'm just glad it did," the Minotaur looked the other way and snorted.

"I sure hope Pepo wasn't too hard on you, though," she said.

"Okay, I really need to know who that pumpkinfolk person is… Whose Pepo?" April randomly asked, pretty confused.

"She was fine. Let's not talk about that too much. Okay? What are we going to do here? The house of your master is still here. Underground. What are we going to do about it? The monster might have been dealt with, but the magical tea he was made out of is still in the cauldron? What should we do with it? Throw it out? I don't know anymore. Why was this old house teleported here while we were sleeping last night? It doesn't make any sense?" The demon knight had too much information to process for himself. Too many questions, not anywhere near enough answers as well, which maddened him to say the least. It was almost to the point that the horned beast wished to break everything around him, starting with the wooden pillars on the front porch of the house. He was tired.

"About that, I am not messing with you, I don't know."

"You don't know?" Junk continued questioning her. Not believing any word she said. Not desiring to believe anything she said in the first place. He was so tired of her constant lies and secrets.

"No. I don't know why the house was teleported here. But I do know that we shouldn't try disposing of the rest of the milk tea we made. If someone else finds it and tries doing something with it, it could possibly resurrect the elemental and use it for themselves. And we don't want that."

"I just like you guys so much. We should have tea together sometime. Normal tea, of course. Nothing magical. And nothing with Sep's milk," April said as she stretched her arms and yawned.

"I believe I am done with tea for a while, April. Alright. We should bring the rest of the tea with us, then. But don't you think we should investigate the mystery as to why or how the house was brought here in the first place, huh?" Junk questioned her once more.

"Perhaps these guys know something about it or saw something," April re-inserted herself in the conversation again.

"These guys?" the Minotaur asked her.

"Yeah."

"Who?"

"Them!" April pointed in one direction. Junk looked. The house was surrounded by the same undead they had met earlier in the other room of this underground wing.
