Also even if they truly suspect Vicky they cannot point fingers at Vicky without any decisive evidence.
So they cannot convict Vicky with just their suspicion.
After the end of the year feast people left one after the other.
Girls don't want to leave Vicky so they got close to him for some time and finally left reluctantly.
Then they got on the train and left back to their homes.

So he is taking the help of dobby to do this and also learn in the process.
Vicky even sent letter to harry and met with harry to introduce dobby.
Well harry's uncle Vernon is not a good host but Vicky's nobleman's demeanor and his strong charm compromised their hearts.
Harry was very happy that Vicky came to visit.
Vicky offered harry if he would like to visit his home for a few days.
Even though Blaise is in Slytherin he is not so biased as Draco.
Other than that Vicky's interference has strongly changed his personality.

Today is harry's birthday too.

They found an empty corner and dobby teleported Vicky and harry to their mansion.
Vicky did not leave the house elves at Yemaya's house after getting dobby.
He still treats them with care and kindness.
After coming back to his mansion Vicky told harry about how his uncle and aunt has raised him.
Vicky specifically mentioned the incompetence of Dumbledore in taking care of things and causing so many problems.
