6 Chapter IV

It all started when I was 3-4 year old. I started seeing glimpses of life that was not mine in my dreams. Form childhood to adulthood hood it was like like living your life in fast forward mode, it started with small things like eating food, watching Movies, and playing video games (my favourite part). It was like I was sharing my consciousness with someone like two soul in a single body. At start it was from third person view, but slowly with coming years I became him experiencing the same thing as Sourabh, all his sense, feeling, emotions, desires, wants, dreams, and knowledge.

As a kid at first I thought it was glimpses of my or someone else future, as there too much similarities in both world from major past events like WW I and WW II, Major industries and companies being the same , geologically it was a perfect copy too but there was some differences in our life, first of all I was born in year 1967 in New York, and he in 1995 somewhere in Eurasia. Sourabh was a quiet person, not introvert per se but just someone who loves sitting in corner lost in his own world reading comics, or playing video games just not a outdoor person.

He completed high school by the age of 18, UG in Computer Science by the age of 22 and PG by the age of 25 and then got hired by some Tech Internet Giant Google by the age of 27. Married his colleague Rhea at the age of 32, A smart pretty woman who has that infectious smile that just make you forget all your worry, he was really blessed to get her. Before meeting her his life a monotonous routine but with her the life became interesting again. He was blessed with a good family a upper middle class family, not quite rich but just a happy satisfied family with Father a Civil Engineer, mother a housewife, and a elder sister who was a Professor in major University.

Sourabh's main hobbies were watching cartoons, later animes, movies, TV series, reading comics, fiction, fanfiction basically a nerd Without all those negative, so a Mega Nerd or something. And here comes the part that made the biggest changing factor of both our world, In both our world Marvel, DC, and other Disney cartoons and movies are common until now but there was one specific series that was most curious 'HARRY POTTER'. I knew Sourabh was a muggle totally unaware of Magical world that's a reality here but the content of series was like a biography of sort on one magical child and his adventures against a supposedly Dark lord Voldemort. Who suprisingly is an upstart Dark wizard soon to be Dark lord in European region currently. Other important character like One of the most Dangerous Dark lord ever 'Grindelwald' and the one who defeated him 'Albus Dumbledore' are part of our history book in magical world.

So either the Creator of series JK Rowling got the permission in the future by 'Harry Potter' who's 10 year old by now and very much a real thing not a work of fiction, to write about him. Although I don't fathom how she got the permission to publish magical world knowledge (most of were truth) both in printed and movies in no-maj world. Maybe future laws became more lax. Or The magic community itself want to earn money through the wonderful tale of the Hero of magical world and selected JK Rowling as front, since HP franchise was worth billions of dollars.

HP series was just a small part of Sourabh's knowledge and that too was mostly in fragments, by the year 2031 in his time 1971 in mine dreams started disconnecting. By 1976 it stopped completely the only memory remains were from the movies and the last one aired somewhere 20 years ago in his memory. As it was too much of a coincidence to ignore when I was 10 year old I checked various facts by spending quite a sum on British wizarding world and to my surprise all were true. There were James and Lily potter, a married couple recently graduated from Hogwarts also there was civil war going on between various communities there. I wanted to warn them of upcoming doom but it was impossible to get in contact with them being inside a fidelius charm and truthfully at that age Dumbledore seriously scared me and I didn't want to became some puppet to supposedly 'Light lord' who would do anything for greater good. Most of the other people were sheep following their great Herder Dumbledore so I can't trust any of them, not their ministry nor aurors there was too much corruption there at time. So my only option was 'Severus Snape' whom I don't know to trust or not but I still send a warning through an expensive means, one of likelihood of death of 'Lily Potter' love of his life according to Sourabh's memory.

Alas it wasn't meant to be, in 1981 News circulated to whole world about the 'boy who lived' and his dead parents along with demise of Dark Lord. At that time I was only 13, and totally incapable of helping the poor kid who fell in the evil clutches of our great 'Light Lord' and 'Dursleys' living in another continent. Especially not now when Dumbledore would be keep lurking around Harry for few years. By the age of 16 I graduated early from 'Ilvermorny school of Witchcraft and Wizardry' from 'Horned Serpent House'. The little kid was always on my mind for some reason so I need to know how he's doing, still can't go to Dursley's home or meet Harry directly who by the way is very easy to find through no-maj or 'muggle' means 'Telephone Directory' a simple spam call of free gifts and they'll tell you everything. So instead I got dursley couple to come over to me I could get everything I need for them anyways.

Year 1984

In a cafe a thin woman along with hippo of a man was sitting there with greedy expression waiting for someone anxiously.

'Okay at least no one was following them, there's no magic tracking device or spell caster on them, though there's a residue of some magic done on them. Shoryaz eyes suddenly changed colour from Silver eyes to scarlet ohh 'Mind Alteration' but about what? Let's find out'

Shoryaz enters the café and moves to Dursley couple in his 'Muggle Template 3 - simple office worker setup with black hair, average and forgettable face and muggle clothing light yellow shirt and black pants' a completely different person.

"Hello sir, madam I'm Ray Schyeter are you Vernon and Petunia Dursley?"

"Ah Mr. Ray yes I'm Vernon and this is my wife Petunia. I was starting to get worried thinking it was some sort of joke and you're late by 30 minutes of the appointed time-"

"I apologise for my tardiness Sir, my employer asked me to perform additional task that you'll be interested in." A suspicious look was slowly forming on couple's face

"Oh it isn't anything specific or demanding of any sort Sir, madam just what you are already doing but you'll get benefits from them. First of all Congratulations Sir for winning £200 for being an upstanding citizens, here's your cheque sir" 'an amount not too much to raise suspicion but not too little to just dismiss it'

With just the reminder of free money all those suspicion was gone, replaced with excitement and glee 'Greedy bastards' " and sir please sign here, it's just to notify my employer that you received the cheque." Which was basically what's written in official looking document. Making everything look more credible.

"And for other task, sir I'm from company Frontier we provide and perform task for our members at a price, we got members from all around the Europe. My current employer who doesn't want to be named is one of our VVIP client, they belong to certain community of extraordinary people you should be aware of"

There was only confusion on Vernon face but a shocked expression was visible on Petunia face, she suddenly stood up "Yo-you are one of them, a freak!!" With that Vernon also stood up clutching the cheque behind his back while angrily shouting vulgarities "you freak #%~<~"

"SIR" "MADAM" Growled shoryaz forcefully and with fake fear displayed on his face "please calm down, I'm normal human and so is our company we only sometimes perform a task for extraordinary ones. A-and please don't call them f-freak or anything I still want to live my life" I tell them with even more horrified expression on my face.

Even the couple was scared now, they don't understand what's happening why's the man suddenly trembling and become so horrified. "Sir, madam please don't say or even think of any derogatory term for those great Wizards, I don't want my family to be harmed because of your ignorance, especially my baby girl she's only 3 year old"

Now the couple are even more scared now "what do you mean Mr. Ray?"

"You ready don't know, madam your sister was one of them?" Asked Shoryaz acting suprised.

"what are you talking about?"

"Sir, Madam those wizards and witches can read our mind just by looking in our eyes. With a single look they know everything about you, everything. And they're really vindictive in nature even slightest disrespect or insult they would torture you in such horrifying way you'll begged them for death"

And with this statement all the colour was lost on couple face. "Bu-But there's should be rules and regulations they can't do anything they want?" Asked petunia

"Madam those rules apply only when they target another one of their society, and that too wouldn't be an issue if you got enough money to dismiss any crime without any repercussions at all. And we normal human are considered on the same category as pigs or animal they rear for slaughter, there's no law or fine for killing your prey for them." 'More true then false'

There was only silence for a while and then Shoryaz started scaring them further "Sir, madam I know this is hard to accept I was still the same until 3 years ago" ' let's stop for dramatic effect'

"Wh-what happened 3 year ago?" Asked Vernon

"I-I ughh" drinking the full glass of water I started again " There was an colleague of mine he was given a task with extraordinary reward but the task was a little hard to complete, he tried multiple times but somehow failed to complete it, any task given to us are to be kept strictly confidential but one day after getting drunk he blurted out it to some stranger. Also if we can't complete the task in given time we've to return the reward given to us within specific time but suddenly one of his daughter got injured in car accident and a huge amount was required for hospital and operations fees so he used any and all cash he got. That was a mistake, a huge mistake"

'Building the suspense is really fun now let's amp it up a bit more'

"We're always advised not to use any reward before completing our task, even if an emergency never to use it before complete procedural especially if it concerns wizards. The great Lord who made the request somehow got the news and asked my colleague for the task, but he was not in his right mind his daughter was injured and undergoing operations to save her life somehow he started arguing with the client even reaching to profanities and insulting the lord. The lord just left suddenly without saying anything. That night his daughter miraculously healed from all the injuries and was discharged next day, everyone was calling it a miracle, God's grace."

'Now let's start the Scary part'

"My colleague he asked for 2 week's leave to spend time with his family but even after a month he never returned, no call or letter nothing. My boss asked me and another colleague of mine to go his home and ask about his situation. When we went to his house there was a crowd in front of it with both police and an ambulance, the officer was asking neighbours questions one of them said 'I don't know officers for past month there used to come different men dressed in weird dresses daily who this home owner himself welcome every night and they only leave in morning. In night there always comes some noise of wailing and sobbing along with uhh some perverted noises' and at that time two nurse came out of the house and started vomitting one just outright fainted, the police officer that came out with them was himself barely standing himself by holding the gate. The leading officer when asked what happened. The answer the officer gave just made everyone to run far from the place." "S-sir th-there are 4 people inside 2 g-girls of age 12 & 13 and their m-mother in mid 30s and the father"

"Any of them hurt?" Asked the leading officer

"HURT YOU'RE ASKING ANY OF THEM ARE HURT. NO SIR THERE'S NO ONE HURT ONLY TWO LITTLE GIRLS WHO WAS DEF-" before even he was able continue he just fainted with so much anger his body can't sustain.

"Everyone there understood without him completely his sentence, something so horrifying happened there. The leading officer quickly came to check on his junior officer then went inside the house himself. He only came after a 10 min later with so much wrath that if look could kill everyone of us would be dead, and stumbled out of the house breathing heavily. Only after few minutes he gained his bearing and went to his car and started barking orders. In just few minutes dozens of Policemen encircled the whole perimeter"

And with that I stopped, even these two fools got the gist what should have happened. This is actually true story although not about my fake colleague family. There really are wizards and witches out there who just plays with muggles like an animal. They can heal any harm done, erased any memory of any deed done and then just start again. Magical world in the HP series was so fascinating but it's a reality here. Dark lord like Voldemort are just more showing in nature there are even more maniacs among dark ones that do horrible things like this daily and very rarely are those wizards or witches are caught.

'Let's finish the story here' "We only got the complete picture later of what really happened. Sorry but I'm not able to tell you that, I don't ever want to recall those horrifying things ever. Just know this little girls and their mother was like a puppet with theirs string cut, they were just soulless bodies and my colleague he w-was we don't how but molded in the walls of his house but still alive yet he was forced to watch those deeds, and he snapped he was alive but would act like a dog, eat like one, sleep like one, live like one and only sound he could make is bark of a dog." "Our headquarters received only four words from the extraordinary one NO ONE CHEATS WIZARDS" "Even after such a huge incident happened there was no news on this incident like everyone just forgot anything about it the police, the doctors, the media, even the neighbours all just forgot any and everything about that family like they never existed."

And with the end of story both Vernon and Petunia were scared shitless especially Vernon. 'Yeah bastard I know you're using all those money that was meant to be used for Harry. £1000 pound every month that's a whole lot of money for idiot like you and you moron would squander all it on Casino and oh 'call girls' and then blaming poor Harry for wasting your 'hard earned' money. 'Both fear and Greed should be enough to mitigate the mind magic done especially on petunia who freaks out with just the word 'magic' Dumbledore surely did a number on her making the word itself a trigger. It's better if I don't remove it otherwise he'll know instantly and this magic would just drain out in few years itself.' 'Two more steps and I'll be done here'

"NO MY SON IS NOT A F-- normal yes totally normal" nearly screamed Vernon from his stupor"

Petunia holds her husband hands in vice grip "We apologise, it's was just a slip of tongue before"

"Please you also got wizard in your family but if you actively seek wrath from others of their group even your nephew won't be able to save you guys, especially when he's a kid himself." "Also I'm asking about your son is because if he's not an blessed there's a huge chance your grandson or granddaughter would be one, and with your nephew guiding your future generations of any wizard or witch it would far easier for them, since I heard it's very tough for new wizards if both of the parents are normal people like us. But since your nephew is from noble family no one would be able to harm them"

"B-But my Dudley is just a child, my grandson? Granddaughter?" 'yep how do it feels knowing your own grandson or granddaughter could be a 'FREAK' Though there's fewer chance of it happening but still is probable.

'And now with last step'

"Ahh where's my professionalism, I nearly forgot my second and main task"

"W-What's it? Is it dangerous for us?" Asked Petunia

"Oh no absolutely not, as I said earlier it's what you're already doing but now but my client just wants to reward you"

"We-we don't want any reward Mr. Ray p-please"

"O-ONE THOUSAND POUNDS!! what anoTHER?" Asked Petunia completely in befuddlement

"Yes aren't you recieving £1000 pound per month for past 3 years for taking care of your young nephew? Shuffling some random papers "hmm it says Sir Vernon has taken it out from the bank account every month from the day after you recieved custody of your Nephew so that's about 39 months and £39000." "Lady Lily never wanted her son to become burden on anyone especially you madam who was her only family after your parents passed away"

Petunia grip tightened even more on Vernon hands nearly breaking his bones but remain quiet for now.

"Okay Sir Vernon might have transferred it to another account for safekeeping. Now as for my client task, since Sir, Madam is taking care of your Nephew 'as your own child' my client just wants to be another friendly to your Nephew by adding £1000/month for your service since you're the foster parents to young one. He don't want you and your Nephew to be lacking. 'Need to bribe a Social Services team to actually do this but it's worth it they'll recieve anonymous donation of hefty sum that could be used for needy one and could do these task for Harry.

They both signed the page with trepidation, the blank page was now looking like a official binding document with both their name and photos too, with all the details all created with magic, can't really create any official document paper trail it could be used against Harry by any muggleborn witch or wizard working for voldemort group. Oh the irony even these pureblood fanatic need the help of muggleborn or half blood more then the dumb group of pureblood wasterals.

"With this my work is done you'll be receiving £2000/ month from now on. Oh by the way sir Vernon you should keep all the previous money safe, you don't know someone could misuse or squander it. If that happens it would be really troublesome since now an extraordinary one is also involved in this situation anyone who misuse that might just die. After all "YOU NEVER CHEATS WIZARD"

With that I left the cafe leaving a very angry Petunia beating the shit out of hippo oh sorry Vernon.
