8 Ch 8 - Hogwarts Express

We shared a smirk and went to check the vaults.

I grabbed a few artifacts with one of the Potter ones being a necklace that erects a shield to some medium level curses and a ring from the black vault that will warn me of my food being drugged.

I was surprised that it even checks for mundane poisoning and not just potions.

I also grabbed some books and had Kreacher put them all into the black library if I found stuff that I hadn't already seen in there.

I still have not figured out a way to scan books but I can scan pages one at a time so I'll have to upgrade it somehow.

I contracted the goblins to fix up 12 Grimmauld Place because the wards were much stronger then the ones at Potter Manor.

After I left I bought a trunk with an apartment, training room, lab, library, and other storage that shrinks.

Lastly I got the vanishing cabinet from Borges and Burkes.

This way I can visit the ROR even during breaks.

I didn't need any of the books on dark magic as I had all of it stored away in Voldemort's memories and the Black Library had most of the books here.

I also found a rundown wand shop in Knockturn alley and walked in.

Old Man: "What are you doing here kid"

"I need a custom wand"

Old Man: "Oh and what are you going to do if I don't give you one"

I was in my Killua disguise again so I unlocked my mana and tried to project an intimidating feeling on him.

I didn't learn anything about magic that can help me fight yet and I need to be close to use my martial arts.

He tensed up a bit and raised his wand and I started to get nervous so I tried to talk it out.

"I just want a wand and no trouble. If you don't want to sell one to me then I'll just leave

He looked at me warily a bit more before lowering his wand.

Old Man: "Follow me to the back"

I sighed and tried to keep myself standing straight so that he didn't know how relieved I was.

I walked out of the shop with a wand of Yew wood and a thunderbird feather.

He said it will be good for battle, charms, and lightning spells.

Looks like me and Killua share an element.

I had Minney take me back home and I continued to prepare for Hogwarts.

I wanted to do something for a while now and I had Minney as the witness and had her swear not to tell anyone.

No one would think to use a house elf as a witness.

"I Harry James Potter, Heir to the Noble House of Potter, Heir to the Noble and most Ancient House of Black declare that my name shall be changed to Hadrian D Black, so mote it be"

I can now cheat oaths and I had D be my middle name to stand for lack of destiny or denstiny-less as I was not going to be a toy to fate like the original Harry.

A few months later I was dragging a trunk with Hedwig on top towards the train station.

"Hedwig do you know how to get to Hogwarts from here"

She nodded and I told her that I'll meet her there.

I was not going to meet with the Weasleys this time as I always hated Ron's character.

I will try to befriend the twins as they seem fun.

I saw the Weasley rushing and I snuck through the wall before they could see me and got onto the train.

I found an empty compartment and sat down.

Two girls then entered my compartment.

Daphne: "Hello I am Daphne Greengrass and this is my friend Hannah Abbot. Can we sit with you"

"Of course Ms. Greengrass, Ms. Abbot and my name is Harry Potter"

They both opened wide at that and they both had the tact not to ask more which I appreciated.

The girls talked until our compartment slammed open.

Hermione: "Have you seen a toad, Neville's lost one"

"Hello my name is Harry and it is quite rude to enter without knocking or introducing yourself"

She had the decency to blush and apologize.

Hermione: "Sorry, I'm a bit nervous. My name is Hermione Granger"

"Nice to meet you this is Daphne Greengrass, and Hannah Abbot"

They greeted each other and I saw Daphne was staring at me.

"Whats up Daph"

She blushed and turned away with a hmph while Hannah giggled.

Daphne: "Why... Why did you call me that we are not that close."

"Well I though it was cute and you were being all stone faced so I wanted to get you to change expressions and I think it worked"

Daphne: "Cu-cute"

"Hahaha"

Daphne: "Shut up you git"

"Ok ok I'm sorry you can come up with a nickname for me in return"

She stared at me for a bit before answering.

Daphne: "Of course little Pot"

Both me and Hannah looked at eachother and burst out loaughing.

"Li-little pot, where did that come from, hahahahah"

Hannah: "Daphne that was so bad, hahahaha"

Daphne bit her lip and turned so red she looked like she would bleed out of her face.

I looked back up at her and leaned in with a face that was as serious as I could make it.

"You can call me that in private my little daphadile"

I could see steam coming out of her head and it looked like she was about to pass out.

Hannah: "That was smooth Harry, hahaha"

Daphne just let out a hmph with a still bright red face when Malfoy walked in.

Draco: "I heard that Harry Potter is on the train and I wanted to introduce myself. Daphne it is good to see you. I wish you would stop delaying the inevitible."

Daphne immediatley put back on her ice princess mask and told him to leave.

Draco: "You must be Harry Potter, I am Draco Malfoy. We should get to know each other, some friends will be better than others."

He kept glancing at Daphne which I didn't like at all and I could tell it was bothering her.

"Hello Heir Malfoy its a pleasure. Would you leave Daphne alone it seems your presence has upset her"

Draco: "No I will not. She is designed to be my wife. My daddy told me that he would even up the price for the marriage contract but she is still refusing."

"Is that so little Draco. Daddy has to buy you a woman because your one inch dick and ferret for a face won't be able to attract any girls to actually marry you. Leave before I make you"

I used my metamorphmagus abilities to make my eyes flash red and flared my magic like I did with the wand maker to intimidate him.

He quickly ran away without even saying anything followed by his two goons.

Daphne: "Thanks. How did you do that"

"Magic"

She deadpanned me and Hannah started to giggle again.
