Chapter 4: Mom Who Is This Dirty Old Man? (Rewritten.)

Aliya and Gary decided to admit Leo to a Muggle school after Dumbledore's advice, to avoid the chances of Leo developing a superiority complex.

When Leo arrived in front of his class, he noticed a female teacher was taking attendance.

"May I come in, ma'am?"

Leo interrupted the teacher, asking permission to enter the class.

"Come in,"

the teacher looked at Leo and nodded her head.

Leo entered the classroom, feeling the curious gazes of his classmates.

"You must be the new student. Introduce yourself to your classmates,"

the teacher said while correcting her speech.

"Yes, mam,"

Leo nodded and walked to the center of the class board.

"Hi, guys. I am Leo. I guess we wish we could be good friends in the future."

Leo introduced himself with a wide smile.

The teacher nodded her head and wrote Leo's name on the attendance.

"Mr. Leo, you can take your seat behind me, next to Harry Potter."

The teacher pointed at the empty seat behind a lean boy wearing glasses who looked very malnourished.

After pointing to the seat, the class started with English.

'Ohh... what a coincidence, I was in the same school as the Savior.'

Leo, with an amused look, sat behind Harry Potter.

After the bell rang, indicating the end of the class, the teacher left shortly after.

Leo jumped to the seat beside Harry, which took Harry by surprise.

"Hi, I am Leo."

Leo extended his arm with a wide smile.

Harry looked behind him to check whether Leo was speaking to him.

"Did you speak to me?"

Harry pointed at himself with a confused look on his face.

Leo nodded his head. When Harry saw Leo nodding, his eyes started to get wet.

"Hey, are you okay? Why are you crying?"

When Leo noticed Harry, the pitiful boy before him, starting to cry, he asked worriedly.

"No, I am fine."

Harry gave a bright smile while wiping the tears from his eyes.

Even though the Dursley family allowed Harry to stay with them, they never treated him like a child.

They always bullied him and blamed him for whatever problems arose.

Petunia did care about Harry, but it was overshadowed by her fear of wizards.

Vernon took advantage of Petunia's fear to bully Harry to his heart's content while brainwashing her and his son.

Even though in the movie Dudley will change his behavior later and consider Harry a family member, that doesn't mean it is right that they made Harry's life hell.

After chatting for a few minutes, Harry started to open up to Leo.

He was speaking nonstop about his life in his uncle's house with a sad face.

'Leo is treating me nice. Is this how it feels to have a friend?'

Harry was really happy and chatting happily without caring about their surroundings.

When other students saw Harry, the new boy, chatting happily, they started murmuring to themselves.

"Hey, Harry."

Leo suddenly interrupted Harry, who was telling them about how his uncle mistreats him.

"What is it, Leo?"

Harry looked at his first friend.

"Come to my house, Harry. My mother will be happy to know I made a good friend on my first day of school."

Leo invited Harry to his house, which was on the same street.

"Sorry, Leo, my uncle would never let me go to your house if he knew I was going to my friend's house."

Harry declined Leo's invitation to play with him at his house.

Leo didn't give up and tried to persuade Harry to come to his house.

"But... but... Uncle Vernon will..."

Before Harry could finish his sentence, a hand suddenly came behind him and slammed his head hard.

Leo turned his head and narrowed his eyes, looking at a fat boy along with two lackeys standing behind them with a smirk on his face.

It's none other than Dudley and his two lackeys.

Seeing the smirk, Leo couldn't control his disgust.

"You pig face! Why did you hit him?"

Hearing Leo, the smirk on Dudley faded.

He stood still in shock, hearing Leo openly insult his appearance.

Puff...

Hahaha...

Haha... hahaha...

The students around Dudley were able to control their laughter.

Seeing other students start laughing at him, black lines appear on Dudley's face.

When Dudley noticed Harry was also laughing at him, his anger soared at a rapid rate.

His face turned red; he clenched his fist tightly.

"You dare to speak to me like that?"

Dudley tried to punch Leo in the face.

But to his surprise, Leo dodged his punch by ducking down.

After the punch missed, Leo didn't waste any time. He jumped on top of the table and gave a kick right on the jaw of Dudley, which caused him to faint.

Seeing Dudley faint, the two lackeys along with the students started to panic.

"He... he killed him."

One of the lackeys looked at Leo with fear in his eyes.

"Leo, run. I will take the blame."

Harry also panicked and asked Leo to leave.

"____"

'When did I kill him? He just fainted.'

Leo, with a blank look, walked towards one of the bags where he saw a blue water bottle.

He opened the bottle and looked at Dudley, who was lying on the ground after fainting.

"Hey, wake up."

Leo splashed water on Dudley's face.

When the water splashed on his face, Dudley opened his eyes immediately and looked at Leo in fear.

This was the first time someone beat him up. Usually, he would be the one giving beatings, but this guy before him kicked him in the face.

"If you ever bully Harry again, and I find out about it, I will break your neck. Do you understand?"

Leo warned Dudley seriously, with narrowed eyes.

Dudley didn't even answer; he nodded his head and ran out of the class.

"Now he'll think twice before trying to bully you."

Leo dusted off his hands and smiled at Harry.

When Harry saw Dudley was very scared of Leo, his eyes were emitting sparkles like a fanboy, because this was the first time he saw someone beat Dudley black and blue.

Before school ended, Leo finally convinced Harry to come to his house.

"Bye, Harry. I will come to your uncle's house to pick you up at 5 p.m."

Leo waved his hand after packing his bag to leave the class.

Harry nodded his head worriedly.

'Uncle Vernon would be very angry after hearing Dudley was beaten in the school because of me.'

Harry was looking outside the window where Dudley was standing with his friends, waiting for Uncle Vernon.

After school, Leo was picked up by his father, Gary, and they started to walk.

"How was your first day at school, Leo?"

Gary looked at his happy son and asked him.

Hearing Gary, Leo nodded his head.

His son had a good day in the Muggle's school.

Gary had a sigh of relief.

"Father, do you know what? Today, I made a friend in school. His name is Harry Potter."

Leo told his friend's name emphatically.

When Gary heard Harry's name, his eyes widened in surprise.

Then Leo started to explain how his uncle's family mistreated Harry and bullied him.

Gary's face turned red in anger.

'I need to speak with Father. If this goes on, that child might die because of malnutrition.'

Gary went into deep thought.

If that pure-blood hears about Harry's situation, they will try to take advantage of Harry.

When Leo and his father reached the house.

"Mother, I am back."

Leo entered the house while announcing his arrival.

When Leo entered the house, he saw his mother talking to an old man with a long white beard.

"Leo, you are back. Guess who came to see you?"

Aliya asked Leo, who was looking at the old man sitting with his mother, a confused look visible on his face.

Before Leo could react, the old man rushed towards him and lifted him in the air.

He started to spoil Leo, who was struggling to get out of the old man's grip like a frightened cat.

"Dad, let him have a breath." Aliya didn't stop the old man;

instead, she called him dad.

Suddenly realization hit Leo.

'Don't tell me he is Grindelwald, this old man who looks like Santa Claus.'

Leo was shocked to hear his mother was calling this old man dad.

Suddenly Leo noticed the old man's gray eyes, the same as his.

When Leo met the eyes of the old man, he already knew who this old man was.

'He looked nothing like he did in the movie. He was much older, with long white hair and a white beard, rivaling Dumbledore.'

But he tried to tease the old man who had made his life difficult in the future.

"Mom, who is this dirty old man?"

Leo looked at his mother for an explanation of what was happening there.

"He is your other grandfather, Leo, Gellert Grindelwald."

Aliya walked towards them and introduced the old man to her confused son.

When the old man heard Leo, his lips twitched.

Surprisingly, even though they hadn't met until now, this was their first meeting, and Leo didn't feel he was an outsider.

Leo felt closer to Grindelwald.

Puff...

When Aliya heard Leo calling the most feared dark wizard a dirty old man, she started to laugh loudly.

When Aliya introduced Grindelwald, he puffed his chest proudly, expecting Leo to exclaim in surprise, but he was completely ignored.

"Mother, when will Dumbledore's grandpa come?"

Leo asked Aliya excitedly.

Crack...

"Dumbledore!!! Even now you are spoiling my limelight."

Grindelwald's face sank, and he started to murmur to himself.

"He will come for dinner tonight, along with your grandma McGonagall and your uncle Hagrid."

Aliya went to the kitchen to cook for today's dinner.

'I will prove to Leo that I am the best grandpa, then that idiot Dumbledore.'

Grindelwald made up his mind and looked very determined.

'He is a Grindelwald. He even tried to manipulate me. Huh... as expected of my grandson.'

Grindelwald looked at Leo with an amused smile on his face, thinking about what type of man his grandson would become in the future.
