10 9/ Reconciliation ?

" After reading the letter I was so angry with myself than when I saw you I saw my own powerlessness and I couldn't bear it so I let Angelica take care of you, but years after years there was no improvement, I couldn't see you without seeing your mother, after all your face is more or less the same. I know that I have no excuse and I don't have the right to ask for it but let me a second chance to be your father " he pleaded kneeling in front of me

I was very uneasy by the state my father was and I replied with an emotionless voice " I will never treat you as my father, I won't forgive you either. Just as you said you don't deserve it, you just deserve to live alone for the rest of your life. I don't need you in my life but it doesn't mean you are worthless, you will do just as I'll say in the future, it's the prize for your own mistakes I'm sure you'll be glad to pay it "

He looked at me, really frightened by my face, deprived of any emotions, I could say he probably felt like a useless bug when he met me in the eyes because he didn't say anything back to me and let me go to the Hall.

The next day I told Neville and Hermione to wait me next to Hagrid's house after classes this afternoon because I had something to show them.

During this day I decided to impress the teachers because I wanted them to favor me and let me do what I want during their courses.

Except in Potions, Snape is a d*ck with Gryffindors students so it would be meaningless to try. Even if I show him I can perform potions taught to last year students, I don't think he will favor me.

After the classes I went to Hagrid's house and not seeing Hermione and Neville I knock on the door.

"Yeah ? " said Hagrid

" It's me who let the Graphorn here yesterday, I was busy with things in the castle and didn't have time to talk to you " I replied

" Ah so it's you I wonder how a Graphorn could be so obedient, I heard about your heroic deeds in the dark forest and I must say I'm impressed I didn't know a student who just arrived at Hogwarts could be so powerful and courageous " He said very happy to see me.

" I would like you to take care of the Graphorn for me when I have class I will come everyday to ride him for a walk but I need you to take care of him for the rest of the time " I asked

" It will be with pleasure I always wanted to take care of a Graphorn but they are very aggressive unlike this one. " He replied enthusiastically

We spent a few more minute talking about some way to give him the best treatment possible and I left his house. Neville and Hermione were waiting patiently, I greeted them and said :

" You wanted to know how I could take down nearly 15 spiders by myself with a wand, a dagger and a Graphorn, the response is simple, follow me we will go at the enter of the dark forest "

They followed with a certain apprehension because they were afraid of what i could show them, and they had the right considering that they will see something very frightening.

When we reach the forest I warned them " Now I will cast a silence spell to both of you because I don't want to hear your scream. Remember that what you are about to see is a secret, you have my trust so don't break it I won't give you another chance if that happens "

Then after completed the spells I said calmly " you can come out Letha " and then a huge beast with five head and a size of nearly seven meters ( yeah she grew fast in only few month, she is in her growth period ), she shook her head and sat on the ground in order to be less frightening but it was a great fail.

When I turned my head, Neville had already lost consciousness and Hermione was very pale and sat on the ground as well after stepping back a few meter away, she obviously didn't care about Neville at all, I'm sure she even didn't notice at all, her eyes focus on the very move of Letha

Suddenly I had an idea, I gave my necklace to Hermione and told her to wear it right away. She did it without thinking, not being in a state to think thoroughly, while I checked up Neville. Neville will wake up soon so I cam back to Hermione and said :

" With that necklace you are able to hear a voice right ? It's the voice of Letha, she is the beast you are looking at very intensely since 10 minutes now " I said jokingly

She nodded in agreement obviously in deep talk with Letha and she laughed suddenly and give the necklace back to me. I was a little confused so I asked her why she laughed but she only replied

" Girl talk you can't understand " and smiled all the way back to the castle while carrying Neville with me.
