5 The sorting hat

As in the movies, the freshmen had to go to the lake and climb into one of the small magic boats.

The selection will be made using the magical selection hat that thanks to its enchantment will know which house suits you the most. Another very important thing is the discovery of the users of unique magic. As some of you know, Hogwarts offers all kinds of help for these users. "- explained the teacher. Kael also observed his future teachers, especially Dumbledore and Snape.

Of all the students who took the test, Kael was only interested in those who possessed unique magic. After a time of waiting the first user of said magic appeared.

"Arthur Dale" - said Minerva while waiting for the student to climb to the platform.

"Yes" - replied the young man as he sat on the chair to start his test.

The hat began to dialogue with himself, and after a while he said.

Arthur, when he heard that he was a unique magic user, was happy because he did not know he was in possession of something so incredible. Kael also realized that the young man in front of him did not know anything about his own magic.

Upon hearing the verdict of the selection hat, all members of the Slytherin house encouraged the young man, especially for his magical ability.

The next one to get on the platform and impress people was Andrea.

Upon hearing the name of his family, all the students and some other teacher were rigorous to see the event that can leave a mark in the story. Even Dumbledore was a little curious.

Andrea, without giving them much importance, got up from her chair and went to the table in her house. When he passed by Kael side, she smiled at him. What she did not expect was that the young wizard did not have the slightest bit of admiration because she was of the Knight family.

At last it was Kael's turn, who climbed onto the platform upon hearing his name.

"Kael Belserion" - said Minerva.

"So that's his last name, it does not sound familiar to me at all." Andrea said in her mind.

The other students did not pay much attention either because his last name was not known by any of them and they thought that he was simply a wizard of Muggle descent.

Kael sat on the chair waiting for the hat to be put on his head.
