Authors POV on aspects

Okay this is just a quick thing to read so that you can understand my perspective on things.

People say that my OC Magnus shouldn't be able to become heir Black because he is technically a Bastard, and that there are other Blacks still alive.

Firstly on the other Blacks, I am of the opinion on whether or not to actually include them in this fiction as they wouldn't really have a part to play, if I do include them in the future I will give reasons for them not taking up the position either due to gender or disinterest in doing so or even old age or something of the like.

Next while Magnus may be a Bastard, in the past Bastard children have been recognised by their fathers or fathers families and allowed to take their name.

And as for people who say that he can't become heir without approval of the ministry, I say that is rubbish, the ministry has only been around for 200 years at the most, because that is how long modern government has been around, tell me just how would families have heirs and the like before the ministry came along, magic would have still existed, so would magical families maybe not as lords and ladies as the head but family heads would still have existed and so would their chosen heirs.

Next people have questioned just how I plan on making this a harem fic, firstly the harem will be small, and there are a couple of methods to make hareme.

one being betrothal contracts with last of line clauses in them, where the girl marrying Magnus would keep her last name and her first child would carry on her house and the girl would be taken as a mistress.

Another method would be through bloodline continuation, or revival, as there are various houses that have went extinct in the past a way to set about reviving them would have their closest relative name a child of theirs heir to the extinct house, but of course with a different girl so as not to constrict the blood pool further.

A third idea would be through magic soul bonds, the idea of two or more souls being destined for one another by magic and such form a binding on them when recognised either through intimate contact or a kiss.

And finally a fourth idea creature blood bonds, the girl in question has creature blood of some description and will either be saved by the OC and bond with him through debt that feelings can blossom from over time, or their magic draws them to him recognising him as a powerful mate and their magic binds them upon their first intimate action or kiss.

Next to those who say that Dumbledore would have just flame travelled to Azkaban to kill Sirius before he was released. I personally am of the opinion that Dumbledore sees himself as being Light and also that he cannot be wrong and as such is always right, as such he would never dirty his hands with such actions like killing, he's more than happy to let others do so for him or to do such other vile things but he would never do so himself.

Onto my opinion of Dark magic, some state that I'm an idiot for seeing it my way but I have concepts to back up my arguments. Various so called dark spells could have been created for none dark uses before being taken and twisted for evil purposes, examples being:

Blood boiling curse: could have been used for medical reasons to kill off infections in the body by raising the person's temperature

Entrail expelling curse: could have been used by butchers to expel the entrails of dead animals to just leave the meat and bones, same could be said with the organ liquefying curse.

The unforgivables

The killing curse: could have been created by farmers to humanely kill their livestock as it is said to be painless, it could also have been used by doctors to give patients painless deaths when continuing living would only bring more pain.

The torture curse: created for medical reasons such as testing various nerves in the body by enducing mild pain throughout various parts of the body

The controlling curse: again used by farmers to control their livestock easier, in modern day use it could be used to bring suicidal jumpers down from a ledge or high place they were going to jump from
