Doorstep Delivery

[It is nighttime in Surrey, we see two owls on the street sign "PRIVET DRIVE" and the camera pans to the street with very identical looking brown bricked houses. One of the owls fly away to reveal an elderly man with crimson robes, and the long silvery-white beard man who was named Albus Dumbledore walks through a forest near the street.]

"I will not sit here and be forced to watch that crackpot old fool walk down my street! I demand that you take us home this instant! You can keep my freak of a nephew but take me and my family home!" Vernon bellowed angrily. While glaring at his 'freakish' nephew he didn't realize the angry stares that were being thrown his way, that would make him shut up.

"ONE! His name is HARRY NOT Freak!" Fred shouted pointing his wand threateningly at the Dursley's, mad that his secret boyfriend's uncle was so bad to him.

"TWO! Harry is NOT a freak" Hermione yelled, glad that she can at least threaten the Dursleys to stop hurting her best friend.

"and Three-" Ron tried to bawl at the Dursley's before he got cut off.

"Let me take it from here Fred, Hermione, and Ron. THREE! Shut the fu*k up right now or you WILL suffer! And just so you know Dursley I CAN and WILL use my spells on you! And here we don't have to worry about the Underage Wizard's Policy so don't try to use that against us!"

"Do NOT try to threaten us with that freakisness!" Petunia Dursley's shrill voice yelled out.

"Oh shut up you old hag!" At Snape's retort all the Hogwarts students and the Marauders - or well the two that's left - looked at their groups in shock.

[He takes out his deluminator and activates it. Dumbledore zaps all the light out of the lamp posts. He puts away the device and a cat meows. Dumbledore looks down at the cat, which is a tabby and is sitting on a brick ledge.]

"I'd recognize that cat anywhere! That's you, Minnie!" Sirius Black exclaimed excitedly.

"I will not confirm nor deny that Mr. Black" Minerva McGonagall stated.

"Wait why do you call Professor McGonagall 'Minnie'?"

"Well Ms. Granger the trouble makers or this particular set of troublemakers are better known as the Marauders like to try and get a reaction out of me by calling me nicknames that I do not like"

"Well-"

"Do not even start Misters Weasley and Potter"

"But-"

"I said not to start"

"Fine" grumbled Harry, and the twins with a put out expression, while others were laughing at there expressions.

[Dumbledore: I should have known that you would be here... Professor McGonagall.

The cat meows sniffs out and the camera pans back to a wall. We see that the cat's shadow is progressing into a woman with a tall hat. There are footsteps and Minerva McGonagall is revealed.]

"YES! I knew it was you, Minnie!"

"Yes Mr. Black but can we please get on with watching this"

"Wait, what night is this?" Ron asked confused.

"You will find out soon"

[McGonagall: Good evening, Professor Dumbledore. Are the rumours true, Albus?

Dumbledore: I'm afraid so, Professor. The good, and the bad.

McGonagall: And the boy?

Dumbledore: Hagrid is bringing him.]

"I suddenly feel like I know what night this is"

"So do I Minerva"

"WAIT!!!"

"Bloody hell! Do you have to yell that loud?!"

"Yes Ronald, I do. Anyway, the rest of the people I needed to be here is now on their way. They should be here in 3... 2... 1...

And just like that, a portal opened up and out came three people: two females and a male. These people are James Potter, Lily Potter, and Alex.

"Moony, Padfoot is that you?!"  James questioned, both confused and excited at the fact that he can yet again see his friends after 12 years of him being dead.

"Uh what is going on?" Asked George Weasley.

"I took these people, who not a lot of you know, and brought them here."

"Hey... Prongsie" Sirius and Remus said together, near tears.

And just like that the Marauders were hugging like no tomorrow (if you're wondering why I cast a spell on them so they know everything that's happened up to that point including their deaths)

"...Hi?" Harry said tentatively to his parents.

"Hey... son. How are you?" James said as the 'Marauder hug' dispersed.

"Oh your so grown up! The last I saw you, you were only a babe." Lily gushes.

"heh," Harry said awkwardly.

"Excuse me, but I would like to introduce you to my friend Alex, some of you already know her but a lot of you don't. She is a fifth-year Ravenclaw and is my friend who also helps to tutor me."

Alex is 5'2 with shoulder-length brown hair. She has hazel eyes and black rectangular glasses and wears a light shirt with a red cardigan with a brown satchel with her books in it.

"Ok now that we all got our greetings done you can sit down and watch the movie"

And with that Alex goes to sit next to George and the elder Potters next to the other Marauders.

"I hope you're working on studying for your O.L.W.S," Alex said to the twins teasingly.

"Don't worry-"

"-We've practiced our spells," said both twins with a wink at the end.

[McGonagall: Do you think it wise to trust Hagrid with something as important as this?]

"I would trust Hagrid with my life," Said most everyone at the same time.

"But not with my secrets" whispered Harry, Ron, and Hermione together.

[Dumbledore: Ah, Professor, I would trust Hagrid with my life.

There is a motor sound, and the two professors look up to see a flying motorcycle coming down from the air. It skids on the street and halts. A large man with shoulder-length black hair and a beard named Rubeus Hagrid takes off his goggles.]

"That looks like my motorcycle." Sirius -ever the smart one- said.

"No duh. Everyone just has a flying motorcycle" Harry and Remus muttered, just loud enough where Sirius can hear them, though he chose to ignore it.

[Hagrid: Professor Dumbledore, Sir. Professor McGonagall.

Dumbledore: No problems, I trust, Hagrid?

Hagrid: No, sir. Little tyke fell asleep just as we were flying over Bristol. Heh. Try not to wake him. There you go.

Hagrid hands a baby wrapped in a bundle over to Dumbledore.]

"Baby Harry is so cute!" Hermione coos. At this Harry goes red and ducks his head down in embarrassment.

"Oh yes Harry you were the cutest baby ever-"

"-Yeah no other baby will ever compare to that of baby Harry's looks" The twins  teased.

[Hagrid hands a baby wrapped in a bundle of blankets over to Dumbledore.

McGonagall: Albus, do you really think it's safe, leaving him with these people? I've watched them all day. They're the worst sort of Muggles imaginable. They really are...]

"Why couldn't you have listened to her" Harry muttered to himself, though Fred heard him and he looked at Harry worriedly.

[Dumbledore: The only family he has.

They stop outside a house which is 4 Privet Drive.]

"That's my sisters house! I DISTINCTLY said that Harry is NOT to go to Petunia's house!" Lily yelled.

"Hey! He should be grateful that wonderful people such as my family took him in!" Petunia yelled.

"No, I think I should hate you for taking me in and then doing what you did to me" Harry whispered to himself so as to not get his uncle even more mad, but the ones with animal hearing (the Marauders) heard him, looking at each other in worry over what happened in that house.

[McGonagall: This boy will be famous. There won't be a child in our world who doesn't know his name.

Dumbledore: Exactly. He's better off growing up away from all that. Until he is ready.

Dumbledore places the baby on the ground slowly. Hagrid sniffles, he's sobbing a little. He clears his throat.]

"YOU LEFT MY SON ON THE DOORSTEP ALONE IN NOVEMBER?! HAVE YOU FINALLY LOST IT ALBUS! HE WAS ONE! HE COULD'VE GOT SICK! YOUR LUCKY THAT I DON'T HAVE A WAND OR ELSE YOU WOULD HAVE ME HEXING YOU LIKE NO TOMORROW!" As Lily Potter yells at him all Dumbledore can do is shrink in on himself knowing the truth behind the statement and that not only her but most, if not everyone will hex him if any harm has come to the young Potter.

"Well Lily dear I only did it so that the blood wards would be active"

"I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE BLOOD WARDS! HARRY MIGHT'VE BEEN SAFE FROM DEATH EATERS BUT HE WONT BE SAFE FROM MY RELATIVES! YOU SHOULD HAVE GAVE HIM TO SIRIUS, REMUS OR EVEN THE MCGONAGALL" Lily bellowed.

"Lily dear you need to calm down. I know that your angry, I am too but we need to finish this. Plus I think your going to have poor Remus's ears blown off." James states, chuckling at the end when he looks over to see Remus cringe and cover his ears.

"Oh and Dumbledore the blood wards work with ANY family member that's in his blood. He could have went with Sirius, as his godfather and cousin. He could have went with Moony, he is after all blood adopted by Sirius to be his heir and Moony had- well not really have to, but whatever- to put some blood as he is? Was? Sirius's lover. So Petunia is NOT the only relative he has!" James not so much as yells but says firmly and loudly, shocking Harry.

'If they didn't want me going there, and I had family left why was I put with aunt Petunia? I could have went with anyone else!' Harry thought.

"AND, James is a pureblood so he's related to almost every pureblood wizard family, he could have went with any of the lighter ones! You just wanted him there so you could spread lies to him! And for that you will never have any of our's respect again!" Sirius said with finality.

[Dumbledore: There, there, Hagrid. It's not really goodbye, after all.

Hagrid nods. Dumbledore takes a letter and places it on the baby, who is now at the foot of the door.]

"AND A LETTER DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT YOU CAN EXPLAIN TO MY SISTER WHO HATES BOTH ME AND MAGIC ITSELF, THAT HER SISTER IS DEAD AND THAT SHE HAS NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IN A CHILD THAT SHE WILL MOST LIKELY GROW TO DESPISE?! THAT'S IT YOU'VE ACTUALLY LOST IT! IT'S OFFICIAL!"

"Now now, let's not go that far, I am sure that Harry will be treated just fine at the Dursley's"

"Okay but if he's not I WILL hex you into next week!"

[Dumbledore: Good luck...Harry Potter.

The baby has a lightning-bolt shaped scar on his forehead. The camera slowly zooms towards the scar which glows brightly and it immediately flashes, transitioning to a stormy cloudy sky. The film's title in metallic gold zooms out around the camera, and lightning flashes to brighten it up. Then, the lightning flashes engulf the screen, transitioning it to the present time.]
