6 Harry's adoption

Petunia wasn't going to wait for things to hit the fan. As she went to Gringotts to get monetary account information. Then she went to the ministry of magic to start the adoption process.. She was determined not to let anything get in her way.

"I'm sorry but under family registration it say you are the muggle sister of Lily Evan Potterp.

"I'm not a muggle as you can see and I am here to settle all accounts on my family's behalf. And she filled out the forms for her family even providing proof on behalf of her magical ability."

"Your paper will be evaluated and this is your court summons for Harry's formal adoption in Wizengamot. court room for this date at 8am." The wizard office worker continued to speak pointed at the date on the paper. "Bring all proof and paperwork along with all muggle paperwork. I suggest you come early."

They had decided to move into their new house tomorrow it wasn't hard to pack everything up as everything went in today item box the storage quickly moved to the next house and they unpacked everything in the way that they wanted it easy sitting down to a meal with a new house they received it first magical news.

To all the Witches, Wizard and well wishers of Harry Potter, the child who lived. I have received news that his Aunt is formally seeking to be his magical guardian. Once upon a time she was considered muggle. She had no magic ability in her bloodline. But as of today, I found out she arrived formally seeking the adoption of her nephew and proving she was magical. Amazing news folks this child who had lived in the Muggle world since he was a baby had a family just now pairing to adopt him but why now. Why has this seemingly, mysterious woman decided to put her face in where it wasn't before. Has the knowledge of his Fame finally gotten to his family. Are they seeking his fortune that he doesn't know he has. the Potter of bloodline has always been strong is one of the most ancient oldest magical families although Harry Potter is only half what his father was. it is known that he is still a prize so you tell me what type of Fortune does this Aunt of his seek from this child who doesn't know any better.

Petunia was fuming. She would have loved to smack Rita Skeeter into the next Century or maybe into the grave. How dare she drag her name into the dirt and make us seem like she had ulterior motives. Then Harry read it.

"We know it's not true. We just get proof and blow them out of the water."

Harry wasn't wrong. It was time to go big or go home.

She smile at him for is insightfulness. It was time to stand by Harry. She would even have to be a bit paranoid to get threw this.

She got the information from Gringotts Bank on her account. She would cover all bases. Her muggle adoption and history and bank statements health history. She would even be at the adoption court date early just in case they tried some BS.

She smiled.

After getting all her needed items, petunia waited for the court date. Harry would have his family backing him.

As the days went by normally. She informed her family the night before that they would be up by 4 and at court by 530am. She was right to do that because they certain open the court early to start Harry Potters Adaption early. She walk in announced herself and her family. Petunia was floating the sleeping children behind her as if it was nothing while her husband and Miss Figgs followed from behind.

Many were surprises that she made it. Even though the court rescheduled to an earlier time.

As introductions were made. Dumbledore decided not to attend he would give up his guardianship as long as Harry was healthy and happy. Although he has his manipulative ways and plans his instincts have been telling him to relax.

"You stand before this court to adopt your nephew and become his guardian in this magical society.

If you can prove that you have a right to formally adopt Harry James Potter you will be his magical guardian."

"There have been several allegations against you stating that you are only trying to be his Guardian to get to his vault. Can you prove this claim is incorrect?"

"I have a bank statements from Gringotts that I have my own riches and wealth as proven by these papers sign by my vault manager. I do not need my nephew's vault or artifacts as I have my own. And each of my children including Harry has a vault they will have access to at the age of 11."

Petunia passed the paperwork forward. Minister fudge eyes became wide as he saw her actual wealth. He cough in embarrassment.

What with this wealth? Harry would want for nothing?

"I have had Harry and my family fully inoculated the magical world and in the Muggle world and these are the records to prove it." She then pass the papers forward to be viewed.

"You were once a muggle how did you come upon gaining magic in your bloodline. There are claims that a dark ritual was preformed."

'All this simply to try to discredit me.' Petunia though.

"I have not done any dark magic and I swear on my Magic that I have worked hard to clear my bloodline. I just saw all the flaws that prevented me from having magic in my life as my sister was a magical person. I since 1988 cleared my I fix genetic flaws I have my full bloodline as witch. Then I trained myself in magic in an honest way without any dark rituals. I swear on my magic so mote it be."

Magic chimed its happy tune. That was an undeniable magical confirmed her response. Jaws dropped.

No. I haven't met or seen his Magical Garden. for him to be a Guardian and he has been nowhere seen in Harry's life. The only person that was there is Miss Figgs whom was assigned to watch over Harry like a babysitter.

I have not seen hide or hair of Albus Dumbledore except for the letter that he left on her as I pick them up at my doorstep in the middle of the night. I'm already his guardian and I am his blood and I'm magical. Even though I know my sister didn't want me to have him. I want to be his Guardian.

She really wanted to curse these stupid people. But she wouldn't let it be easy.

"I have a technology that doesn't get destroyed by magic and potion that heal your whole body of past and present issues along with pills that get rid curses. but this stuff is apart of my family treasures."

"If you demonstration this truth then it would go along way to speeding up the proceedings."

She thought on it. "If there are any squibs in the building, cursed, and old I will demonstrate my words." Mrs Longbottom stood up quickly.

"My dear, I am up in age and would like to be apart of your demonstration."

Lupin who was in the background choose to come forward. "I knew James and Lily. And I have a curse on me. I would like to be apart of your demonstration." She waited a bit for one more person.

"I am Argus Filch, the grounds keeper at Hogwarts and I was said the I would have an opportunity if I join this demonstration."

"All come forward please." When they stood before her.

Petunia immediately handed filch and Mrs Longbottom one Godly cure all pill. then she got them sits to sit in.

"All you have to do is take pill and it will cure all known and unknown things within your mind body blood spirit."

They took the pills and could feel the aches and pains of age be relieves and things that they couldn't explain being fixed. They even looked younger. Filch had magic. She passed him a stand ward that she won in one of the dungeons and it responded to him like a wand bonding to it's wizard. They watch in awe of the happenings. A squib cured and now fully magical.

Then she looked at Lupin. and pulled out a potion

and a godly cure all. and she passed them to him. one would cure them of every physical spiritual mental chaos and one would separate him from his wolf. The wolf would become his familiar and would be able to live separated from now on. He took it immediately with out any hesitation. Then she silenced his soon to be tormented screams as the wolf separated from him. And they waited.

Before them laid a wizard and his familiar a dire wolf pup. The divine energy in the pill must have forced a bloodline evolution in both. But that is for the future

When he sat up he could feel the difference and he reached for his wolf cub.

An examiner from St .mungo hospital was on stand by. She examine them top to bottom and gave them clean bills of health.

"Petunia Evans Dudley has Proven that she is beyond a shadow of doubt able to care for Harry James Potter. These Processing have come to an end."

Paper work was filled out confirming her claim. and she had her copy of the paper work.

So this court trail was just for a bunch of nosy wizards and witches. She walked out of the court room floating the children behind her the same way she arrived and immediately activated the gate and went home with her family and Miss Figgs. They completely avoided the press and other wizards trying to talk to them. To the present wizards it looked like the faded away while walking.

As fudge looked on he could only wonder along with a couple other wizard how he could turn this to his advantage.o polo
