"Nice to meet you, Mr. and Mrs. Granger, I apologize for ignoring you as we continued to chat over the topic." Draco said raising his hands, "My name is Draco Black, pleased to meet you."

"It's okay." Mr. Granger shook his hand.

"It's very nice to meet you in person." Mrs. Granger said, "We've heard about you from Hermione all summer."

"All good things I hope." Draco said smiling, "Have you exchanged your money?"

"Oh yes, Mr. Weasley here helped us on it." Mr. Granger said.

"What are you doing?" said Hermione pulling Draco to the side suddenly, "I am talking to my future in-laws, what's wrong with that?" Draco said with a teasing smile.

"Don't joke around." Hermione said blushing, "You've really changed, and I am not talking about your face, but mentally too."

"Have I?" Draco asked confused, "Maybe it seems like it due to all the serious talk right?"

Hermione nodded, "It's not that I am matured or anything, it's just the situation called for it, if you hang around me more, you'll see more of it." Draco explained. "Which you should do more often since I will not be here in the future."

Hermione misunderstanding, quickly hit Draco stopping him, "Don't say stuff like that."

Draco wanted to explain but Pansy and Daphne came over, completely changing the topic. Seeing them bicker, Mr. and Mrs. Granger seemed amused.

"What are you going to do Harry?" Mrs. Weasley asked, seeing Harry look at Draco and the others.

"I want to catch up with Hermione and the rest and I want to ask some questions as well." Harry said saying the latter part looking at Draco.

Mrs. Weasley wanted to stop Harry but Arthur pulled her shaking his head, "Can we leave them with you?" He asked Draco. Even though the danger was over, he felt it would be best if someone more responsible was with them.

"Sure, no worries." Draco said walking out of the girl's talk, "Besides, the dangers already been dealt with."

"You have your keys with you, right?" Mrs. Weasley asked Harry who nodded, showing it to them, "Are you sure you can go alone?"

"Yes, I am sure, Mrs. Weasley."

"Please take care of them, will you." Mrs. Weasley said looking at Draco who nodded in turn.

Mr. Weasley then started insisting the Granger couple, go and have a drink with them. In the place, all of them start separating. Percy muttered vaguely about needing a new quill. Fred and George had spotted their friend from Hogwarts, Lee Jordan. Mrs. Weasley and Ginny were going to a secondhand robe shop.

"We'll all meet at Flourish and Blotts in an hour to buy your schoolbooks," said Mrs. Weasley, setting off with Ginny who kept looking at Draco time to time. "And not one step down Knockturn Alley!" she shouted at the twins' retreating backs. Soon on the street, the only ones that were left were Draco and the others.

"So are we just going to stay here," Pansy said pulling Draco's hood down and taking him along with her towards the bank.

"Where are we going?" Hermione asked as she began walking back with Harry and Ron, finally getting to greet Harry properly.

"To the Bank." Daphne replied, "Draco has to take out his money."

"But didn't you always carry it with you?" Hermione asked surprised since she knew Draco was one of the richest people in school even before the newspaper as he always seemed to be full with Galleons all the time, which would be more than enough to buy a couple of books.

"I spend it all on different things back in Romania." Draco said, "I don't have any and my father refuses to give me some since he wants me to learn to control my spendings."

"How much did you spent?" Pansy asked amused since she never had seen Draco spend money on outrageous things before.

"Let's just say a lot." Draco said vaguely.

When the topic of Romania was bought out, Harry and Ron seemed interested but Hermione stopped them since it involved a heavy and sensitive topic. She herself was interested but when she read the newspaper, she knew a lot of murder happened in the area and because of that she didn't want to talk about it as it might be a bad topic for Draco, But Harry pushed through her and arrived in front of the hooded Draco.

"Can I ask you, what happened in that whole situation?"

"Don't you know?" Draco said as Harry shook his head,

"I have been in my aunt's house the entire summer and I just got to Ron's but they won't mention anything to me, so other than the newspapers, I don't know much."

"Much of the story is true." Draco said, "And if you've read the news, then you got the gist of the situation, which should be enough."

Harry was silent for a while, "But why me?" He said,

'Now, that I think about it, why Harry?' Draco thought to himself, 'With Dumbledore around, there was no chance to take care of him with even announcing in addition, maybe just fame... the more I think about our villain the more he seems the type I hate.'

"That I don't know." Draco said to Harry, "And you shouldn't think much about it.. he isn't related to you-know-who but maybe Pius just wanted to finish what the greatest dark lord couldn't, to gain more fame." Draco made up something as he kept walking.

Harry kept silent as Draco passed him by as he rejoined Ron, "I hate to say it but I think he is right." Ron said, "Father said that Pius is nowhere powerful as you-know-who so maybe he just wanted to..."

"I don't want to think about it for now." Harry said, "It's all confusing and fuzzy."

All of them chatting reached the bank, the goblins sitting on the counter looked at Draco weirdly when he introduced himself but didn't say anything else. Seeing them act that way, Draco and Theodore pretended as if they didn't know anything either.

"You can't all come." The Goblin said, "Only two person per vault unless its a family member, and as far as I know you both don't have any."

Seeing the rude attitude of the Goblin, Theodore wanted to hit him but Draco stopped him. Draco figured they might know something since Goblin magic was different from humans, he knew he was fine here since due to the loophole in their rule, they couldn't do anything about Draco.

"We all know Potter is an Orphan, but Draco does have a family." Pansy asked without shying out and not caring about Harry who was with them. "So what's with you disrespecting us."

"Unless Sirius Black appears, Mr. Black here has no one-- according to the papers." The Goblin replied, "As for our behavior, I am sure, Mr.Black here knows why?"

"I didn't break any rules." Draco shrugged his shoulders since the topic was bought out, he wasn't going to be shy about it either, "It's your rules, isn't it?

"It is." The goblin snorted, "But new rules are coming in place and I want to thank you for pointing out the flaw in the system."

"You're welcome." Draco said sarcastically, "Now are you going to make us wait here all day?" He said in an arrogant tone as well, with his cold blue eyes shining through the darkness in his hood.

The Goblin who too heard the news didn't want any further trouble with Draco so he just called a goblin who was shorter than an average one to lead them.

"You guys stay here, I will be back in a jiffy." Draco said to the girls and Theodore as he looked at Ron and Harry, who were ready to go. He turned to Hermione, "Do you want to come?" He asked.

"I can wait." Hermione said but her expression said otherwise.

Rolling his eyes, Draco pulled Hermione, "Let's go."

"Hey, why does she get to come?" Daphne said

"She's never been down there." Draco replied not looking back as both of them disappeared.

"Are you not going to say anything?" Theodore said looking at Pansy.

Pansy shrugged her shoulders, "I have decided not to interfere anymore, since he does what he likes, stopping him isn't an option so I am just going to join him instead, maybe that way he would let me follow."

"Amusing!" Theodore said sitting on the nearby bench, as the girls followed. He noticed both the girls whose feelings seemed to have a drastic change to them. Pansy who always interfered, became silent and noticing and Daphne who mostly shied around became more interfering.
