Chapter 2 ~Hogwarts~

I looked at my Hogwarts letter while shopping in Diagonal Alley, I used the trust fund that every Potter had from the day they were birthed and bought my things. I knew much more information and some of the information in the DADA book was flat out false, like really, did nobody proof read this thing? I put all my books into the trunk that I had bought before and some other things into it, the other tihings were things like clothes, some spare potion ingridients and of course, a few dosen books from the Ice Library into the compartment that I warded with White and Black Magic, it has dozens of wards on it to protect it and most of the Black Magic ones would put a curse on them that in time would do some pretty signifigant damage to them if it isn't countered. The White Magic wards made it imprevious to outside magic and kept the books in good condition. I also started writing a book on my thoughts of Demonology and all the other Dark, Light, Black and White magic I am using and how my experiences with it is.

September first came quickly and in the mean time I had found some really interesting books in the Library, Occlumency and Legilimency, the Mind Arts or so they are called. I know that my Nightmare can keep out some pretty experienced Legilimences, but Occlumency gives me better recall and some real protection from Legilimences and from what I have heard from James and Lily, the Headmaster Albus Dumbeldore and the Potion Professor Severus Snape are both ecperianced Occlumences and Legilimences.

I used the Floo to go to King's Cross Magical Side and looked in awe at the Hogwart's Express, it was magnificent and really red, I didn't hate the color red, but I much more preferred the blue color of ice. I got onto the train and found an empty compartment. I put my trunk away and sat on the chair, I combed my fingers trough my white hair that was silky and smooth, when I was born, I had silver colored hair, but as I used more and more the Ice Elemental Powers my hair started turning white, my eyes though, when I was born were deep green, like emeralds, but now they are a light color of green, like jade with a few silver spots on them that you could only see when you were at the right angle. They also become more profound when i use the Ice Element. I am now able to use the Ice Element to a rank 7 skill, I could freeze a person with a thought and could make some really cool stuff with my Ice, like the Ice Daggers that I could control in the air to attack somebody.

A few hours into the ride, two people came into the compartment and introduce themselves as Fred and George Weasley, they both had red hair and freckels on their noses, but Fred had a freckle under his left eye and George had one under his right eye. I just responded with "Hadrian" and went silent, they then took it as a signal that I was friendly with them and started to chat with me, or at least tried since I only nodded, or responded coldly, It was one of the downsides to being the owner of the Ice Elemental powers, since you start to become cold to everybody and as I had read in one of my Ancestor's diary's the Weasley family had come from a Fire Spirit, so they all were passionate and said what they thought. Spirits were the manifestion of Elements, there aren't many in the world and some are even extinct and many more are dying.

The train ride went pretty boringly and I became somewhat friendly with Fred and George Weasley, they were funny to be around and were always making jokes, they even said that they made one of their goals to make me laugh since in their opinion I was too unemotional.

Rubeous Hagrid took us to the school by the boats and let me say, the first impression is that, this is awsome, the whole school radiated magic and I could feel the White Magic wards that were imbedded into the walls. There were even some Black Magic wards around the school that would become active when under attack.

Minevera McGongall then told us a speech of how our Houses are now our families and all that kind of bull, I really didn't care where I go, I just want to learn magic, no matter whitch kind of magic. The Hat then sung it's song and then the sorting started and I used the Nightmare to listen in on the sorting, it was pretty interesting, but the sorting hat wanted to put the Weasley Twins into Slytherin, but they told "No" to the hat and were put into Gryffindor for their courage to stand up for their fate. Then it finally came,

"Hadrian Potter" and the murmurs went out, some even asked if I was the brother to Chris Potter, but then the others said that I couldn't be since he has red hair and nobody in the Potter family has white hair, so that I couldn't be Chris Potter's brother and then the murmurs went out and I stepped up onto the stage and sat down on the stool and the Hat was put onto my mind, I told the Nightmare to not attack the Hat and lowered my Mind Shields, the Hat then told me that I only had loyalty for myself so no Huffelpuff, I would kill the annoying Gryffindors in a week and that Slytherin would not be able to help me move higher and so the Hat called out "Rawenclaw" and my school robes turned into Rawenclaw House Robes and I went and sat with the Rawenclaws under the blue banner, after that the Headmaster introduced the DADA teacher, somebody named David Cooperfield and the feast begun. After the feast we went to the Rawenclaw Tower, we got in by answering a riddle and in luck, the Rawenclaws could all get their own rooms to use, the girls side was up the left staircase and the boys to the right and I went under the silky sheets and to sleep while having the window open to get the room colder so that it would be comfortable.
