10 Rewards

Inside of a bar of Los Angeles, there's a red-haired woman on her knees trying to feel the pulse of a little boy covered in black blood all over his body and with no left hand.

"Dum... Dum... Dum... Dum... Dum" as Mary felt the pulse of the little boy, she got up and run to the restroom where is an emergency kit and came back as fast as her legs allowed her to run. "I can't heal him here, I will carry him to the office there's a couch" as she was thinking that.

The little boy opened his eyes and saw Mary kneeling beside him, and with all the energy he could muster he said "Don't touch, the grey ball it's dangero..." he couldn't finish talking as he fainted again.

Mary got startled as she heard his weak and feeble voice and saw how he fainted again... She noticed a grey ball on his right hand, but she listened to him and didn't touch it. He took Stefan in her arms trying to not touch the gray ball on his right hand and took him to the main office where was a large couch and laid him there. As she went again for the emergency kit.

And started taking the little clothes he has on him, and started cleaning all the black blood he had on him, she stopped as her hands got close to his left arm... Or what it remains of it...

"What happened to him... Sigh" thought Mary as she kept bandaging him and as soon as she finished, she called to her house and talked to the babysitter that was taking care of her son, she talked to her about the mushroom cloud, and if she knew anything about it, she got reassured when the babysitter told her she was okay with being with her son and was going to watch over her son till she got there.

Mary sighed in relief knowing his son was safe and turned on the TV and watch the news.

"It's reported that Angeles National Park, has been the center of the explosion, there's no radiation, and it was not a nuclear attack from another country has confirmed the President of the United States in a press conference, every people near the park is safe and all the activities must continue with normality in Los Angeles and towns near the explosion beside that all the surroundings near Angeles National Park had been closed, any person catched trying to enter will be detained and will be going to jail" said the blonde anchorwoman of the news channel.

"Sigh, so it was not a nuclear bomb..." as she was thinking about that and instinctively turned his head to look at the boy on the couch. "I will bring him home, and take care of him there."

Three days after the explosion at Los Angeles National Park, it was 7 am in the morning Stefan felt a warm and bouncy sensation over his left hand and so he squeeze it, the feeling was wonderful so he squeezed it again and froze as he heard a seductive moan, he opened his eyes and say Mary sleeping next to him on the bed with a dark nightgown and his left hand was squeezing her enormous breast, as he saw that he stopped squeezing and moved his left hand to his face as he tightened it into a fist, and started to remember the fight with the reaper... "Fuck, fuck, I started being conceited and this was the consequence, I thought there were no reapers in this world, they are supposed to be in the Supernatural world...luckily I managed to tamper the soul and make it explode, well at least a little fraction of it and I was successful on casting a darkness shield on my body as I ran or I would be dead... I did experiments every time I took a soul there was no reaper coming for the soul... So why did it come this time...." thought Stefan while looking at his left hand.

"Young Master, I'm happy to see you recovered, you scared me, it's been 3 days since you apparated in front of me in the night..." said Mary, she woke up since Stefan started squeezing her breasts, she just acted like she was sleep to not get caught in an awkward moment.

"Yeah, thank you for watching over me... Where is the gray ball I had on my right hand?" said Stefan as he noticed the Grey ball was missing.

"You dropped it when I was moving you to the room, is on the floor, I heard from you that it was a dangerous thing so I just left it there, it's right next to the bed to your right, young master" said Mary while looking at him and his left hand, that was fine as ever... She took care of him all these days, and saw day by day his left arm with the others injuries started regenerating, she was too tired last night and fall asleep from the tiredness on the bed.

Stefan nodded at her with a smile as he heard about what she has done, Mary didn't betray the expectations he had on her.

"Be a dear Mary and bring me a chocolate milkshake and some waffles for breakfast please"

Mary nodded at him and said "Yes, young master, in a moment I will bring the breakfast, just rest on bed while I come back" as she left the room.

"So back to the reaper... Why did he come for that soul... But not the others I collected..." thought Stefan as he picked up the grey ball from the floor and looked at it.

"Huh, no blemishes, but it's totally grey, is it because the reapers just collect the soul of the dead so they can't sin or do good actions. Not evil but not good, they are between in the gray area." thought Stefan... As he remembered something about the reapers. "The reaper came because of the death of that drug addict was natural, the way he was supposed to die... So the reaper came as an appointment for his soul... And the others souls I took, like the one of the rapist Mark, was caused by me, and he was supposed to live more... So the reapers have no appointment or reason to be there to collect his soul..." said Stefan while looking at the grey soul on his hand.

Mary entered the room with a silver tray on her hands that had breakfast. She placed the tray on his lap and bowed to him. "Hope you like it, young master" as she sat down next to him.

Stefan saw as Marry wanted to ask him something and he started cutting his waffles and said. "Is there something you want to ask Mary?"

"Yes, Hmmm did you cause the explosion at Angeles National Park?" said Mary while looking at him attentively.

"Yes and No..." said Stefan while taking the grey soul next to him... And looking at it... "It was a soul... I was caught in a problem and have to take extremes measures... The explosion of a soul it's somewhat comparable to a nuclear bomb but without the radiation, but it has sufficient power to erase some things out of the ordinary...now Mary I will call you when I need you. Thank you for the breakfast it's delicious" said Stefan while eating the waffles.

"Yes, Young Master" said Mary as she left the room.

"Humph, that reaper was powerful? Or I'm too weak...I can't tell... But sure he did me a favor and point me where my weaknesses laid, I have no experience using my powers to fight... I was too conceited and thought that I was one of the more powerful beings here... In this world...I still don't know how the reapers are here... They are from Supernatural... Is it because in all the worlds there's a need for them... Looks like it's time for practice and something good apart from the new information came from this event... I got to test the loyalty of Mary to me, she was excellent, and I got this.... " thought Stefan as he looked at the soul of that reaper. "hahaha, I was looking for copper and found gold... But I almost died... I will have to surely think of my actions before I execute them now."

"A soul from a reaper, I wondered how much will it help me with the unlocking of my powers, just 1% it's not enough, let's start."

Stefan looked at the gray soul and he gulped it down, and suddenly his eyes turned black with silver iris and black fog enveloped him completely..."

Moments later the dark fog dissipated and the little boy grew up and now he's taller than before. "huh, so that reaper brought me 4% of power for free... So I have 5% of the darkness or so I think so... if I had to fight against a reaper... I would still lose... But I could retreat safely... I don't know how to use my darkness powers offensively apart from the black fog... I have to practice... Certainly, if I use the spells of the Harry Potter world on them would be useless or not?... I have to use my darkness powers to hurt them as that reaper did with his scythe imbued with Death powers to hurt me and make me bleed... The Reapers are certainly powerful... Well, they are the children of the 'The Death, the one and only one, the original'...a primordial being that exists since god was there or so they said that in Supernatural." thought Stefan as he was feeling all the power he had inside him.

"I must practice and get more souls" said Stefan as he apparated in front of Mary who was eating breakfast, she got startled as he apparated in front of her. "I have to get used to it..." thought Mary with a wry smile on her face, "Do you need me for something young master?" said Mary, she noticed Stefan grow up a little bit but it was still noticeable.

"Yeah, how is the task about the bar going" said Stefan as he smiled at her.

"Everything is in order and the bar is working since two days ago, for the moment there is no special customer for you, young master. But it's normal the bar it's new and has to gain more customers, if you want to come to see it yourself, I think you will be satisfied." said Mary with a voice full with pride.

"Excellent Mary, nice work. Finish to eat your breakfast and we will be going to the bar" said Stefan as he sat down on a chair and waited for Mary to finish her breakfast.

As Stefan saw how she finished her breakfast, he said "Ok, let's go" as he took her hand and apparated outside the bar. He saw the name of the bar "Fate" and smiled. "Nice name Mary, let's go inside" as he walked to the door and entered, Stefan inspected the place and was satisfied with it. "I will create a panic room for you to stay if you ever need it, and I will place some safety measures here." said Stefan as he snapped his fingers and a new door appeared inside the main office, he entered and decorated with all the furniture necessary to live there for a few days in case of emergency.

"No one else than you, your son, and me can enter that panic room, anybody that tried to enter apart from you or your son will die. But don't worry, you will be only the one to activate the door, in other situations, there will be a wall right here.

"Thank you, young master" said Mary with a grateful smile on her face and felt warm in her heart for all the safety measures he's taking for her and her son.

"And something else I want you to open your legal buffet and the same thing as the bar, I want you to look for customers who want to sell their soul... I'm sure there be cases where a little bit of my help would solve it, or just make the case never happened or something else they needed, but you don't have to stress yourself, you sure have earned a reward for all the hard job, you have done.

As he said that Stefan snapped his fingers and said "You have earned this, you should go and look for a mirror"

Mary saw how the little boy snapped his fingers and somehow, she felt rejuvenated she had more energy like when she was in her 20s, as she heard what he told him, she ran to the restroom and saw herself at the mirror... "OMG I am 25 years old again" she screamed of happiness as she started checking all of her face and her body...

Stefan didn't know if giving her back five years of her youth back would be a nice reward for her, but he just wanted to give her a little incentive to let her know she could gain more working faithfully for him, he saw how a rejuvenated Mary ran to him, and bow as she said "thank you, young master" with a grateful voice.

"There's more for you", as he separated a bit of black fog of his body and turned it into another gold coin and give it to her. "For your son, but this coin will alert me if your son is in danger it will act on its own, and I will help him regardless of the situation."

Mary took the gold coin and gripped it hard between her hands. "Thank you, young master" Mary knew the young master was very pleased with her, and a spark lit inside of her to work harder for him and his rewards... "Maybe I can turn back to 18 years old..." thought Mary while looking at her soft hands.

"I just want to change one thing of the bar, as he snapped his fingers, and Mary saw how he walked out of the bar as she followed him, and turned her head to see the sign of the bar and next to it was a logo, two dragons coiling around a red moon.

"I want you to use this logo... Everything else is perfect, excellent work, take some days to relax with your son, I will give you 20 days to arrange the legal buffet task." said Stefan as he apparated away.

Mary smiled and took note of the logo, to make that logo their official brand of the bar and for the legal buffet.

Inside the Orphanage, Stefan is looking at the eggs. "I wonder... The success rate with the fusion of the soul and the fetus using a reaper soul would be higher?"

"Sigh, I have to first learn how to use all my abilities offensively... Then my payback is going to come" said Stefan while his eyes turned black with silver iris.
