5 5 - Time for Hogwarts

After getting my wand and going back to the orphanage I made a plan of what I'll be doing at Hogwarts.

For one, The Room of Requirements, which will now be known as the ROR. After buying quite a few books at Flourish and Blotts.. well, as many as I could before Professor McGonagall was glaring at me muttering about Ravenclaws, I realised the amount of spell work and runes that went into the ROR are.. astonishing. Like I know I wanted to be the strongest wizard in the world but damn.. I've got a long road ahead of me to surpass something like that.

Anyway, I've decided, like any other person in my situation who has a brain, to abuse the shit out of it. I mean.. I have access to every book in Hogwarts, a school with thousands of years of history!

.. Damn I sound like a Ravenclaw, but seriously! I can improve my spell knowledge and my duelling prowess, I can just think about whatever I want to learn and boom! It appears right in front of me, not to mention, I have it to myself until Harry's 6th year.. or 5th year.. well it's not important, I'll have graduated from Hogwarts by the time anyone else discovers it.

I think in terms of my personality i'm a big mix between Ravenclaw and Slytherin.. maybe a bit of Hufflepuff mixed in as well but.. it's not important. I'd probably do good in Slytherin but wellll, I'd also make myself untrustworthy to the other 3 houses and if I do anything big instead of being praised, the Daily Prophet would shred my reputation to pieces. So Ravenclaw it is.. though I plan on being friendly with people in all of the houses, including Slytherin.

Finally, I am now a Master Occlumens! What's that mean, you might ask? Well before, anyone trying to invade my mind would have found themselves being lost in space and if they looked hard enough would find a small 'Planet' that looks completely normal considering I made the castle invisible, you know, just in case. The problem with that, is the invader of my mind would then know I learned occlumency, to a very high level and would be on guard around me and also suspicious.. and considering the people who would read my mind would be Snape and Dumbledore.. well it wouldn't be good.

But now! I have made a set of fake memories of my time at the orphanage so that anyone looking will see that.. if they realllly look, they might find they're in a world of fake memories but why would they look that far into a child's mind? To put it simply I'm safe from any potions like a love potion or loyalty potion or even veritaserum, I'm also safe from even Voldemort reading my mind.

Yep, I know, I'm a genius, Master Occlumens at age 11, yea yea, praise me... *cough cough*

Anyway, I'd say i'm all set for Hogwarts. Considering Ignis is a Most Ancient and Noble House and a well known one at that, it'll be pretty pointless trying to blend in but I've decided I'm gonna act like an above average student who's a genius with theoretical knowledge and is fairly normal with practical work, not bad but not a genius. Maybe I'll start to show some of my true strength once Harry's in Hogwarts considering everyone will be a lot more focused on him than me.

I've thought about Harry's time at Hogwarts a lot and there's just no way in hell it wasn't setup. I mean first of all, Harry Potter meeting the Weasleys, Molly Weasley shouted out about muggles and about Platform 9 and three quarters and acted as if she didn't know where the platform was... by that time she had like.. at least 6 kids and even then she must have gone through there tons of times during her time at Hogwarts of course she knew where it was. Dumbledore obviously wanted the Weasleys to meet him first and fill his head that all Slytherins are slimy snakes and Gryffindors are the best. What about first year? So you have a priceless artefact that pretty much every powerful wizard and witch wants... so you put it in a school behind traps that some, albeit lucky, first years can get through and take it AND YOU TELL THEM NOT TO GO THERE. Don't go to the 3rd floor or you'll die? You told that to rebellious children and teenagers? You're the one who put the fidelius up for the Potters! put one up for the stone and make McGonagall the secret keeper, NOT TELL A BUNCH OF KIDS AND TEENAGERS WHERE IT IS... *cough* I got caught in the moment a little.

What about second year? Dumbledore was a teacher the first time the chamber was opened, how would he not know that it was a basilisk after fifty years if a second year could figure it out in a few months. Not to mention, Fawkes got in there just fine and I know he can travel by using Fawkes teleportation method just fine, it was obviously setup once again.

I could give reasons for all of Harry's years at Hogwarts but I think I've made my point.

* Time Skip * - 3 months

It's time to go to Hogwarts, in fact I'm at the platform right now. You might be wondering how I got here.. well the Matron thinks i'm going to a special school for gifted children and offered to drive me there but I didn't want her seeing me run through a wall.. well actually there are strong muggle repelling wards so she wouldn't see it.. but I didn't want her thinking I disappeared either, so I called a taxi, if you're wondering why he let an 11 year old on by himself just fine,, well compulsion charms work just fine! Where did I learn that charm you ask?

Master Occlumens = Eidetic Memory

No friends or family = Months of free time

Lots of books and Months of free time along with an eidetic memory? I don't think I need to explain. To be fair, compulsion charms aren't learned until the end of 4th year at Hogwarts, how do I know it then? Well... it was a few days after McGonagall took me to Diagon Alley.

I walked into the book store, my eyes turned into stars and I bought.. a few books.. A.K.A I bought every single Hogwarts book in all years in all subjects including the elective courses like Runes and Arithmancy and practised them all with my new wand.

It turns out they put the trace that tracks underage magic on your wand when you get on the boats to go to Hogwarts and I was never told not to do magic with my wand so I abused those few months, a lot. Let me tell you, I don't know if it's just because my wand is so strong but it takes less than 12x the amount of magic than wandless.

As for my progress in wandless magic? Wellll, my magic core at the moment is the size of a tennis ball, and after reading a book on magic cores and magic in general it turns out at 11, the average wizard has a core around size of a golf ball and a talented one is around the size a pool ball... so I think I'm doing fairly well in that department.

As for Magical Transformations? A strong adult usually goes through 1 magical transformation where their core transforms from a ball of gas to a ball of fluid. As for a second transformation? There have been only 23 accounts of it in History.. though there are probably a few more unaccounted for so I rounded it to 30. So the fact that there are 3 people alive right now with a core in its second transformation is quite high. I tried asking the system how it knows who is in their second transformation but it just said

[Insufficient Power Level]

Seriously, what a dick.

The only thing I've found about second magical transformations is that their eyes glow brighter than the average person such as Dumbledore and his annoying twinkle in his eye along with Voldemort and his glowing red ones. Probably because of how much magic is in their body lighting their eyes. Considering legillimency requires eye contact I'm pretty sure are fairly important in the wizarding world. That's always been something that bothers me, how would a blind person react to legillimency? Meh, who cares.

The only other noteworthy thing to mention before going to Hogwarts was my encounter in Gringotts.

To Be Continued.
