1.Best way to die is with your friends!!

I woke up early in the morning with my alarm ringing 7.30 (that's pretty early even for me) i laid back in my bed drifting in and out of consciousness. 'harry you're going to be late for school' screamed my mom (yeah she's loud that way) but thankfully that was all i needed. I quickly dressed up and got down.

my mom is the sweetest mom in the world she's about 35 and average in height with long light wavy blond hair that could've passed for grey.

But my hair is dark i got that from my dad "I'm making your favourite,bacon and eggs!!" said my mum

"okay"

she filled my plate and started eating.then i heard my dad footsteps he came in fully dressed in his black tuxedo and red silk tie. Bad combination right?.

"how do i look honey?" he asked my mum

" you look dazzling darling but your tie looks a bit... "

she approached him and straighten it for him "there you look great"

he sat across me on the table "so... dad could you drop me at school on your way out?"

"why sure but you better get ready, I've got a meeting by 8:30 "

so I hurried upstairs to my room, I checked my self in the mirror to see if i tied my tie well, then I got my bag and bounded downstairs.

I got down and met my mom "bye mom"

"bye honey "

I got to my dad's car,I entered the front passenger seat and put my seatbelt on,I don't need to be reminded.my dad lectures me about it almost all the time. we rode in silence almost all of the way until my dad broke the silence

"so how're you doing at school?"

" I'm doing all right"

"you know if you got any problems you could talk to me or your mom,right?"

" yes dad "

"and remember what I always tell you..."

" Never get into a fight you can't get yourself out of "

" so you've been listening "

" yes dad i always listen"

"alright here we are"

he pulled at our school driveway

"bye love you"

" i love you too dad".And he drove away.

our school was huge it consist of a huge garden surrounding it and the three main blocks at the middle,the sport's field at the back of the third block .A flurry of students were scurrying about,everyone going about his own business,i passed a couple of second grade students trying to sneak a tarantula into a 6th grader's bag,I decided to warn her,I whispered to her "hey Emily"

"hi Harry"

"don't freak out but Colin and justin are trying to sneak a tarantula into your bag"

"okay..." she said shrugging,she turned sharply at them

"what are you two up to?"

"nothing"said Collin and justin in unison Collin quickly putting his hand in his pocket before they sprinted off.

"no more pranks now you here me?" I realised i was talking to thin air.I sighed

"hey Emily have seen percy or steve"

"oh, those two are in the physics lab"

" okay thanks"and I went to find my two best buddies.

I found them right where Emily said they would be. i found Steve and percy working on our science project (which is personal by the way).You see,It's this katana that shoots super sonic blast of energy. we've all ready forged the hilt,and its the main power system.

i approached them percy looked up and and exclaimed "hey,Harry where have you been?,we're almost finished"

He said showing me the glowing blade of the sword almost finished he said but in fact there's little to nothing that needs to be done

just then Emma and Hazel approached

"Hey guys " said Emma

"hi Emma, hazel " said steve

"hi" i said

"Woah!" Said emma as she saw the finished blade

" Its cool" she said as she examined it "Hey harry have you asked Hermione out yet?"

Oh god I've totally forgot about that

" um...no" i replied ignoring steve and percy's gawking faces.

They yanked their head up from the core

"WHAT!!" they exclaimed in unison

"you're going to ask her out and you didn't tell us?..."

"guys guys i was just going to tell you"

"really??!" said steve

"yes, you know i will not hide any thing from you"

"okay, apology accepted" said percy

" hey there she is ,why don't you go ask her now " said steve

"okay, wish me luck!"

" and don't blabber" added percy

"okay"

I approached her just as she was closing her locker

"hey Hermione"

"hi harry"

"I was just thinking maybe um... we could um you get dinner or something"

"yeah sure"

"really?"

" yeah,but you know what my mum is making my grandma's special recipe tomorrow night are you coming"

" yeah sure"

"okay then I'll see you there"

" okay then bye " and she strolled.i almost jumped with joy. i mean literally i jumped and punched my fist in the air.

i went back to the lab,percy and Emma are still arguing steve had already stowed the core in his bag.they stopped arguing as soon as they saw me "so have you asked her?" asked percy

"yup"

"and what did she say?" added Emma

"well,she invited me for dinner to their house tomorrow night!"

"yeah you got yourself a date all right " added steve

"so what do you say,shall we go get our ore today?"

" yes today "said percy

" what ore?"

"non of your business redhead" said percy

"but I'm not asking you so shut it" Emma snapped back "steve?"

" yes, "said steve "you know place where that meteor crashed"

"yeah"

"we thought we might just get an alien metal for our project"

"wow cool !"

"no it's not cool "said hazel "it's dangerous. and steve i ... I don't want you to get hurt"

" don't worry hazel i won't "

"okay,but be careful"

" i will" he kissed her

" so we meet at my place after school? "

"alright see ya" said emma and she and hazel left

The rest of the day dragged ahead it was as if the day doesn't want us to die. Period after period of boring chemistry,biology and calculus dragged on, finally the bell rang for closing.In the scurry of getting out i lost percy and steve so I walked alone to the bus stop.when I got home my dad hadn't returned so i asked my mum

"mum, do you mind if I go over to Percy's to finish that project we've been working on"

"no I don't, as long as you clean your room" she said " i want you to leave it spick and span"

I rushed to my room. There wasn't much to clean just laundry to be sorted and bed to be made. i was finished in no time.I rushed down to the kitchen "I'm done mum"

"okay i want you back home before dinner"

"okay" i got out and was on my way

I got to percy place and entered through our own secret passage way in the green house. The passage way exit is situated behind a portrait of Percy's great-grandad

I walked through the hallway,the floor was of black marble the ceiling high up with long Windows.Eloping Albert's watchful eyes I entered percy's room,that room was huge with a king size bed and the bathroom with an en-suite bathroom i took another secret stairs behind the huge wardrobe down to the under ground basement percy and steve were there,as soon i entered they looked up

"hey what took you so long, we've been waiting for for ages " said percy

"I've got the tools ready,let's get going" said steve carrying his tool bag and standing up. we got out and in no time we were at the site. It was a mass of molten asphalt and concrete wreckage.there was a wire fence all around the site signs warning trespassers like no trespassing and caution highly hazardous lined the fence ,but steve ignored the signs, taking out a hammer out of his tool bag he smashed at the lock and it broke open . we got in, the meteor looked like a huge irregularly shaped tar boulder. steve got out his hammer and chisel and git to work "this will do" he pointed out at a point, i took it upon myself to explore the place 'harry let's explore this palce' percy said

'This is an opportunity you'll rarely get'

Just then a voice exclaimed

'oh yeah"we turned around quickly and found Hermione,Emma and hazel standing right in front of us

"what are guys doing here? " asked steve

" making sure you don't get hurt "said Emma

" we can take care of ourselves redhead" added percy. Just then there was a huge rumble like an earthquake

"Run" yelled Emma like that idea hadn't occurred to us

The six of us raced to the fence, but before we got there a huge explosion shook the ground and we were thrown off our feet and my vision went black.
