Don't really know what this is gonna be about since I'm just going along the road, but this is what I got so far: Guy transmigrates into a harem game. Does some stuff. Beats bad guys. Gets a lot of women. You're welcome.
"Where am I?" Noah's eyes fluttered awake to a white ceiling that he didn't recognize.
He lifted himself up slightly and looked around the room.
It looked like he was in some hospital room.
He was on a small bed covered in white hospital sheets, and bandages covered his body.
Although slightly frightened, Noah was surpassingly calm about this situation.
"What happened? How'd I end up here? Did I drink too much again?" Noah muttered.
Noah was not much of a drinker but the last time he drank, he somehow ended up in a random person's basement.
He shivered just thinking about it. He focused back on his current situation.
"This doesn't seem like a normal hospital room"
His eyes darted around the room once more. Noah was drawn to a mirror, and he couldn't help but gasp as he looked deeper into it.
For some reason, he wasn't there. Instead, there was a handsome boy with dark crystal hair, purple amethyst eyes, smooth skin and soft-looking pink lips.
"Is this me???"
Noah's brain froze for a second as thousands of questions overflowed inside him like a cup of water.
He raised his arm, and the handsome boy in the mirror raised his arm. He raised his other arm and the boy did the same.
Noah slightly gasped as he pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming. The boy did the same. He felt a small piercing pain. This definitely wasn't a dream.
"How did I become this guy?" Noah pondered for a solid minute as his mind flashed back through all the possibilities.
"Wait! Could it be!?" Noah was shocked. He could only think of one scenario where he'd end up like this. He had transmigrated!
His breath quickened, and his face flushed in a mix of several emotions: regret, joy, excitement, sadness.
He couldn't tell which was which, but he unusually calmed down really quickly.
He didn't really believe in transmigration until now. He'd only read some web novels about it a while back.
Noah then chuckled like a maniac. Although this transmigration was surprising, he didn't hate it.

Noah's eyes widened in surprise at the pink system screen that popped up in front of him.
"A harem system? Nice!"
Noah licked his lips in delight, thinking of the wonders of women that could be amassed under him.
He shook his head, erasing all those thoughts for now, and started focusing on the system.

Noah immediately clicked yes, and a whirlwind of pink particles floated around him.
The particles suddenly withdrew and three options popped up on the screen

For some reason, the system's voice sounded more girly. He should've known. As expected from a harem system cliche.
He shook his head and looked at the status button. Now, he was just grateful that he managed to get a system.
He decided that he wanted to look at his status first.
He clicked it and the screen changed once again.

"Hmm" Noah stroked his chin, looking at all the options. He recognized a bit of what it meant.
He appeared to have transmigrated into a 16-year old boy named Noah Von Drake.
That name struck his mind for a solid second, but he couldn't recall where he had heard it from.
Drake Bloodline? Magic Core and Type? It sounded familiar. Noah didn't know what that they meant but he guessed he transmigrated into a magic-full fantasy world unlike Earth, and that his new ancestor must've fucked a Drake.
He saluted his new ancestor in his heart.
Just as he was about to ponder further, Noah heard a series of footsteps coming from the other side of the door.
He tried to hide his system but realized that he couldn't touch it.
"Pixel, can anyone see you!?"

It seemed as if Pixel was boasting.
Noah immediately calmed down and stopped his frantics.
Noah saw the door handle move and the door open.
A pretty woman in her early twenties entered through, wearing a tight white nurse uniform with a little red, tightly outlining her slim figure and ample breasts.
She had red glasses, covering her sparkling blue eyes, cherry sweet red lips, soft skin, and long blonde hair covered by her white nurse hat.
Noah gulped. He was instantly enchanted. This pretty woman was more beautiful than any woman he'd seen in his life. Heck, she was prettier than most superstars!
"Hello, Noah. I can see that you're already awake. How're you feeling?" The pretty blonde nurse asked with a warm and gentle smile.
Noah froze. For some reason, he couldn't talk properly. It was as if his mouth was locked.
'Fuck!' Noah yelled in his mind, as he stuttered trying to get his first word through.
"I'm fine" Noah uttered out, coldly and with utter disregard. It was as if his mind turned to his unconscious to speak for him.
He sighed out in his mind. He was glad he'd managed to talk to the nurse, even though barely.
However, he found it strange for him to be like this. He could talk to girls normally prior to transmigration.
He couldn't help but glance at her ample breasts covered by her nurse uniform. Noah then stared back into the pretty nurse's sparkling blue eyes.
"That's great!" The pretty nurse grinned.
As Noah tried to speak up again, his mind went into overdrive and he coldly spoke once again.
"How did I end up here?"
The pretty nurse tilted her head, slightly confused.
"Do you not remember your match with Fray?"
Fray? Noah Von Drake? It took Noah a moment to realize. It all connected.
Noah gasped inwardly. He couldn't believe it. He initially assumed he transmigrated to a world he hadn't heard of but he was wrong.
This was the world of [Estia], a harem game he'd played in the past.
He had actually transmigrated to a harem game!
