Jasper walked Jasmine to his car, opening the back seat door he watched her enter the car before entering the car himself.

The door close behind him, beckoning to his driver they drove out of the Cole's compound and out of the gifted street.

A lot of questions ran in Jasmine's head,sh wanted to ask Paul but didn't know where to start from.

Jasper had the ability if sending feeling,good and bad,discomfort and delight,he could sense it all,he had sensed her discomfort the first time they met but had deliberately ignored it since it wasn't until death,but seeing her in pain brought a sense of uneasiness in his chest,he knew ever since then he would do everything in his power to protect her from harm,even if she turned out to be stronger than him.

"what's wrong babe"questioned Jasper worriedly,but lovingly,he had begun to call her in endearment of all kinds.

New to the endearment Jasper called her,her cheeks flushed.

Jasper watched her and noticed the link in her cheeks,sunset his families where the cold ones,he had no idea when it came to a lady blushing,he thought it was the cold.

"switch on the heaters"he immediately ordered his driver ,who looked confused because the heater was working good.

Bringing his hands to place them on Jasmine's pink cheeks, he realized it was burning from heat,shocked at his discovery.

Jasmine on the other hand was wondering why the prince was acting strange.until his hand came to Rest on her cheeks, the heat she felt earlier had suddenly been soothed by Jasper's cold arms,before he could withdraw his hand she brought both of her hands and held his hand on her cheeks in place.

"where are we heading to"she asked unsure if he had changed his plan of taking her to the bakery.

Jasper was excited at the mention of his name on her lips but was a little bit disappointed she didn't add any more,he consoled himself by repeating the mantra"she might be shy"in his head.

"I uhm, thought after mum's word we would be going to your home,I'm sorry "she definitely didn't know what to say the first thing that came to her mind was to apologise.

"sorry for what"Jasper was suddenly angry at her after his proposal and how she held his hand in hers minutes ago, he had expected them to have a better rapport but it seemed she was creating a barrier between them.

Jasmine remained silent she noticed the anger in Jasper's voice even though he was trying to conceal it ,she had angered him on their first outing as an unofficial couple,this wasn't right she knew,and she knew he was trying not to hurt them,she had to do something.

A thought came across her mind,she prayed it worked or else it would be the most embarrassing moment of her life.

shifting her body to sit beside him ,she brought her lips to his cheeks and pecked him,her body reversed automatically but was stopped by Jasper's hand which held the Hem of her sweater, pulling her close to him,his senses had completely gone sky rocketting the moment her scent sent his nerves flying, his fangs itched to taste her blood,his eyes had completely darkened in colour with a little touch if a blazing red in them.

Jasmine was suddenly aware of Jasper's roughness,she was oblivious to the fact that she had awoken the demon in her husband,that was more than ready to devour her and make her his forever.

Jasper's senses was itching to mark Jasmine with his fangs on her neck,his body moved on their own tightly holding Jasmine in his arms.

Jasmine watched him snap his fingers and a barrier appeared between them and the driver,the driver definitely could not see her now but they could.

Jasmine eyes bored into Jasper's and she realized his brown Iris were no longer I. place but had been replaced by a complete dark eye ball, she felt herself completely immersed in a dark aura ,she didn't understand what was wrong but she knew something was not alright and Jasper's tightened hold on her told her so.

"what should I do?"Jasmine thought, summoning up courage,an idea popped into her mind,just as she was about to free her self from Jasper's grip.

she watches him bend his head , bringing it to her neck,he kissed her there like a kid worshipping his candy before he licked it,this sent shivers into her spine,her once warm body suddenly felt cold.

"ahh"she whimpered in pain something had pricked her a bit In her neck but it didn't last long,before she forgot the pain.

Jasper's hand automatically brought her head up to his,Jasmine now had a view of what might have pricked her it was the fangs that hung at the corners of his mouth,the sight of the fangs made her feel they were in her neck again.

"All that matters is you and I,the world behind us,I Jasper santus Royale promised you,please trust me"those were the last words she heard him say,before he passed out in her arms,since she was unfamiliar with the supernatural words.

she had no idea a vampire wasn't meant to pass out,his words however brought an inexplicable peace of mind to her, ignoring her thoughts she immediately wished for the barrier between the driver and them to be unlock and it brought her joy when it did got unlocked.

she immediately ordered the driver who was perplexed to take them back to the Royales home.
