Mu Liang was in the second floor. His legs and hands were bound with iron shackles. There was a cloth on his mouth so that no matter how much he screamed, the sound wouldn't go out of the room. Carlo grabbed her shoulders. "Easy there. Take some slow, deep breathes."

Mu Lan controlled herself. "What happened?" Her tone was a bit cold.
