Ronn looked at her with a shock but suddenly noticed she had no change in expression and he noticed the airpods behind her free wavy hair . He sighed with relief . "Did you say something ?" Tara asked confused .

"No no .. nothing important . " Ronn said with a smile . "Hmm .. okay .. I was over the phone ." Tara said removing the airpods and keeping it on the table . Ronn stared at her , It was clear that she came in a rush just after the bath as water was dripping from her hair .

"You should dry your hair , you may catch cold" Ronn said looking at her dripping hair .

"Hmm .. I came to invite you for breakfast .Let's have it together at my place " Tara said drying her hair with Ronn's towel .

She wore a Long Sleeve And Jogger Lounge with her flat stomach partially visible . Ronn turned away his look and agreed to come to her home . "Karthik will be here within three days . I guess he is coming home early .He is worried for your health. He said he'll surely talk to you when he is back home and said he will thank you for taking care of me risking your life , also he expressed concerned about your feelings , he said you will hate me if I am so persistent . Will you Ronn ? " Tara asked blinking her eyes in a childish way . Ronn laughed at her expression . Tara smiled .

He wore a black t-shirt and shorts and his black beaded Rosary was seen on his neck unlike other days . Tara took his hands all of sudden and he got shocked . She said

"I am sorry Ronn. I don't know if you can forgive me but to be honest , I don't like you getting hurt .It pricks somewhere deep in my heart . Get well soon ." Ronn looked in her eyes and saw her teary eyes . He wiped the tear which rolled down her cheeks and held her close and whispered in her ears

"I don't like my Angel crying . I love you , and it's my duty to protect you. " His breath tickled her earlobe and she smiled.

"Love you too stupid" she said and hugged him . He caressed her hair and she leaned more closer . Suddenly as if she remembered something she turned and Ronn moved away. Tara once again invited him to her home and left the room .Ronn stood as if he could still feel her warmth near him . He smiled .

"I wish she were mine .." He whispered to himself and sighed .
