19 Dream city

"Maybe I can't come there , but you can still come over here . " Tara told Ronn . It was nearly the last of holidays and they wanted to meet each other. "How can I Tara ? I really wish I could come , but .. " Ronn Sighed .

Tara kept silent for a moment and told a bye to him .She had something in her mind . She rushed to Karthik's home . It was nearly 10.00 in the morning but Kiran was fast asleep . Karthik saw Tara from the balcony . He was reading newspaper when he saw her . He folded the paper and went downstairs . But he saw Tara was talking to the driver even without entering the home . Karthik wondered what she might me talking . She had been in a rush just to talk to the driver ? Karthik thought .He came outside where Tara was talking to the driver. He overheard the last few conversations between them. Tara was pleading him to go somewhere . Karthik wondered what it might be .

"Hey , if you want to go somewhere you can just ask me too . I am free these days . " Karthik said . Tara suddenly turned and saw him . she looked at him With a smirk on her face . Karthik looked the driver with a serious look and the driver said :

"She just wanted me to bring Ronn here ."

Karthik's heart felt like it was striked with a whip . The shocked face of Karthik made Tara worried . "I just wanted to spend time with him ." She said in a low voice . Karthik took a deep breath . Tara was about to leave and suddenly Karthik called her ,

"Why do you ask him to bring Ronn when you could have asked me ?"

"Huh !? Hmm .. He's Ronn's uncle .. I thought he could help me . Why disturb you for a silly business ." Tara said humbly .

"He is ?!" Karthik didn't knew the driver was Ronn's relative at all .

"Ya . He helped Ronn to come to my Bday party too . So I just was wondering if he could bring Ronn again ."

Karthik was always wondering about that party incident but he thought that her parents may have helped Ronn , but now he know his driver helped . He felt a rage in his nerves but he faked a smile and said

"Okay he'll bring Ronn here . Don't worry Tara ."

Tara smiled ."Really ? Thank you Karthik .. you are so nice ." That made him ease his anger a bit but he didn't liked the fact that Ronn would be there to spend vacation with Tara . When Tara went back to her home Karthik asked the driver to drop him at the nearest cafe .

"I didn't knew you were his relative , Noel uncle". Karthik sipped his coffee and said to his driver . Driver stopped sipping his coffee and smiled. Karthik continued .

"So tell me something about him ."

"Huh !? What am I supposed to tell ?" Driver asked with a puzzled look.

"Anything about him ." Karthik sat there with a serious look and that made the driver worried.

"I am his uncle ., Uncle from his father's side. He live with his mother. He was Tara *beti's schoolmate and they are .."

"I am not asking about their relation . I am asking about him, just him ." Karthik's voice was getting louder and firmer that made few of the customers turn and look at them . Driver gulped the coffee in fear . He have seen Karthik angry very rarely . He continued :

" Ronn was just two year old when his parents got seperated . It was my brother's mistake of cource . They both were from different casts .She had no one to care for her when they split . My brother cheated her completely and left her financially and mentally broke . I decided to stand for her when everyone abandoned her .She was such a pure soul .I asked her to get a job and stand on her feet until then I looked after their expenses .She obeyed me .She works as a bank employee now . Ronn take care of the home ever since he was in last stage of his Upper primary . That boy , he is very fond of bikes .(he laughed but Karthik was keenly waiting to hear more ) .Ronn is trustworthy , and caring if that's what you needed to know ."

"No . I need to hear why Tara is so much into him that she even started disobeying me ."

"Pardon me ?"

"Nothing Let's go back ."

Tara was eagerly waiting for Ronn's arrival .She paced in her balcony eagerly looking to every car that passed by. Karthik was watching her from his balcony wondering why she waited for Ronn. Inside he was burning with jealousy but he kept that plastered smile on his face . She saw the car entering Karthik's home and she ran downstairs .Karthik saw her coming like a swift of arrow . Ronn's mother came out first and then as soon as Ronn came out of the car Tara hugged him from behind .She was panting heavily and her tight hug from behind made Ronn smile . Karthik was watching everything from his balcony and he felt his heart shattered into pieces . Ronn's mother smiled at Tara and said "Ronn always speak about you ." Tara blushed .

"Thank you uncle " Tara said to driver and he smiled . Tara helped to take out Ronn's luggage . Karthik have asked the driver to bring them to the house where driver lived .It was in the compound of Karthik's home itself .

Tara cheerfully accompanied them walking, beside Ronn . Ronn was showing actions and explaining her something and she was laughing .Karthik was watching everything from the balcony .

"So here you are .. in the dream city . I've been waiting for you idiot . I couldn't sleep well the last day due to the excitement of meeting you ." Tara said to Ronn .Ronn grinned. They both were sitting in on the bed and talking . The house was just single floor but it had 3 rooms , a large guest hall , a kitchen and 2 bathrooms . It was all owned by Karthik's family but provided for driver .

"you look so happy these days " Tara said .

Ronn wanted to share about Ella but said

" Hmm YA .. I got a chance to meet my Angel. ." Tara smiled .

" Let's go for an outing then " Tara said excited.

"Atleast give him time to rest " . It was Karthik's voice . Tara suddenly stood up from the bed and Ronn too .

"He should be tired after the long journey ." Karthik said to Tara , but looking at Ronn .

Ronn smiled . Tara nodded .

"I'll come at evening .We can go out . Take rest Ronn ." Tara said hugging him . Karthik just turned his head so he didn't want to see . Ronn hugged back and nodded . Tara went out telling a bye to Ronn . Karthik watched her go and turned to Ronn and said

"Hope your journey was good . Take rest ."

Karthik said in a serious manner .

But inside his head he was shouting

"Stay away from Tara .. She is just mine .How dare you hug her ? What more do you have that I don't ? She rarely hug me , but hugs you all the time . I can't accept this . Get lost as soon as the vacastion s are over ." Karthik left and Ronn sat on the bed .He was so tired that he fell asleep so fastly .
