10 FIVE YEARS LATER

The sun has already said good bye but the moon is upset and is nowhere to be seen. He is hiding and didn't wanna come out. There is darkness all over the place.

In the middle of a forest in Dehra, the darkness is not a bother. A table full of food is been set up in the forest. There are fireflies all around the table scattering away the darkness.

Six seats are still empty on the dining table and the elder is angry.

"Where are they? How can they be so careless. I told them to be on time."

"Dad, don't be angry. They are young they might have stuck somewhere."

"What about family dinner then?" The elder started to lose patience.

"Stop kicking a fuss now. You are behaving like a child." The elder's behavior irritated his wife.

The middle-aged couple chuckled on hearing that.

Soon a couple arrived and greeted everyone. The girl hugged her mother and then her father. "Dad I missed you."

"I missed you too my my little angel."

"And what about me?" Her mom asked.

"I missed you too.... but I missed dad more."

She then hugged her grandparents as well and sat beside her grandmother. Her husband Kartik sat beside her.

After a few while the elder's patience wavered again. "Look she came even from her in-laws house but your precious sons have not came yet." The elder said looking at her son.

"Dad....."

"What?" The elder said in complete annoyance.

"Nothing."

It was better not to anger the old man any more.

Nitee soon engaged her grandfather in conversation and he forgot his grandsons. She is a very good sister in fact she can be given a 'Best Sister Award'.

Soon a voice was heard and there came the younger son of the family, Vivaan with his wife Neha. Nitee's expression changed when she saw Neha. Then she felt a warmth in her hands and she smiled looking at Kartik. Kartik tighten his grasp on Nitee's hand and then she ignored Neha and started bickering with her brother.

Neha greeted her in-laws and then sat beside Vivaan. She looked at everyone with a smile and when her gaze was about to fall on Kartik, Nitee saw her and she immediately engaged Kartik in a conversation.

"Honey, did you see these trees?"

Kartik looked around, the trees were bent and entangled as if it is providing a protection to the family. He smiled and then looked at her father-in-law, "Dad, have you made them like this?"

His father-in-law nodded, "It's for our safety."

"Also, there are....." His mother-in-law wanted to say something else as well but was cut by her husband.

"Where's Pranay and Jiya?" He asked Vivaan.

"I don't know dad. They weren't home when we left." Vivaan answered.

"They might have gone somewhere. You know how much big brother spoils Jiya." Neha said with a smile.

"There might be something urgent, Dad. Or else big brother is the most punctual." Nitee went in her bro-protection mode.

"Yeah.... Jiya text me that they are leaving. In fact we left after her message." Kartik said matter-of-factly.

"Something would have popped up." Head of the family said.

"Call him." Grandmother asked Nitee.

Nitee called Pranay. He picked up on the last ring.

"Bro, where are you?" She asked immediately.

Instead of Pranay, Jiya answered from the other side, "We're on the way, Nitee. We'll be there in some time. You all start eating."

Then the call disconnected.

She conveyed the message but they didn't start eating. They all were chitchating except for Nitee. She was the closest to her brother as well as Jiya, her sister-in-law, she sensed something while talking to Jiya. But she couldn't figure out what was out of place nor could she say anything in front of the family.

Vivaan's ears pricked. He heard some noises. They were very faint. Probably they were coming from too far. He tried to concentrate but couldn't hear clearly.

In few minutes only Pranay and Jiya arrived. They were welcomed with fiery gazes of his grandfather. He immediately apologized.

"I am sorry we are late." And then he sat on the rectangle table across his father and Jiya sat on his left beside Neha.

The family of ten then started their dinner. After the dinner Pranay's father announced Pranay as the new head of the family. From now on Pranay will take all the decisions of business as well as family.

After the dinner they all returned home. Then at midnight Nitee wanted to talk to her brother but she saw him going out with Jiya.

On the rooftop of their mansion Pranay embraced Jiya. "Thank you and Sorry, baby." He said before kissing her on the head.

She tilted her head upward and said looking in his eyes. "You know I don't like when you say these two words, right?"

He smiled and kissed her on the lips.

She again buried herself in his arms.

Pranay took her away from their family mansion. It was their house their dreamland. Pranay was the only one in the family who was gifted with two powers. It was because his both the parents had powers and he was the first child so he was blessed more. He can control the five elements of the nature as well as he had a special power to bring out his imagination. He can create anything that he imagine. He had created a special place especially for Jiya. No one has ever stepped in that place apart from both of them.

They were lying in the bed when Pranay thanked her again.

"Jiya, I'm really thankful that you excepted me five years ago. I was too scared at that time. I tried my best at that time but still I was nervous. When you weren't saying anything outside that house I was scared as hell. But thank God you excepted me."

"How can I not say yes to you? It's very rare that we get a chance to live our entire life with our first love." Jiya said emotionally.

"Your love made me fall for you."

Jiya stared at him when she didn't understand the meaning of his words.

He smiled and said, "When you were searching for me seven years ago that time I noticed you. At first we were alert that you might be a danger but then realized that you were just my fan. Then after that I kept an eye on you and fall in love with at some time which I don't know myself."

She smiled and then remembered something, so she asked him, "You said 'we', right?"

Pranay nodded.

"Who comes under that 'WE'?" She asked again.

He smiled and said, "Everyone."

She hide her face with both the hands. Oh Gosh. Everyone of his in-laws knows about her stupid actions. This is not fair!!!

He chuckled and hugged her.

Jiya sometimes think that she is dreaming and it isn't real. She had never thought that she'll marry her first love. Not only she got with her first love but also his family is special. They aren't normal human beings. They are blessed with some powers. Everyone have special abilities.

Her mother-in-law can communicate with animals and birds. Her father-in-law can control the living beings. Her brother-in-law have got sensitive ears he can heard noises in kilometers. And her sister-in-law, everyone's beloved, have got speed.

Her grandfather-in-law have the ability to read minds. Although he can read a mind at a time but it is special. He was also the first one to know about her feelings for his grandson.

Her mother-in-law's mother, that is Pranay's maternal grandmother..... she was a tinkle bell. Yes, Jiya gave her that nickname. She was the one responsible for those invitations and parcels five years back. Those sparkles were a kind of protection shield.

And her husband.... he is special among the specials. He have got two powers. He uses one power for romance while the other for protecting his family.

They have being married for almost a year now. In two months they'll celebrate their first wedding anniversary. And yet she sometimes think that she is in a dream.
