Hall Of Fame System

The Hall Of Fame, also known as the HOF, is a title given to athletes who have had a major impact or influence on a sport in a particular era. Kein Jr, or more commonly known as Nicolas Kein, has the desire to follow in the footsteps of his father, Anthony Kein, as an athlete to hold the title. It's just that there was a slight difference when Nicolas Kein chose to become a professional basketball player. That did not make his father, a former footballer, angry or force his son to continue on his path. Nicolas Kein went his own way after witnessing the glamour of basketball. He idolised the greatest three-point shooter in history, Stephen Curry. Nicolas Kein's determination and desire was further fueled when his family died in a plane crash while visiting his home country. Much of his father's legacy has been instrumental in his life as an athlete. But his journey has been filled with obstacles that he never expected during his basketball career, in order to earn a Hall Of Fame title like his father. *** The knee injury meant that Kein had no chance of playing in the Finals event that would have seen his team fly to America for the world competition. As a result, frustration shattered his mind and mentality and after his team's losing match, Kein received news from the national hospital that his family had an accident and died. Kein was increasingly helpless in the face of the harsh realities of his life. Losing the match in the final could be reclaimed another time, but what about the lives of their family? As time passed, he realised that he had found a capsule on the table in his room and ate it without regard for his health. Unexpectedly, the capsule flowed into his body and brought up a screen with his identity. ‘What is this? Why is a hologram with my identity appearing in front of my eyes?’ That morning was Nicolas Kein's first foray into the Hall Of Fame as a power-obsessed athlete. Perseverance, rage, and revenge will be guided by the ‘System’ of the mysterious capsule.

Jog Every Morning

Finished with a day that had been hard for him, Kein didn't need to think long to lay down on his bed with a deep breath and his whole body that must have been in pain when he moved. Meanwhile, Damian didn't even have time to pick up his cell phone to play the video game he always played after practice.

It wasn't the first time, but seeing his room instantly quiet and still when it wasn't too late, Kein thought this wasn't a good condition. He yawned widely after making sure his stomach was filled with the food he had been looking forward to during training.

Kein was relieved when the 'system' did not demand him to eat something he hated for one day. He had thought that the 'system' had a consciousness of giving him time to have fun, but Kein thought that all of this was just a coincidence.

His eyes glazed over as if crying under the not-so-dark night. Even though the room lights were out, Kein could still see the condition of his room clearly. Kein was sleepy and exhausted to the point where he was ready to sleep under nine o'clock at night, when suddenly a similar screen appeared in front of him.

[Congratulations! You get extra points for your 'strength'. Train your body with weights and balance it with similar exercises to increa Kein frowned, slightly confused. 'Extra points? Isn't it too soon for a point to be awarded for only training my body for an hour? Does lifting weights have a big influence? Or does the maximum point capacity of this 'system' have an infinite number?'

Not wanting to be curious for too long, Kein immediately opened his stats again. He focused on the 'strength' statistic. His mouth spontaneously said that and a screen changed to a display he had never seen before.

'What? It turns out that there are several parts behind the main stats.' Kein was really surprised. So far he had thought that the stats displayed on the screen explained everything. At that time he could observe the extent to which his strength was growing.

[Strength: 31]

[Based on the daily missions you were able to complete each day, you managed to get through several exercises that most likely continued to add Strength Points. These points are a benchmark of your muscle mass. The greater your points, the greater your muscle mass and strength.]

[There is no limit to what you can get in these points. But you can adjust your posture as you wish. Strength Points will decrease over an indeterminate period of time by different amounts if you do not train your body consistently].

Kein gaped. He finally understood why the working points were adding up so quickly. The role of weightlifting did have an impact on his body. Not to mention that he also followed the daily program set by the 'system' every day.

As he was amazed to be shown some additional features, Kein was even more curious about what he would encounter. However, the 'system' had its own consciousness that limited the body owner's curiosity and instead showed an unfortunate notification.

[You lost your Vision Points by 1 point. Make sure you consistently go through all the exercises to continue maintaining your stats.]

'But you didn't make dribbling a daily mission at all. How can I possibly maintain that?!' Kein was a little unhappy with the result even though he realized that since the arrival of the 'system' and recovering from his injury, Coach Marlon rarely played games as he focused more on muscle and body development. Some of them who are still thin as sticks at least need to get extra training in a certain amount of time.

[Vision is your natural talent. To train that skill, you should at least train individually or at least play games frequently for a short period of time and force yourself to develop your talent].

[That way you can unlock a number of Unique Skills such as Eagle Eye or No Look Pass which are of course balanced with adequate passing stats.]

Kein became even more dizzy after learning that the 'system' had complicated standard requirements. From the beginning, he always thought that what the 'system' ordered was something that had been fully planned without having to learn an ability from other players or coaches.

Unexpectedly, the system has its limitations so it still requires teachers or coaches who can improve their abilities which will then be calculated by the 'system'. It wasn't a big deal for him because normal basketball players also didn't need the system to develop their skills.

For the time being, Kein didn't really care about Vision's missing points. Even so, he was still mastering that ability while focusing on other abilities that needed to be developed.

After his head was completely messed up by a number of complicated explanations, Kein unconsciously fell asleep after the deadly training.

Waking up from a fairly deep sleep, Kein was immediately startled by the screen that was already obstructing his view.

[Starting today. You are required to do 30 minutes of morning jogging before starting your activities.]

"What?!" Kein shouted when he hadn't even stretched a bit.

"What's wrong, buddy? What are you yelling about?" Damian lowered his head from the top mattress, looking at his semi-conscious "It's okay. Sorry for disturbing your sleep." Although he apologized, it was just basic etiquette while Kein did not feel guilty.

"Hey, I woke up an hour ago. I've been playing games since half an hour ago." Damian explained his monotonous routine with a smiling face.

"Really? Are we going to be late?" Kein immediately took out his cell phone and it was still half past seven in the morning."

Damian shook his head slowly. "You're not late. I'm the one who's too early." He lifted his head back up and looked at the phone screen again.

'Damn it. Why the morning run? Did you forget that sometimes I don't have time to complete daily missions in the morning?' Kein scratched his hair which was quite messy. There was no reply from the 'system' after announcing the slightly inconvenient morning training schedule.

Kein was a little annoyed because he thought the 'system' was forcing him to wake up early, stretch, and jog when the wind was still cool and the sun's rays were not yet stinging his skin.

To be honest, I have difficulty in devising a correct system method. If you have any ideas, I would respect those opinions and take them into consideration.
