Chapter 5

The label on the wooden box was quite flashy and looked like something only a person from my Earth would do. I slowly opened the wooden box and there were two scrolls inside it. Each scroll had number 1 and 2 written in bold on them.

The scrolls were not in a very good condition. To be exact, they were already in brown color and it looked stiff. They looked like they were too old.

I reached out to the scroll with 1 on it and slowly untied the thin rope around it. I was obviously nervous when I opened the scroll because this is not a scroll that should be here.

I opened the scroll and started reading the text on it. It read "To my fellow earthling who is reading this scroll, if you are reading this, that means that you are also someone from Earth.

Let me introduce myself first, I am Trech and I think I came to this world a few thousand years ago from the time you are reading this.

I am just a multiverse traveller who came to this world to heal from my injuries I got in a fight with a powerful being. When I first came here, I thought it was just a world designed like the old times of our earth.

It was until I discovere the the god tree, which many people worshipped. I then understood that I was in the world of Naruto. I didn't care much about it and focused on healing, but that bitch Kaguya tried to feed me to the God tree after she noticed that I had a lot of energy.

Since I was in my weakest state, I had to escape from her, escaping into another universe. So, I would like to pass on these techniques to someone else who stumbles upon this world, asking only one thing in return, make that bitch Kaguya pay for what she tried doing.

There are three important parts in the next scroll, which will help you even if you didn't get any gifts from the ROB. Good luck with your journey in this world.

Now, after reading this letter, you might be thinking about possibilities of others who might have been sent to this world. You don't have to worry about that, as a universe can't sustain two unknown variables in it. No one will be sent to your world.

You just have to look out for multiverse travellers like me who want to pass by. But even among us multiverse travellers, Naruto world isn't preferred as although women from this world are beautiful, all are simping over someone and they weren't interested in them."

I was surprised when I finished reading the scroll. It is really weird to know that there was someone else from earth in this world.

I then opened the second scroll and was quite shocked when I read the three parts of the scroll.

The first one explained how I can make changes in my body to let me use Haki.

The next one was instructions on how to train my haki.

And the last one....well...this isn't going to be of use to me now.

Although the scroll didn't offer Unlimited Power, you can still train Haki and gain enough strength to go head to head with many ninjas if you train.

I closed the scroll and since I now have a way to get stronger, I can actually start thinking about that to do next. Before this, all I did was go where the wind took me.

I closed the scroll and packed all my stuff. I was still going to leave though. I don't think I can learn Haki and even defeat Itachi all in one night.

I still wondered as to why we had this scroll, but since there was no use thinking about that, I forgot about it and went to sleep.

The next day, I woke up to the knock on the door. I dragged my sleepy self to the door and opened it. On the other side was a woman with a beautiful face, straight black hair and two bangs on either side of her face.

She was someone I recognised, as I had seen her many times in my childhood. She is Mikoto Uchiha, Sasuke Uchiha's mom and one of my dad's teammates when he was a genin.

She visited us often when my parents were alive. After their death, I only see her face a few times and all she does is greets me and asks me about how I was doing and if I was eating healthy food.

I do appreciate her asking me that, but if she really cared, she could atleast talk with me sometimes.

Mikoto Uchiha stood outside and asked "Can I come in Hatsuo?" and I welcomed her in.

She entered the room and looked at the horrible state of the house, with things scattered everywhere when I was searching for things, but didn't look bothered by it. I led her to a chair and she sat down.

I then asked "What brings you here aunt Mikoto? You don't visit me usually." and she replied "I know you are mad at me after how the rest of the Uchiha clan jas treated you and I will not waste time asking for forgiveness. I am here to ask you to leave the village today."

I was shocked to hear her say that. Before I could even ask why, she continued "You might have noticed the movements of the members of the Uchiha clan and the rumor has already spread throughout the village that we are going to rebel.

It is true and it was scheduled to happen in two weeks ,but after Shisui's death, they have decided to do it in two days. I have also seen my son Itachi change a lot after he joined the Anbu. And yesterday, he looked completely in conflict. If I am correct, he is thinking of stopping the rebellion all by himself, call it a mom's intuition.

You shouldn't get involved in this conflict. Take this money, it is useless to us after two days after all. Travel to some town and live happily. The east side of the village will have less securit, as it was guarded by us Uchiha clan members." placing a bag with cash in it. I am in desperate need of money and she just arrived the perfect time.

I wasn't going to be courteous when someone is just making my life better. I didn't say anything and she got up. She walked towards the door and said "I will take my leave then. It isn't safe for you if I stayed any longer." and opened the door to leave.

Before leaving, she kissed on my forehead and said "Take care Hatsuo."

I did want to save her because even if she didn't talk much to me after my parents death, I still played with her when I was little. But me trying to go against Itachi now is suicide.

I went back and looked at the cash. After counting it, I was shocked to know that I was holding 0.5 million ryo. It is a lot.

I then packed all my belongings, a photo of my parents in a necklace and locked my home as I headed out. I met all my friends near the academy and asked them to meet me at the park after their classes and they agreed.

I then walked along the streets, just roaming here and there. Since I was leaving the village, I just wanted to see everything once. It would have been hard for me to leave if many villagers didn't hate me.

I just went around and looked at all the places I would visit usually, which were very less. Most of my time is spent in the park and behind it training.

Other than that, I worked at the Ichraku ramen and this store, managed by an old grandma. I stood outside the store, which sold groceries and many other snacks.

I was about to enter the store when I heard a muffled screams from the side. I walked towards the alley beside the store and found an middle aged man with a small knife in one hand, with the other covering a girl's mouth.

I couldn't see her face, but she held the hand on her mouth and tried to break free. The man said "Now take out everything you have. I know that you are loaded with money. If you co-operate, no one gets hurt and everyone is happy."

"Grow up man. How will a small girl have money?" I said and both turned to me. The middle aged man said "Aren't you Hatsuo? Go away kid. I don't have time for you."

"Oh, but I have all the time in the world and I don't want to leave." I said as I approached him. He moved the knife to her throat and said "Don't come any closer. Move even one step and I will kill her. With your reputation in the village, everyone will think you are the one who killed her, so I am safe from execution."

"Only if you are faster than me" I said and immediately ran towards him. He was just a normal civilian and didn't have any training or combat experience. I guess he hasn't killed anyone in his life, as even though he had time to kill her, he didn't.

I caught the hand that held the knife and punched him in the gut. It made him bend down, gripping his stomach in pain. I then delivered the final blow to his face, knocking him out.

I then turned to the girl whom he was going to rob, and found a familiar face I knew. "Now, this is the part where you thank me." I said and the girl, Ayame, scoffed and said "You should be apologising for risking my life. He could have killed me if I wasn't lucky."

"It wasn't your luck that saved you. He was just a petty thief, who didn't have any experience in killing or stealing. That's why his hand was shivering when he held the knife close to your neck. He hadn't killed anyone in his life. I noticed that and it is what saved you. Go ahead, I am still waiting for you to thank me." I said and she replied "I guess I will treat you to a free bowl of ramen today if you help me carry these."

She then dragged me around to many shops and brought many bowls, stools. Out of curiosity I asked "Why are you buying all these?" and she replied "Dad wanted to set stools around the cart so that many people don't have to wait for their turn. And with your help, it shouldn't be a problem serving them."

"About that Ayame...I am leaving the village today. So, I don't think I will be able to help you guys anymore." I said and this stopped Ayame in her tracks. She turned to me and asked "Why do you want to leave the village? Also, aren't you an orphan? How will you live outside and earn money for food?" hitting me with many questions.

"Ayame, I can't get into the details, but this is something I have to do. Don't worry, I will return back in a few years." I said and she looked very sad.

"I was thinking of getting all my friends to Ichraku ramen to treat them to a meal before I leave. Can we have the Ichraku ramen for ourselves for a while?" I asked and she said "Yes, but you are paying extra for that." and I agreed.

She still looked sad and I tried cheering her up by saying "Don't miss me too much and don't forgot to introduce me to your boyfriend." and she just smiled. She said "I will find someone who is more handsome than you. Don't get jealous then." and went back to her usual self, but she still looked a little sad.

I then dropped her off at her home and it was still noon. I had a lot of free time and I didn't train. The last thing I want is to get tired from my training and not being able to escape if someone was chasing me.

So, I went back to sight seeing and went to the top of the mountain, where the hokage's faces were carved. It gave a beautiful view of the village and would have been a perfect spot to relax if I didn't come at noon.
