Akua was immediately turned angry from the physical contact Meruem had with Moka, and she used the Dimensional sword at Meruem.

Meruem turned around and saw Akua coming towards him, in his eyes, she was pretty fast, but it was not enough…

Akua: Oof!

With a speed never seen before, Meruem was already in front of her and a fist on her chest, which bent her back like never before.

A flash interrupted him while he was speaking and had his guard lowered.

Something fell… It was his right arm, much to his shock, in front of him, there was Akua who was still breathing heavily and was holding her chest while the other hand was up. She clearly used the Dimensional Sword, which was the only method she could use to really injure him.

But Meruem was shocked from the attack, not from what happened to his arm. He immediately recovered and looked down, where his right arm laid down, he crouched down and picked it up, before placing it on his right shoulder, and used the shapeshifting ability and regeneration to reattach it back.
