CONVERSATION AND TOKYO

The very next day of the interhigh preliminaries i reported to Takeda sensei and sighed up as a assistant coach and as a player in the volleyball club. Takeda sensei also knew about the bet and didn't question much and the next day Yacchi hitoka was sighed as the second manager of the club. Nothing major happened in these two days accept our sighing . on the day of meeting i reached the gym and saw everyone present there. I reached the coach and asked for their attention.

"Now as you all know you guys lost because you guys were dependent on the 1st years and nishinoya sempai , there is no doubt that freak quick is a very tricky move and is difficult to stop but after 4 to 5 spikes it becomes predictable so you guys lost " they all looked ashamed , I continued speaking " since i am here now i am going to point out all drawbacks of you guys individually and as a team

1. Daichi sempai you are really restricting yourself , you are are wing spiker but you stil only focus on defense like recieve and block , you should pay more attention to tosses and call for spiker , we will discuss your training later.

2. Sugawara Sempai , i have to say you are really wasting your talent as a setter , you are the most familiar with anyone on this team you know exactly where , when and how the spiker needs their favourite toss. But you still stopped training your sets and gave your position to kageyama .

3. Asahi sempai, I do not want to be rude but you are one of the least consistent players in the team your greatest advantage is your arm strength yet despite pof increasing it you stagnated , you are also single minded since you only try to hit spike straight or with a no touch , an ace job is to score points and there is more than one way to score like hitting the side of hand making ball go out.

4. Tanaka sempai , you also have the same problem as asahi sempai your arm strength while lacks , it can be increased and you have to be more creative while hitting a spike .

5. Nishinoya sempai , you are a great libero with good instincts but your agilitty and speed is still lacking along with instincts , we have to pay more attention to these and libero's job is just to save he can also set , think about it.

6. Kageyama , you are by now one of the most talented setter , you can pinpoint location of ball to anywhere on court from anywhere on court but are still self minded you toss to the postion where you most likely have chance to score but you pay less attention on players need and liking , you lack flexibility and balance to set from any location and from any angle and you pay all your attention to ball and forgets to read opponent , setters are like playmakers of match , you lack whole team lack.

7. Tsukishima , you are one of the worst case among the players , you have talent ,you have height you have brains and natural talent for read blocking , but you still shine less , its because you don't even like volleyball , for you volleyball and this team is just a club , you think when you don't have to play volleyball in future after high school then why work hard now , you consider yourself lower than hinata and do not compete , according to me you are just here to time pass , simple words you lack passion and motivation.

8. yamaguchi , you are a natural pinch server but you lack confidence and gets nervous which makes you miss and you are only learning one serve try to be creative .

9. Lastly Hinata , maybe one of the most lacking player in team you lack basics you can't block , you can't receive and still all you want is to spike , a team do not need a person who can only spike while leaving loopholes to other positions , you are not even a free crow all you do is spike straight which led to you being a puppet in the hand of oikawa you need to learn to fight for yourself. And thats it"

when i stopped speaking i looked towards them while they looking at me as if i am some kind of monster while also showing ashamed looks . I bring them out of their dilema and said " You all are going to take exams early , after the exams we are going to Tokyo for training till spring interhigh and then till nationals , make sure to take permission from your parents " I said nonchantlly and then left .

'WHAT A MONSTER !!!! AND WHAT DOS HE MEAN WE ARE GOING TO TOKYO TILL SPRING INTERHIGH??!??!" They all thought together.
