6 Rita's Death

Sophie asked her mother" mummy why did you do all of that,what was really your aim,please tell me ", Linda looked up to her " my daughter seriously I don't know then why I did all that,we took it as a fun, I cannot explain till this moment, we were after more frivolities,more money and over material things and like I told you before I still can't find answers " Sophie looking so curious" mummy where are they today, I mean Rita, Betty and Doris, hope they are all married and are doing well in their husband's house"

Linda suddenly felt tears on her face she quickly wiped them as to avoid her daughter seeing it"my mother allow me to land first okay,you want me to spill out the main secrets I have kept for so long,I will soon get there, just be patient for me,but if you insist I can describe the girls to you ". Two months later,one evening, Linda just finished washing her cloth after coming back from a tiring lecture, she was just about retiring to her bed when a student suddenly rushed in and said"Linda Linda! Linda got up immediately being so scared"yes what is it,who is chasing you and why did you rush in like that " "am so sorry about that,have you heard today's news?" the intruder asked still panting. "There has been an air disaster,I mean a plane crash,the plane involved was a private one,it all got burnt beyond recognition, the rescuers couldn't find even a body, because they all burnt into ashes before they got there". Linda felt like her heart has been ripped out but she held herself not wanting the girl to understand what is going on"sorry what plane exactly". "I heard in the news that it belonged to one billionaire named Chief Idris Abubakar". Linda couldn't believe her ears because she felt her world is gradually coming to an end" no no no you aren't serious right "

Linda couldn't believe the thoughts that was running through her mind, the chief is one of Rita's men,one of the men that showers Rita with a lot of money for satisfying him in his sexual urge,Betty had once invited Linda and Betty for a governor's party in government house which they all went to. Another thought ran through her mind,she remembered Rita came running to them that the chief asked her join him in his private jet to a vacation in Dubai, which she willingly agreed to accompany him,and now this. " oh god please let this not be true "she thought aloud as she made her way to see Betty.

" Betty! Betty!!?" she screamed aloud and rushed in without knocking. "yes who is there" she jumped out of her bed only to find out it was Linda " Linda why did you rush in like that ,as if a ghost was pursuing you or something ". " a ghost would have been better ooh" Linda said crying and pulling out a sit for herself "

"okay you know what just calm yourself down and tell me what happened" Betty said offering her a glass of jsaid. Linda drank small and said "did you listen to today's news?" Betty said "no what was it all about"

" There has been an air crash,chief Idris Abubakar jet got crashed this morning and am sure you know what this means" Betty almost fainted when she heard it,her legs started to shake,she managed to sit beside Linda, she started crying uncontrollably.
