Manuel thought he was living in a game right now, and his project, sadly, had become the prize pool of its players. And of all the players, there was one whom he feared the most, making him unsettled and more often, paralyzed. No matter where he is, or what he does, it seemed this player is living on his shadow.

It was the CIA.

He still cannot understand why this giant player goes after him. Is it because the US feel threatened by his plan to help China rebuild its polluted and dying city, or something else? Is it planning to make the habitable future exclusive for its own?
