27 Meeting at Council

For the meeting, Fang Yuan and Bibi Dong had decided to go as he wasn't strong enough to take care of all of them. Esdeath was gonna raid the ROOT base and Qianye Yinger will collect all the evidence. Esdeath wanted to fight and Qianye Yinger was bored so she sent her clone clan leaders and others home to take out all the evidence of the black deed they did.

She now just wanted to cause chaos and mess around.

Both Fang Yuan and Bibi Dong appeared at the meeting and sat at their place.

No one said anything they didn't even know how they came without them noticing and they were suppressed by Bibi Dong's aura alone.

'Strong' was the only word that appeared in their mind and then Minato looked at everyone and started speaking.

"So, this Meeting was called to discuss the event that happened yesterday. The Nine-tails was released and my friend here helped us in sealing and saving the villagers and village from destruction."

Saying this Minato and others nodded to Fang Yuan and Bibi Dong to which Fang Yuan nodded and Bibi Dong ignored and kept her eyes closed.

"Now comes the main talk, why did the nine tails was released? It was an SSS class secret that my wife Kushina was pregnant and only a few knew about this. Then how did the attacker know that yesterday will be the day of birth and nine tails seal will be weakened? I want the answer to the question."

Hearing Minato murmurs started to appear in the room and everyone started to discuss like 'How is this possible?', 'Who released the news?' and 'Did someone betray the village?'

Seeing that it wasn't progressing anywhere, Minato looked at them and said "Silence!" and everyone in the room became quiet.

He took a deep breath and said, " I already know the perpetrator and wanted them to appear by themself but it seems they don't want to. Anyways I already know so I will decide on my own. Now I am going to ..."

Just as he was about to complete the sentence Esdeath appeared in the room, gave Fang Yuan all of the evidence, and left.

Fang Yuan on the other hand acted as if nothing happened and scanned the evidence to create a copy and gave it to Minato.

Minato wanted to ask what it was about but then Fang Yuan looked at him and the evidence and then said "Read them."

Danzo and Hiruzen wanted to shout and say how can someone just appear and disappear in the meeting and just as they were about to open their mouth, a Kunai flashed near their face, creating a line of blood. They looked at the attacker and saw it was Fang Yuan and he was looking at them with a finger on his face. Minato had already removed all the ANBU and 'ROOT' from the room so no one else appeared and spoke anything.

For 10 minutes, there was stillness in the room and only Fang Yuan, bibi Dong, and Minato were reading the papers.

10 minutes later Minato hit the table and an extremely angry expression appeared on his face. He was about to attack but then a hand appeared on his shoulder. He saw it was Fang Yuan who also had a cold expression and Bibi Dong was releasing a chilling aura.

Fang Yuan looked at the duo and said, "Not Now! Let others also read. I will create a barrier and seal around the room so that no one can come or leave the room."

Hearing him, Minato nodded and accepted the decision of creating the seal.

Fang Yuan created a bunch of copies of evidence and gave them to everyone in the room. He also created a barrier seal, silence seal, and restraining seal. The restraining seals flew toward everyone and they didn't even know about this.

Everyone started reading the papers and as they kept on reading the papers, different expressions started to appear on their faces.

Some had fear, some were happy, some were upset and some had a frown.

The most scared people were Hiruzen Sarutobi, Danzo Shimura, Homura Mitokado, and Koharu Utatane.

All of their deeds were exposed in the paper, from Senju Clan to the Uzumaki clan to war to embezzlement and other things. The four had deathly pale faces and Danzo who now had enough snapped and was about to attack and use Sharingan and Wood Style to attack was sealed with a restraining seal and his Right hand which was made up of Hashirama Cells and Sharingan was cut by Bibi Dong.

No one was able to see anything except Danzo stood up and then his hand fell and the bandages around it were released. Everyone saw a disgusting pale hand with Sharingan Eyes embedded in it.

Uchiha clan Patriarch wanted to attack Danzo but was restrained by the seal and then looked at Fang Yuan who shook his head.

Fang Yuan looked at their pale faces in amusement and then thought of something, he went to Minato and whispered something to which Minato's eyes brightened and he repeatedly nodded his head and told him to do it.

Fang Yuan controlled the barrier seal and then used Map to look for the place where two of the three Sannin were and then teleported near them with clones.

He saw a man with white hair moving around the bathhouse with a perverted expression and then created a water ball and hit him in the face. As soon as the ball hit Jiraiya, he looked toward the attacker, and then Fang Yuan used Tsukuyomi to explain what happened and that he was invited to Meeting. He also showed him the copy of the Hokage Seal that Minato gave and he copied it with marble. Looking at the seal, Jiraiya nodded with a heavy expression and then put his hand on his shoulder and they both teleported back.

While at the same time, the other clone teleported to Tsunade and saw her running away with alcohol in her hand and Shizune running behind her with Tonton in her hand.

He went to them and showed the Hokage seal and asked them to stop. Then he looked back to the people who were running after them and asked them about her debt. It was 3 million Ryos and he created the money and gave them. Fang Yuan then showed the same thing he had shown to Jiraiya in Tsukuyomi and after this Tsunade had an extremely angry expression and she crushed the land in her anger. "Brat let's go. See how I will break their bones."

All of them teleported back to the room.

Just as they teleported back, Tsunade punched Danzo in his guts and Hiruzen in his face. She wanted to attack more but was stopped by Bibi Dong who also had a cold expression but was waiting for the meeting to get over. The main reason for Bibi Dong's anger was because of how children were treated and the experiments that were done on them.
