5 Adapting to urban world

I always cried in the night with emotions taking me back to Thi world as I missed my friends Oriana and Jinx so much. This made me to tense since I had no friends here.

Mother was always on the move to look for work here and there. My bed room was tiny since we had no support and other witches in urban world hadn't helped us that much to get a decent life.

I always looked at my purple ged bracelet and wondered if father would return se day. My mind always wished to have my father besides me and craved for a whole family.

Whenever I recall leaving behind my beautiful wooden mermaid gift father left me as he was taken to Thinex , I shed more tears. This torn family went on too long till I got used to being a loner.

Till mother got a decent job as a receptionist at the biggest hotell in the city and we finally got a decent home to stay through the connection of Madame Julietta.

I later on learnt that she was a witch and a vampire who was expelled for sulphur powder trade in Thi world. This had yielded her enough money and life in the urban world wasn't as tough as expected.

The only problem she got was inadequate supply of glothi . This was used for vampire bath to make them get a tanned skin and keep away uv Rays effect on there skins.

Mother would extract glothi from fairies in Thi world by stealthy entrance then sell it to her and other vampires for survival. The nights at home bwere cold but mother always checked on me and we discussed a few things daily before rest.

The rest of the was a busy one since she had to work and leave me behind in our white and black house on street 49. The coins was as little as the house and the garage was only for the small vitz car we owned.

I always kept indoors and only went out for jogging in the evening with mother's dog along the street. I made no human friends since our neighborhood had there children in boarding school . This was done by the parents so as to do there flexible jobs of traveling easily with no worry.

Our red vitz car was always noticed my traffic as mother drove first to different train stations over the weekend looks for incognito portals to Thi world. She would leave me behind in the car to used the portal and after collecting enough fairy saliva from Thi world to mix with the other glothi components , we would then leave .

She would drive off happily to the cinema and we watch a movie then later return home in the night were she could mix the glothi components. In the mornings it was her usual routine so the urban world was that tiring.
