1 Training in the Womb, Literally

"Huh? What's a system?"
[The system is a supporting tool, that will help you on your journey to godhood!]
"Mhmm?" The disembodied voice was confused. It didn't know what was happening, all it could see was darkness as well as a weird humanoid right next to itself. It couldn't move, or use any of its senses. If not for the voice that it heard, it would have continued thinking it was in limbo or something similar.
"Where am I currently?" After knowing that the "system" could actively respond to it, the disembodied soul tried to ask the system questions to better understand it's current predicament.
[Right now, the host's body is being developed inside his mother's womb.]
"So… I'm a fetus?"
[Correct.]
"Where do I even begin? Just tell me how I got myself in this problem."
[You don't a high enough level to know that information.]
"Level of what?"
[Your level is the current strength of your entire state of being. You can see a visual representation of it by calling for your Status.]
"Status?"

"So… Aside from letting me see my strength quantifiably, what else can you do?"
[Well, I am a part of your soul and just by virtue of that being a fact, you effectively have unlimited potential. In other words, there is no barrier that can prevent your strength from rising; at least with regards to potential. Unlimited potential means you can have the strongest body imaginable, have unlimited energy, learn any and all abilities, and so on. Of course, you still have to train to get that strongest body, or infinite energy reserves.]
"Strongest body? Infinite energy? What are you talking about?"
[I guess telling you now won't make a difference. You are no longer on Earth. In the place you are going to born, there is constant conflict and personal strength is greater than any law. There are formidable warriors, called ninjas, that can use a type of energy — Chakra — to use elemental attacks and some of the best can literally fight entire countries single-handedly.]
"Mhmm, if that is the case, I guess I really would need to use you to become strong."
[It seems you are a bit confused. I am just a supporting tool, all of the hard work required to become strong will not just disappear. I can at most be considered a convenience as I will primarily be giving you information.]
"Primarily? So you have other functions?"
[Right, but they are locked away for now. Before you ask, you don't have the level required to know what those functions are.]
"I guess I have to wait a month, doing nothing..."
[That is not necessarily true. You could spend most of your time trying to mold some chakra.]
"Oh right, I have energy now. So how do I do that?"
[Concentrate on your body and you should feel a warm sensation. Guide that sensation around your body until you can feel the energy throughout every spot on your body. Call me again once you're done.]
"Mhmm, Alright..." The fetus did as the system said. After concentrating for a couple moments, it could feel the energy the system was talking about. Upon making the discovery of its chakra, the fetus heard a prompt from the system.
[Host has learned the Skill: Energy/Chakra Manipulation
Energy/Chakra Manipulation (Rank D | 0/100): The most basic level of competency for controlling energy. As proficiency increase, the loss of energy from executing energy-based techniques decreases.]
The fetus ignored this prompt and continued to train according to the system's instructions. It spent a couple minutes trying to move the energy, before hearing another prompt indicating that his Energy Manipulation had improved. When the fetus could move the energy the skill improved once again.
Now that the energy could be moved around, the fetus began to introduce energy all over its body. The source of its energy came from the area on its navel, so integrating energy with the limbs of its body would be a bit challenging. The fetus had a month to kill, so it wasn't worried about not being able to introduce energy all over its body on time; not that it was on a time crunch in the first place.
After a day of constant energy manipulation, the fetus finally managed to drag a bit of energy outside its navel. Right outside the navel was where the very first chakra point was located, and as soon as the fetus' energy came into contact with the chakra point, it instantly showed signs of opening.
A couple hours later, enough energy had entered the chakra point to be opened. At that moment, the system informed the fetus that its energy manipulation had improved for the tenth time. With a chakra point opened, the fetus could pass energy around its body with more ease. With one chakra point open, opening the next would be twice as easy, the third would be three times as easy, and so on.
It took less than six and half days for the fetus to open all 361 chakra points on its body. At that point, the Energy Manipulation Skill had improved twenty three more times. The fetus followed through with the system's instruction and asked it what it should do now.
[Now that host has all chakra points activated and can freely control the energy within the body, host should begin to cycle energy through the body to enhance it.]
"Cycle?"
[Right, create a route for the energy to flow through your body. The route should begin and end on the same chakra point, and go through all 361 points for each cycle. It doesn't matter what point you start from. However, for the most optimal results, the host should try to make the route at compact as possible to not waste time.]
"Alright, that makes sense. Obviously, I shouldn't make a route where I need to channel my energy from my hands to my feet. But, when will I finish this form of training?"
[Probably never. This is a method to improve both your energy and power, so it can theoretically be improved an infinite number of times. But, there are exceptions to any rule, so you might be done with this if say... you reached the planar limit. But don't get ahead of yourself. Just consider this training to be never-ending for now.]
The fetus was confused by these new terms it didn't understand, but since it knew that asking any questions would only yield more annoying responses from the system, it just quietly kept to itself and continued its form of training. It planned out potential routes it could create, for a couple minutes. In the end, it chose to start the channeling route from its head, then the right side of its body — first the arms and feet, then torso, then the legs and feet — then the left side of its body — from the feet and legs up the torso and through the arms and hands back to the head.
With the routing completed, the fetus followed through and completed one cycle before hearing the system issue out another prompt.
[Host has learned a new Skill: Body Refining
Body Refining (Rank D | 0/100): By channeling energy in a cyclical fashion over all the chakra points on the body, the user can both increase their energy reserves and the power of their body. As proficiency increase, so too does the rate of cycling as well as the increases to power and energy.]
And so, the fetus began an endlessly repetitive exercise. Being a fetus was extremely boring and this was the only thing the fetus could do, so it couldn't really complain; at least it had something productive to kill time with.
For the remaining 20 or so days it had left in the womb, the fetus trained its Body Refining Skill. At first, it took ten minutes to complete a cycle of body refinement. But by the last day, it could complete a cycle every six minutes. Furthermore, the increase in power and energy was very small; probably because it was still a fetus and it couldn't really develop as quickly as a fully fledged human.
By the last day, the Body Refinement skill had improved twenty times, the Power stat had reached 50, and the Chakra Stat had reached 150. Training Body Refinement involved manipulating energy, so the Energy Manipulation skill also improved twelve more times; apparently it was harder to level up skills that were at higher levels.
Now, it was finally time for the fetus to be born.
