120 The Strongest Ancestral Immortal

The Heartforce Cultivator tried a couple more Hearforce attacks, but after experiencing the first illusion attack, Kaguya prepared herself to resist as best as she possibly could. Having to defend against these untraceable and unpredictable attacks made her stop her massacre of the Daolords, but Chojusen continued his on his side of the field.

Minutes after the battle began, Chojusen eliminated all the World Gods present and collected all their leftover treasures. He made his way over to the Daolord Battlefield and faded back into reality. Chojusen knew that Alpha Strike would not be strong enough to mess with Daolords of the second step or higher, so he had to go for the Omega End attacks.

Omega End could invade Marshadow's body and he was a Chaos Primordial; it would be impossible for any of these mere Daolords to survive. However, now Chojusen would probably be overwhelmed in terms of speed so he sent an energy transmission to Kaguya — he connected a stream of his energy to her, so that they could have a clandestine nonverbal communication. He said "Hey, uh… can you teleport me to them?"

Teleport him? She might have an Omega Spacetime Dao, but she couldn't create stable gates for him to pass through in the middle of this high level fight. If he wanted to be teleported in this sort of unstable environment, she would have to maintain physical contact with him. Kaguya said "I'd have to carry you..."

"I don't mind." Who was he kidding? This was a serious fight! Who cares what they look like while teleporting! All the enemies would be dead afterwards, so it didn't matter.

Kaguya teleported over to him and held him in a hugging position. Chojusen said "Go after the Heartforce cultivator first! That bastard's world is what's hurting us the most right now."

Kaguya did as Chojusen said and they appeared behind Daolord level Heartforce Cultivator. This Daolord could sense death encroaching on his soul, so in an attempt at life, he used over 50% of his remaining Heartforce on an overcharged Hearforce Illusion; hoping it would be enough to stop both Chojusen and Kaguya until their capture.

Kaguya immediately became blank-eyed and spaced out, but Chojusen? Not only was his Dao Heart almost impenetrable, he had a Nullgod Soul! Heartforce worlds might have a slight affect on him, but heartforce techniques? They might as well be air blown on his face. He didn't grow the slightest bit affected by the overwhelming amount of Heartforce thrown his way and his Nihility covered hands inched closer to the Daolord with no pause.

Over the years he had been practicing with Marshadow, Chojusen's Omega End had improved somewhat and would now start to combust the air it touched into blazing flames of nihility. The Heartforce Cultivator watched as time seemed to slow down infinitely at his impending death. He tried to self detonate to cause Chojusen some damage after knowing he would die the next moment, but the Omega End attack prevented him from doing as he pleased.

This was the first time Chojusen had killed someone with Omega End, which meant it was the first time he saw why it was called the ultimate ability of nihility by Marshadow. Chojusen's nihility covered hand didn't just corrode the defense of the Daolord it struck. No, it corroded his energies, his will, his life, and his chance at rebirth! Even the truesoul was consumed and converted into nihility.

If Autarchs saw this take place, even they would draw in cold breaths. Consumption and conversion of a truesoul? This meant that the Prime Essense of Nihility within the Chaosverse would improve with every life claimed by this technique! The Dao of Nihility itself would grow stronger the more Chojusen used this technique…

After the Daolord Heartforce Cultivator died, Chojusen took the treasures that were left behind by his corpse and used Alpha Strike to move himself and Kaguya away until she came back to it. Kaguya took a longer time than usual to recover, since that last attack was a final max power attack the Daolord used to try staying alive, but she was back to fighting form after a second.

Now that she no longer had the heartforce world draining away 40% of her strength, she started teleporting and attacking along Chojusen's side to quickly finish off the remaining Daolords.

"Shit! We can't go on like this! Assemble a formation!" One of the Verge level Daolords of the Fourth step spoke up. Originally he had been extremely confident in their chances at detaining these two cultivators; it was after all 2 vs 100 and they had an overwhelming advantage with regards to strength . But now, even their Heartforce Cultivator died; even though he was only a Daolord of the second step, he had done the most to restrain these two demons…

Another reason he hadn't called for a formation to be assembled was simply because none of these cultivators were on "good terms" with one another. They might have been stuck in this trapping formation for trillions of years, but they never worked together in a fight. They could at most create the most basic formations with no substantial power behind them.

"Shit there's only 21 of us left… Assemble a Seven Stars Fighting Formation!" Another Verge level Daolord said. These "Star Fighting Formations" were all based on teams of three. The Remaining Daolords were all at the third or fourth step and quickly sorted themselves into seven teams of three Daolords.

They had watched the fighting style of those still present, so they assorted themselves based on Daos. Each team was formed by complimentary Daos; for instance, one team was made of Daolords that majored in the Daos of Fire, Wind, and Wood. In this formation, the Daolord's might have increased their fighting prowess by 5-10% but that wasn't enough to ward off the Deadly Duo they came to know as Chojusen and Kaguya.

All their formation accomplished was buying them a couple extra minutes before they were completely annihilated. All in all this fight was challenging to Chojusen and Kaguya as they had to deal with a bunch of Daos they had never fought against; heck, this was their first time fighting a real battle after coming to this plane.

Chojusen took a look around at the battlefield and swore to himself that if he hadn't been here to take part in the fight first hand, he wouldn't have been able to guess that a fight involving 100 World God and Daolords took place; the trapping formation Emperor Gengxin left behind wasn't damaged in the slightest.

Chojusen sighed as he recounted the kill count. Kaguya had exterminated 56 Daolords, ten being Daolords of the second step, and five being at the third step. Chojusen killed 28 World Gods, three Daolords of the third step, eleven at fourth step, and two at the Verge level. Alas, the combined wealth of these haggard Daolords couldn't even reach at tenth of the wealth Emperor Gengxin left behind; even Daolord Eighthearts had more loot than these guys…

Chojusen regained his focus and led Kaguya out of the trapping formation and back out to the cave system. Before reaching Omega for Formations, Chojusen might have spent an hour deciphering the code to leave, but now all it took was a single glance.

Kaguya used her Spacetime Dao to ignore the distortion effects of goldstone earth, directly teleporting herself and Chojusen out to the planet's surface level. Chojusen took out his Final Shuttle and after he and Kaguya boarded the ship, they resumed their journey to the Voidstar Gate. In the end, this journey to the legacy site of Emperor Gengxin had yielded tremendous fortune as foretold by Chojusen's Numeracy Dao.

Not only had Chojusen gained two massive boosts to his cultivation, inheritances that boosted eight of his Daos to the Omega level, his Final Treasures had also evolved a step forward, and his wealth was comparable to Achrons. Kaguya also mastered her Spacetime Dao to the Omega level and ascended two stages to Daolordhood.

Now that the Final Shuttle was comparable to a Mid Grade Eternal Treasure, its speed no doubt skyrocketed to dozens of times faster than before. Chojusen and Kaguya would arrive at the Voidstar Gate in less than a month.

Chojusen spent this relatively short period of time travelling, by studying all the techniques and manuals he recovered from his fallen enemies and managed to reach the Omega level for Light and Darkness before reaching the Voidstar Gate; all his other Daos were now infinitely close to breaking through as well and if nothing unbecoming came Chojusen's way, he would definitely be done training his Daos within half a decade.

Now, even though there were still a couple days of travel before Chojusen arrived, he could already feel the terrifying fluctuations of Spacetime and Void energies rippling against his shuttle. His Dao of Numeracy whispered signs of danger, much higher than those that appeared when he was before the trapping formation in the cave system. Still, the danger was manageable and not critical, so Chojusen dismissed it.
