Yu Yuan walked forward in small steps, pushed open the door, and entered the visitation room. Then, she waved her hands behind her, and a bunch of young doctors followed her inside. The majority of them were medical interns and housemen. 

Although the chairs at the center were empty, the interns and housemen still obediently stood by the sides and the back of the room.

While this was a major surgery that needed many doctors, Ling Ran's group had a lot of young doctors. Therefore, no matter how people came over, they could not participate in the surgery, since they were not in Ling Ran's group. They could only watch in the visitation room like doctors from other departments.

However, compared to other groups, these young doctors from Ling Ran's treatment group had it easier. One, they could at least come and watch in the visitation room. Two, there was a difference in categorizing the young doctors in different departments and treatment groups.
