382 382. Annexing the Lightning Country

Back in the office, in front of Alexander, Hats stood. In his hand was a whip and he was wearing a police uniform.

The three ninjas he just tortured couldn't even stand and were now sitting on the ground, shivering and in tattered clothes.

"What did you do to them in such a short time?" Alexander amusingly asked.

"Oh, I just hit them in their baby maker." Hats answered.

"Oof..."

Alexander and Dobby instinctively covered their crotches even though nothing could hurt their baby maker. It was just a natural response.

"Did I mention I hit them with stones, while they were sandwiched between ice walls from both sides, and at the same time I whipped them." Hats added.

Alexander looked at him speechless. He just took out a packet of his medicinal catnip. "Here's your reward."

"MEOWWWWW..." Hats jumped and snatched it and then went to the sofa to start his addiction night.

"This is the first time I've heard him meowing," Dobby commented.

*Kock Knock*

Hiashi entered the room. He was surprised to see the remaining three Kumo ninjas in the room and in that condition.

"Greetings, Lord Hokage. I have something important to talk about." He greeted.

"Sure, take a seat. Dobby put these three in the next room." Alexander instructed.

Then Hiashi looked at Hats. Alexander laughed, "Ignore him, he doesn't understand human words... for now. What can I do for you?"

"Lord Hokage, a ninja from Kumo came to my house and..." Hiashi went on to explain the whole situation to Alexander.

"Hmm, tell me, Hiashi Hyuga, didn't you tell Dobby some time ago that he doesn't have the right to interfere in your clan matters. Then why should I now? Are you going to come to me whenever you feel it is convenient to use me?" Alexander asked.

Hiashi had not expected this. He tried to argue, "That was different. This is a matter of the whole village. If a war starts the whole village will suffer."

"Hah, no it won't. If a war starts, I'll just end it. But, if a war starts, it will certainly destroy the reputation of the Hyuga clan, which is why you are here." Alexander countered.

Alexander saw the conflicted look on Hiashi's face, "Let me guess, you are thinking of sacrificing your own twin brother. With whom you have shared your childhood memories?"

"What do you want in return?" Hiashi sternly asked.

"What I want is simple. Under the rights bestowed upon the people by the constitution. They have a right to freedom. By the seal you have planted on the branch families, you have taken away their rights. This is a big offense and can land you in jail for a long time, even death because what you are doing is simply slavery." Alexander told him.

"The curse seal exists to save the Hyuga clan's secrets of Byakygan. We cannot get rid of this seal." Hiashi replied.

"I'm not telling you to. I am absolutely okay with trying to keep your eyes a secret from your enemies. But, what comes with the seal is my problem. You hold the lives of others like they are caged birds. You can never feel how helpless it feels to have your life in someone else's hands and you can't do anything about it. Tell me, how would you feel if you had another child and then Hinata had to make her own brother or sister their slave?" Alexander asked.

"Then what would a knowledgable sage like you suggest we do?" Hiashi mockingly asked.

"Well, I can give a new seal, that just keeps your Byakugan a secret in case someone from your clan dies. No holding other's lives in your hands. And before you argue that this seal has kept the branch members from revolting and fighting to become the new main family. Remember, except for the Hyuga clan, no other clan uses this seal and they seem to be just fine.

"All the anger in Branch Families is all because of the injustice faced by them due to you. You are the reason for all the problems and instead of solving them you just give them a big headache and make them stop speaking. You took away what made them human, their right to speak out against injustice.

"Imagine not being able to speak against something bad happening to you for generations. Of course, they will have anger against you. But you will have to win them over slowly. What I can promise is that I will help you if they really start a revolt. And, if you feel you cannot show compassion to them then let your brother become the clan head." Alexander explained.

It all left Hiashi speechless. Alexander continued, "I am just telling you, even if you don't agree with this, I will someday still come after you. You may think I am being too nosey but from my eyes, I see injustice happening. This is not the world it used to be, we are and will always be at peace now, I can assure you"

"I need some time to think about this," Hiashi demanded.

Alexander agreed, "Sure. Now, let's hear what the Kumo shinobi has to say about this facade.

Dobby brought in the three ninjas.

"Okay, I want you all to truthfully tell me why you came to Konoha, and before one of you decides to lie, the punishment for lying will be 24 hours with that cat." Alexander threatened them.

Their faces lost all the colors and they rushedly started confessing.

"W-We were on a mission from Raikage. We were supposed to kidnap the Hyuga princess and bring her to Kumo so we can learn the secrets of Byakugan.

"Yes, we had planned if we got caught we would force the Hyuga clan to give up one of their own in the name of fear of starting a war." Another one of them confessed.

Alexander slowly cracked his knuckles. "Okay then, let's go to Kumo and talk with Raikage himself."

In a few seconds, Alexander, Dobby, Hiashi, and the three shinobi were standing in the Raikage office. Hiashi and the three shinobi were shocked beyond words. The pink door was magical.

Currently, only Raikage was sitting in the office, all alone.

"Kid, I don't think you learned the lesson the last time. You turned out to be crazier than I thought."

*BOOM*

Alexander punched him in the face, throwing him at the wall. A lot of teeth fell out of his mouth.

"H-Ho dir you com her?" A asked in an unrecognizable voice, not being able to properly speak due to the loss of so many teeth.

"Magic, but you're going to see the not-so-nice side of magic. You dared to threaten to start a war when I had just ended one? Even when I saved your father from a war? You ungrateful, ignorant and foolish man." Alexander scolded him.

Soon, many Kumo shinobi started pouring into the Raikage office due to all the ruckus.

"Anyone who tries to save him will be beaten. Bee, go and bring your father. GO!" Alexander announced.

Bee quickly went out to look for his father, who was chilling by a lake and fishing. Third Raikage used his lightning speed to appear back in the village.

"What is going on here?" He loudly asked the moment he appeared inside his somewhat destroyed office.

"Ask your son," Alexander pointed out.

The third Raikage looked at A with a questioning gaze. "What did you do?"

A was beaten up a lot so he couldn't speak properly and it was hard to understand. So Alexander spoke, "Let me tell you. Your smart son here sent your Kumo commander and some other ninjas to Konoha in the name of signing a peace deal.

"But, their real motive was to kidnap the three-year-old Hyuga princess to learn about their eyes. But, they all got caught and your commander was killed by Hiashi.

"That wasn't it. The ninjas then threatened war if Konoha didn't apologize for killing your commander and blackmailed the Hyuga clan head for handing over a member of the Hyuga clan to be killed. So, here I am, to get some answers and give punishment.

"No one is allowed to wage wars while I am in this world. If you do, you aren't just my enemy but an enemy of the world. If you don't believe me, listen to them"

Alexander made the three ninjas he caught blurt out everything.

Third Raikage was shocked and angered with this, "What kind of stupid plan was this? Lord Sage controls four of the great shinobi nations, what gave you the confidence to do this. Bee, tell me, is everything Lord Sage said right?" He asked A.

Bee simply nodded.

*Sigh*

The third Raikage looked back at Hiashi and deeply bowed, "I ask for forgiveness for my son's sins. Please forgive him this time."

Alexander shook his head, "No, not this time. The reason why I took control of other great nations is because most of the time, a war starts due to them. Under one rule, they have no reason to wage war. So, I am annexing the Lightning country and Kumogakure. You have already lost my trust with your mindless attempt to start another war."

Surprisingly, the third Raikage didn't oppose him. He already knew Alexander closely and was a very good friend of his, "If it is you, I got no problem. As long as peace can ensue and people still live happily, I am ready to let this happen."

"Father, what are you saying? How can y..." A tried to argue.

*BAM*

He only received a slap from his father, "Perhaps, I rushed too much. You were not ready to become the Raikage. A boy like you who lived his whole life inside these walls in peace can never know the pain of war. I should have taught you better."

"Good, Dobby will become the new Raikage and Daimyo. And here you go, your so-called peace envoys, though don't expect any work from them now. They are worth even less than a civilian now." He said and threw the four men at A.

Hiashi was surprised to see the man he killed still alive.

"Ah, don't be shocked. I brought him back to life. Though I didn't have to use him to confess to his crimes." Alexander said. This shocked Hiashi too much, he just learned that the sage had control over even life and death.

Alexander then looked at Dobby, "You know what to do. You are the boss here now. I will return to Konoha and deal with the Hyuga clan matter. Fugaku Uchiha will also probably come to find me in the office. Inform me if you need anything."

"Sure, boss, I'll deal with everything here and I guess I should call you Sage King now," Dobby joked.

"Haha, that does sound nice," With that, Alexander disappeared with Hiashi.

Dobby looked around at the mess in the office, "What are you looking at, start cleaning this mess. Third Raikage, you are to do whatever you were doing, just enjoy your life. And maybe take your sons with you and teach them a thing or two."

Raikage sighed and dragged Bee and A behind him.
