260 260. Being People's Shield
Although people didn't believe her instantly, doubts had taken place in their minds. Yamato was made to shut up by Beast Pirates member but she angrily told them that she would join the Kozuki family and fulfill his wish of opening the country.
Some people in the crowd started prostrating and pleaded, "SHOGUN OROCHI, PLEASE END THIS PUNISHMENT. PLEASE!"
But to their shock filled faces, they received an arrow to their chests.
The crowd instantly understood they had messed up. That there was no hope for Wano. The people realized this while the subordinates of Kaido and Orochi surrounded them with weapons in hand.
The reasons for Oden's strange actions these last 5 years were quickly communicated to all across Wano. Long-distance message arrows were shot towards every village in the country to spread the word in an instant.
By that point, the oil in the pot was heated over 700 degrees and it kept rising. Even the retainers of Oden that he was carrying just realized the truth behind their lord's strange behavior.
People started to shout, "THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING US!!"
Oden Final announced his last wish to his people. "If I survive this scalding, I would like to open this country."
Oden told everyone that a long time ago, the Kozuki clan sank the country from the outside world to protect it from a gigantic power. He told them that the world is waiting for a particular individual who will appear traversing through 800 years of time and they must be a country that can welcome and support him/her.
Oden clenched his teeth, "I'LL BE BLUNT... THOSE GUYS WILL KILL ME TODAY...I WANT YOU TO... "OPEN WANO FOR ME!"

Alexander and Dobby had already arrived at the location 40 minutes ago and 30 minutes had passed since Oden jumped into the pot.
He waited this long because he knew that if he stopped everything before the people realized the truth then even if he kills Kaido and Orochi the people wouldn't accept Oden as their Shogun.
But now he had no reason to wait. "That is truly a respectable man, Dobby."
"I wonder why they didn't contact you with that two-way mirror you gave them." Dobby wondered.
"Let's ask that ourselves." He said and jumped down from a rooftop to the middle of where Kaido sat and the pot.
He first walked to the pot and pointed his finger at it. It instantly turned to normal temperature and the fire under it extinguished. Then he took out a small vial and poured in its contents.
"Stay in there, kid. It will heal your skin. Now, where is your damn father and why didn't he contact me?" He asked.
But no one spoke, only silence was there. Finally, Orochi screeched. "Who are these? Interfering in the execution. Kill them too, throw them in the oil...muhahaha"
But no one moved. Maybe Orochi was the lazy guy and didn't read the newspaper but the Beast Pirates and everyone else did read it. Alexander's ten billion bounty was enough to make them understand his level of power.
"Oden, you're fine now. Why are you still bathing in oil? Come out." Alexander ordered after a few minutes.
Oden came out of the shock and put the plank down and came out. He looked at his body below the waist and it was totally unharmed. It didn't even have slight burns.
"Haha, my medicine is amazing," Dobby commented.
"UNIVERSE, WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Kaido raged.
Alexander uninterestingly looked at him, "Didn't you read the paper? I said I would be people's voice and Shields. Wano needed a shield so here I am. Now, sit down like a good puppy, I will deal with you soon."
"YOU..." Kaido jumped towards him to attack.
But Alexander just lifted his hand and gestured, Kaido's huge body fell to the ground at a high force, making a small crater. Then out of nowhere, stone rods came out of the ground and put his neck, hands, and feet in shackles.
"I told you I'd deal with you soon. Now stay silent, and don't try to fight them, the more you move the tighter they will get. Also, they are made of the same material as Poneglyphs." He revealed. Even Kaido can't destroy Poneglyphs after all.
His mention of Poneglyphs shocked everyone. It was common knowledge that only the Kozuki family knew how to make them.
Alexander then slowly walked to Orochi. Orochi was a large man but in a weird way. It was like he was giant and a dwarf at the same time.
"I do feel bad for what happened to you and your family in your childhood. But what you did cannot be ignored. Instead of working to erase the bad reputation that your father brought to your family, you decided to spoil it more. You selected the punishment for Oden right? Then you must also be prepared to face it yourself."
He put him in time torture in which Alexander grabbed his neck and threw him into the pot which was again filled with boiling oil. The catch was that he would not die and constantly feel the pain of being boiled. It would last for 5 days in his mind.
"AAAAAAA..." Orochi screamed heavily in his seat. He rolled on the ground

Instantly about 50 people popped in. They all were high ranking people in the country.
"So many fools." He put them in the same torture.
Then he looked at the Beast Pirates, he segregated everyone that had a sin percentage higher than 52%.
All of them had bounties on their heads. So Alexander put those in early category 3 in shackles and those in late category 3 or above were put to death by snapping their necks after being time tortured in boiling oil for 10 hours. Those in early category 3 and the dead bodies would be handed over to the World Government for bounties. The money would help Wano a lot. He could throw in as much gold as he wanted but that would be a short term solution.
"Oden, what do you want to do with Orochi?" Alexander asked.
The nine red Scabbards were aware of Alexander so they didn't react to him as Oden.
"How do you know me?" Oden shockingly asked.
"Haha... Your father told me about you. He said you are foolish and rash in making decisions... But, you are also a brave strong man. You have earned my respect. Now, where is Kozuki Sukiyaki?" He asked.
"He is sick and currently kept in the prison," Oden informed.
Alexander looked back at Dobby, "Give him the medicine and bring him here."
"And to Orochi. He didn't just deceive me but the whole Wano. So it should be Wano who decides his fate." Oden added.
Alexander agreed and picked Orochi up by his neck again and brought him to the front.
"Go ahead, do your job, Oden." Alexander gestured at him.
Oden walked forward and started talking to his people. He told them everything that had been happening in the country lately. In the end, Orochi was sentenced to death by the people. Even Alexander wouldn't have let him go as his sins were too high. The man was a backstabbing opportunist.
He was told to commit seppuku right there in front of everyone. Seppuku was an honorable death. However, after going through the Time Torture, his will was completely broken and his true nature was out.
He couldn't even lift the knife to kill himself. In the end, Oden did it himself by chopping his head off. Looking at the head roll on the ground, Alexander wrote it down to make a law for the future that lets executions happen without such gory scenes.
"I will return as soon as your father comes. Until then, address your people. I will deal with Kaido in the meantime. "Alexander stated and walked to shackled Kaido.
"I don't care if you are a Demon who ate Dragon Dragon fruit or a dragon who ate Demon Demon fruit. Your days of being a pirate will end today." He then checked his sins.
