275 275. A Challenger appears
The Germa Kingdom, also known as the Kingdom of Science. It was the world's only seafaring kingdom and a member nation of the World Government.
About 300 years ago, it was the center of the Germa Empire. An enormous empire formed by the Vinsmoke Family's conquest of the North Blue. Today, the kingdom remains under Vinsmoke Judge's rule, and is serviced militarily by the Underworld army, Germa 66; as the territory of the Vinsmoke Family.
Because the Germa Kingdom was a member nation within the World Government, they had all the privileges of an affiliated kingdom; that includes the right to attend the Reverie. The kingdom's royal family also had an unusual pull over the legal system, being able to affect the bounty system and issue direct commands to the Marines.
~Hmm, Sanji said his sister is a good person and acted mean to him as a show to not get bullied. I need to save that poor girl.~ he thought.
"So, what's the plan?" Vegapunk asked.
"First, we will get to their data center and copy all their scientific data and then erase it all." He said and started walking straight to the big building ahead.
"Wait, they will see us." Vagapunk loudly whispered.
"Haha, they won't. Magic..."
Vagapunk walked behind him, amazed at how everyone ignored them. ~I am getting more and more interested in magic than science now.~

Alexander was not much interested in each country's internal politics but the case with Germa was different. They acted less like a kingdom and more like an organized crime syndicate. The royal family even openly run Germa 66.
Germa 66, also known as the Warmongers, it was both the military branch of the Germa Kingdom and an Underworld mercenary force commanded by the Kingdom's ruling family, the Vinsmoke Family.
This is why he was going to put an end to all this. Though he still needed to decide what to do with Vinsmoke Judge's three sons who were heartless and emotionless.
Soon after he had copied the scientific data, Alexander came upon a pink-haired little girl skipping to somewhere. He quickly went to her and made her fall unconscious.
~Dammit, I feel like a kidnapper now.~ he internally cursed as he sent the girl to Phixheim.
"Okay, Vagapunk, let's go and greet the main course." He said, and instantly their invisibility ended.
"You first, I am just a fragile old man." He responded.
"Haha, I know you have multiple seastone weapons on your body. I don't think anyone can catch you by ordinary means." Alexander laughed and headed to the Throne room.
It was one of the largest rooms in the castle, which was prominently adorned with militaristic decor, including a large spread-winged bird behind the royal throne itself.
Alexander opened the door, making a lot of noise.
"Reiju, why did it take you so long to co..." Vinsmoke Judge loudly spoke from his seat on the high platform. But he soon realized that it was not his 'daughter'.
Silence ensued in the hall as everyone instantly recognized Alexander. He was categorized as the most dangerous man in the world after all.
"Hello, there. King of Germa. I heard you're being a naughty boy." Alexander greeted and also checked his sins.

Alexander wasn't surprised by that. The man ran an underground criminal organization.
"Why have you come here?" He asked.
"You attacked an island in the East Blue not long ago. It was under my protection and you still did it. That makes you and me enemies." He blurted.
However, all of a sudden his 3 little sons jumped from their seats and quickly attacked him with their weird technological enhancements.
He stopped them all with just one finger, "Kids, sit down. I don't know what gave you this much confidence but it is misplaced."
Alexander then instantly appeared beside Judge and punched him in the face. "This is what you get for attacking my people."
All the guards got alerted and tried to come to the rescue but Alexander just used Conqueror haki and made them faint, including the three kids. He looked at the Soldiers and most of them were similar looking, proving that they all were clones.
"You have pushed it too far. You faked your own son's death. A small, sweet 9-year-old child. The death of his mother is also on you. You did experiments in children which is an even worse crime. According to the Laws of Heaven, you will now die and will always live in hell with no chance of reincarnation."
He put his palm on Judge's face and out of nowhere flames came out of his palm. They went straight into Judge's mouth, making him scream loudly. He was also experiencing Time Torture in which he went through everything Sanji went through but it was amplified by a million times. After a while, he was turned to ashes.
Alexander then quickly looked back at the three boys. He thought about what to do with them and finally came up with a plan. He looked back at Vegapunk
"These boys will be your bodyguards from now on, Vegapunk. I will give them empathy ability before that." He declared.
The Germa Kingdom was not an island but various huge pieces of concrete built on giant snails. So Alexander just destroyed all the artificial land and freed all the snails to do whatever they wanted. The people were relocated to various islands and the clone army of Germa were inducted into the Golden Justice Army after they all signed Magical binding contracts.
"We're done here, Vegapunk. I will send you to your lab. It has been set up." He said and took out the anywhere door and sent him back.
He didn't go because he sensed someone coming towards him. At a very fast speed.
*POP*
Dobby appeared, "Boss, Ryugu Kingdom is ready to move to the new island, They wanted to see you before that."
"Haha, I will go there soon, but right now, someone is coming to challenge this old man." He laughingly said.
"Okay, I'll stay to watch it then." Dobby conjured himself a seat.

The Shichibukai system had been formed by the world government in their plan to contain the expansion of Alexander's influence.
The Shichibukai was an alliance of seven pirates turned privateers in the service of the World Government. Although they worked for the World Government, the Shichibukai themselves typically did not care about nor respect the Government.
Most of them were famous pirates who had made their names in the New world and either met or fought one of the Yonko. Yes, there were still Yonko. The damned World Government had put his name in place of Kaido's. It infuriated Alexander and he was going to do something about it soon.
The Shichibukai were namely, Dracule Mihawk, Bartholomew Kuma, Boa Hancock, she asked Alexander's permission before becoming a Shichibukai and he agreed. She wasn't a pirate anymore as their Island now had enough food and other things, thanks to kindheart mall but they still needed to keep people afraid of them.
Then there were Crocodile, Gecko Moria, Marshall D. Teach (he had already stolen the Dark Dark fruit) and at last, the self-proclaimed son of Whitebeard, Edward Weevil.
Alexander put down the newspaper and saw at a distance in the sea, a small boat with a mast in the shape of a cross was coming towards him.
"Haha, finally" He got up with a smile.
