"FFFWWUUUUUUUGGGGHHHH"

Tonilia leaned forward and gasped for air with relief, then realized how overdramatic she was being.

She felt, fucking unbelievable. Grasping her hands felt more like an assertion of dominance than a mundane action, getting out of bed felt as if she was on a set of powered rails like Yuri described and moving faster than she was accustomed to with every stride.

Her blood felt clean... it couldn't be described. A cool and filling sensation inhabited her chest without fighting the warmth of her body. It was metaphysical.

Yuri snapped and 'Enlightened Isolation' dispersed into specks before the room returned to its homely colors from a tinted yellow. He approached the bed and held her hand before sitting down on the bed close to her side.

"I would ask how you feel, but I already know the answer," He gave a warm yet tired smile. Giving Tonilia the Eternal Heart and Devourer's Muscles in one sitting, or standing, might not have drained his mana at all but he was mentally over it.

The complete opposite of Tonilia. "Am I still Human?" She asked perplexed yet still giddy.

"Haha. Yes. Technically, so am I. In the future, we should never stop calling ourselves Human no matter how far the reality of the situation is, anyway. I was born Human. It's not an identity I ever plan on severing."

Tonilia looked as if she lost all her hyperactivity while she took on a contemplative face, then leaned onto his shoulder.

"Is this happening too fast for you?" Yuri took the silence as a bad sign.

"Hmmhmm," She hum laughed. "It feels like a dream, but I'm sure it'll settle. Remaining human. I'm glad we aren't wandering too far from ourselves no matter how far we travel"

The couple settled into the silence for a moment before Yuri asked for a five-hour nap, which is all he needed for a full rest nowadays anyway.

When he woke up, Tonilia was just getting out of an Alteration class. Yuri was glad she had magical talents. Alteration, Illusion, and Conjuration. No Light or Shadow magic success on her end yet, but it didn't need to be pushed.

Yuri went to pick her up while walking through a portal, earning jealous whispers or gossip from some of her classmates.

They would be spending the next three days learning and practicing the martial forms Yuri had just acquired together.

Savos looked at his newspaper with no sign of happiness despite the good news.

'Shadow Lord Upturns the Dominion, Thalmor Ended'

It took six days after the event for this news to reach Skyrim's upper class from Cyrodiil, and Savos knew exactly who was gone during the timeframe this would have happened.

"So you took it outside my walls, eh?" He sighed self depreciatively. "Shadow magic... I hope your Light will balance the effects, my much-too-worthy yet stubborn disciple."

Savos Teleported from his office to the practice area Yuri and his woman have been hogging for two days straight.

*Fwoosh CLAP pumpumpum Boof tak fwap*

Tonilia looked like Bang from OPM almost to the letter, if not a bit slower and less impactful while she tried to encapsulate Yuri in a series of swirling guard breakers and weak point strikes with open palms.

While Toni dashed around fit as a fiddle, Yuri remained an iron will that moved forward and pressed her ground while blocking every one of her strikes or deflecting with the back of his claw-flexed hands and returning the strike with a closed iron fist.

Cushions of air were forced to abruptly move out of the way of their fight as Savos watched on enraptured at their improvement over seemingly a couple of days.

In truth, they weren't all that skilled. It was the body and muscles that were to blame, and especially Yuri's [Accelerated Adaptation], for their flashy display.

Tonilia was getting frustrated trying to break into his guard while constantly having to back up and being denied all attempts.

The style she stuck with for now was obviously Raging River. Tearing down stronger opponents and gaining a fluid and unpredictable winding speed was its forte, yet Yuri adopted both parts of Rending Phoenix and Roaring Dragon for defense and offense respectively while switching it up for practice occasionally. Raging River didn't block at all, they dodged. But Yuri was much faster than her and also much stronger. The gap didn't decrease, even increasing slightly which Yuri tried to hide a bit.

But she didn't give up. She could see Yuri was having a mental battle about going easier on her and she hated it. She was gonna kick his ass before he had the chance to think of going easy on her again!

"Yuri!"

"Huh?" His steel-faced façade was replaced by a tilted head.

"I need weights. You can make them right?"

"Haha, you want to push yourself up to my level right?"

She merely nodded.

"Well to be honest I hadn't trained much until we started. I only had the muscle ritual before you, so you will catch up naturally"

"YUUURIIIIII"

"Fine, fine, I'll give you the Rock Lee treatment. You are going for speed right?"

She nodded vigorously with stars in her eyes.

"Sheesh, aren't you taking this too seriously? Your eyes are getting scary, haha," He teased as he browsed through the Exchange for something similar.

[Hyper Dense 500 Kilogram Ankle Weight Pair - 250 RP]

'Purchase two. And get me a forearm equivalent too, put it all in my inventory'

[19,560 RP Left]

The pair of black, comfortable, thin-looking ankle weights fell into his hands and they dipped from the weight.

"Jesus, I know the legs are stronger but I'm barely carrying these"

Tonilia stepped forward and stretched her arms out to receive them.

"Wait a second, babe, I don't think your arms can carry these. I'll put them on for you for now"

Tonilia mock pouted but was still grateful. She had no idea how much stuff cost him in that system of his but she knew he was spoiling her. She sat down on the ground and let him strap them on, he teasingly grabbed her ankles afterward and pulled her close, pinning her on the ground.

"Haha, you fell for it! Now you can't run from me little rabbit"

"Hmph," She scrunched her nose. "Soon you won't ever catch me again!"

He silenced her with a kiss, then it started getting more aggressive between them. Tongues battled, hands wandered...

"HRRRRRNHRRRRMMMMMM"

Savos' signature throat-clearing cut through the air and make them halt abruptly.

"How long have you been there you dirty old man" Tonilia looked up from below Yuri with an accusatory glare. Yuri joined her with an eyebrow. He hadn't had ESP active during their practice.

"This is my practice hall, if I remember correctly." He deflected while he went to the seaside table.

Yuri got off of Toni and helped her up. She was heavy, all of a sudden. Toni could hardly move with those on.

"Are you gonna be alright?"

"Oh, I will be! If I wear them all day, I'll be able to wring you dry without getting tired soon enough, mister"

"Please, threaten me more often"

"Do I need to clear my throat again?"

"Oh, Savy!" Yuri remembered he had a question as Toni and he made it to Savy's table.

"How I miss the days you still called me master. What is it?"

"What should I study next. My magic is strong but I've stagnated."

"By the Nine, Child, you're already unstoppable"

Yuri merely grinned.

"Ah, never mind. If you are looking for a next step it isn't in the College. It's called Dawn Magic, though records of it are only likely in places like the White-Gold Tower or the Psijic Order. I'm not an expert myself, this is basically only hearsay. Dawn magic is what we call Magic associated with the Dawn Era before time was a linear concept and the laws of the world were set. The Ayleids were the ones who supposedly kept it. That's all I can say for certain. It's just as impossible to study as Time magic, don't keep your hopes up, Yuri."

"Hmmm... this seems like leaping through the dragon gate if anything but I'll look into it."

Yuri had no idea what Dawn Magic was still, but he would later go far beyond what he thought Tamriel could offer him with it.

"Oh, and you haven't reached the limit of Shadow magic yet Child. There are probably records of its uses in Cyrodiil as well, so you best take what you can for all your efforts"

Yuri went silent, and Tonilia went even more silent than she already was.

"Was I being too flashy?" Yuri failed to play off the tension.

"Hmph. Hold onto Light magic with all your heart, Yuri. I don't want to be the reason for another Potema." Savos dispersed it for him while downplaying his care.

"You'd have to cut my dick off first," He shot back.

"Yuri!" Tonilia cut in while suppressing her laughter.

Savos laughed lightly before getting up to leave.

"Just be safe, Yuri. That's all I care about. And thank you for tearing the Dominion a new one. Bring back some good books if you can," Savos left off with that.

"Are you sure that was alright? He seemed depressed." Tonilia remarked.

"I won't stop Shadow magic. He knows I won't fail, either. It'll pass"

"Still, Dawn Magic? I thought you were just playing with bigger fireballs until now?"

Yuri gave her the stink eye before relenting.

"My magic theory is bound by my concept of spellcasting. He likely wants me to go beyond it and reach to the higher concepts before I'm stuck in my old ways"

"If only he knew how far you plan on actually going"

"Still, if I can take a power beyond mere spellcasting with me that would be great. Though I'm not sure how this power will behave in another Record"

Yuri and Toni cut their sparring short. They got dressed in luxurious clothes fit for a Noble date, removed their weights, and Yuri opened a portal to Cyrodiil.

A late lunch consisting of three-course fine dining in the Imperial City, followed by making to a theatre where a dramatic performance of 'The Horror of Castle Xyr' started shortly after their arrival.

He was never a fan of horror, but all that mattered was that they enjoyed it together. They did, but mostly because they were making fun of their attire.

Yuri finally took her through the Temple District and into the lush and scenic Arboretum. They landed in a stone and many-pillared gazebo surrounded by lights and fireflies, resting on a stone bench after a day well spent.

"It was wonderful, baby," Toni cooed while she leaned on Yuri, his arm wrapped around her.

"Come home soon, I don't want to be left alone too long," She broke the silence and asked him. Yuri explained how he would be getting his rewards from Titus and it might take a fair bit of time to go through it all.

"I will do my best, love. Anything you want?"

"No baby. I have you"

"Very romantic"

"Say's the man who wined and dined and spoiled me all night"

"Well, we need to do this more often. I especially like to eat good shit"

Yuri sent her off through a portal into their room before saying goodbye one last time, closing it, and turning to the White-Gold Tower.

"Let's do this"
