2 A new Family

After getting dressed, Ally leads me to a side Hall where our family has it's meals most of the time. Arriving there my aunt Lady Saena Velthos is already at the table in her wheelchair, from my memories I can tell that although she is a preatty women she never married or left the house beause of an injury or illness in her early in her life which lead her to be fated to a life in a wheelchair, which lead her to an unhappy and depressing childhood and youth, only regaining some of that happieness when her 2 older brothers had children with whom she loved to spend time. My 2 younger sisters, my 2 younger nieces and myself spend a lot of time with her growing up and she loved to read us books and help us with reading, writing and other matters of education.

Seeing that I am the second to arrive I go over to my aunt and give her a hug.

"Varion good morning how was you rest" she says as her arms softly return the hug.

I release the hug and sit down at the head of the Table and turn to her "Aunty my rest was very good, truly the best rest I had ever since Father and Uncle Vaegar left with the troops for the war."

"That is good to hear" as she was about to continue talking we hear multiple footsteps coming from the hallway coming and both our heads turn to the doors to see an arrangement of young Ladies coming. All of them clearly of Valyrian decent with silverblond hair and eyes of different shades of purple. First come running in 2 children, my youngest sister Alysanne and my youngest cousin Jaela both of which are 9 years young.

They are followed by 2 young teenagers, my other sister Vaehna and my last cousin Vaella being 14 and 12 years respectivly. Aftrer them came in my mother Bhaela formerly of House Velaryon while the girls just wore any colorfull dress they liked my mother wears a white dress with silver and gold embroidery, wearing a white pearl necklace and her golden wedding band. A moment later comes my other aunt and my uncles wife Lady Jeyne formerly of House Celtigar and mother of my 2 nieces. My mother takes her seat at my right side while Saena already sits to my left. my sisters sit down next to their mother while Jeyne and her daughters sit next to Saena.

We have our greetings and small talk while servants bring in our food. We have our breakfast and the girls talk about a million things they wish to do today after they are done with their studies. While I ask Mother and Aunty to come to the Lords study as I had some things to plan and would like their input. My mother looked inquisitively at me but nodded anyways. After swiftly finishing their meal the girls run away to use any free time they have before their study time starts.

Finishing up I excuse myself and make my way over to the Lords study with Ally following behind me. I sit down at the ornate old desk on a comfortable chair, clear the desk of all papers and start thinking.

I have half a year until the war ends with the sacking of kingslanding by lannister forces, I have no reason to prevent that really since Robert forgave most Targaryen loyalists and his rule was weak while also easy to appease. This time and my knowledge however gives me alot of options, saving Lyanna, Ashara, Elia with her children and maybe Rhaella and Dany. I could get rid of Viserys to appease Robert and make him not look too closely at the other corpses i would send as stand ins for the children. However finding women that look like Elia, Lyanna and Rhaella would be harder especially Lyanna since Robert is madly in Love.

Now saving them would be neither easy nor give me alot of benefits with the exception of Elia with which I could get dorne as a secret friend. I could use Varys for help but would rather not do that if it can be avoided otherwise using him and getting rid of him would also be an option, since that would make it almost impossible for anyone to figure out what happened. Hiding all these Women in my Castle and it's gardens shouldn't prove much a problem since it is an old Castle build in a Valyrian style with the help of dragonfire sponsored by the Targaryens before the conquest. Which makes it not only impreassive to look at but also almost impossible to maneuver for outsiders.

Saving Rhaella and Lyanna should be easy for me todo either with healing magic I could learn till then or maybe even my Paladins Lay on Hands could be enough already.

However saving Lyanna would prove not difficult but wouldn't help me as she would raise Jon as a Targaryen and heir to the Throne and not a stark bastard. Hmmm.

Yes I can't save her it would proove too troublesome sorry lady I never met.

But I can save the rest hiding Rhaella and Dany would be easy since my Family has the same Valyrien traist they have. Saving Elia and her children would also be easy. I can just have her work as another maid of mine that has the main job of taking care of the children.

Now I just need to make sure that Father and Uncle die at the battle of the Trident so that I can be the undisputed Lord of House Velthos. This could prove hard because I want their Valyrian Steel back yet them dead and from my memories I can't find anyone that is more Loyal to me than my Father and Uncle. However what I could do is give my father "insider" information that this battle will happen and that he should stay with the prince in the Center of the Army so that if something were to happen to him he could "safe" the Heir to the 7 kingdoms and gain some recognition. Since both my Father and Uncle seem to lust for Glory since they haven't gotten any yet. While I send another letter to one of our knights telling him that he should take a few of his most truted knight companions and make sure that the Families Valyrian Steel makes it home with or without wielder and that they should not fail for if they do we would all be doomed, yet if they succed they would be greatly rewarded. I could write it in a way that would insinuate a wedding with maybe on of my sisters even if I do not have the intention of giving their hands away to some lowly knights.

*knock* *knock* "Enter" the door opens and my Mother walks in followed by my aunts wheelchair being pushed by one of her maids. I mention for the maid to leave which she does shortly after and closing the door behind her.

My mother looks at me "So Son for what have you called us here" I smirk at that.

"Well mother I need to send Father a letter and would have you sign it aswell just in case.

I got information from a spy of mine that soon there will be a great battle between the Royal Host currently gathering at Kings Landing and the Rebel Forces Gathering at Riverrun.

I want father and Uncle to join the Princes side and stay with him so they could protect him and gain the glory both of them seek so much."

"And you trust this spy of yours Varion how come I didn't know that you have your own spies my son." at that both my aunt and myself chuckle "Well mother they would be bad spies if you knew that they were that right? And yes I do trust that spies words since I had a similar report from another one a day later." "Very well lets see to this letter of yours."

After writing the latter and signing it, I hand it to my mother who thoroughly reads it before also signing it. "Mother could you please give the letter to the Maester so it could be send directly better not give such an important letter to a servants hand and I would like to speak to aunty about something private so you can go back to your duties afterwards."

She gives me a look and then looks to Saena before shaking her head and leaving us.

After the door closes and we hear her walking away I look to Ally "Ally make sure there is no one infront of the door and get me some tea." she nods at that and also leaves.

Before I say anything Saena starts "Well nephew or should I say Young Lord what do you need my help with." I get a big smile at that. "Well aunty as you know I have some ambitions and it seems the time is nigh to set some of them into motion and it just so happens that you could help me with that. You see there is this one knight in our Service that i remember to have taken a liking to you even if you never reciporated those feelings and I would like those feelings he has for you at my advantage and no before you ask I will not marry you off to some lowly knight but giving him hope will do the job until he as a job well done and then we can rid us of him since you clearly don't enjoy his repetetive tries to garner your attention." She looks at me and her face changes from shocked to worried and finally rests on a big smile. "Well then my Young Lord tell me how I can help you."

I start writing a letter about him having to bring back our Valyrian Steel no matter what and that if he succeds in this task wither they be in the hands of my father and uncle or he has to carry them himself it would count as a succes. And that if he were to fail his family would pay for his failure however if he were to succed I could make sure that a certain someone were to become his wife. I sign it and hand it over to Saena and while she is reading it a big smirk appears on her face. "Well well well my Young Lord how could I not sign and marry the Knight who saved my family heirlooms from the hands of dirty traitours and looters. You will get your Steel toys and I will get rid of a pest a good deal for the both of us indeed." I nod to her at that "Well Saena it just so happens that my research into medicine is finally starting to make progress so it could be that if I make a bit more progress that maybe I would be able to heal you" as I turn serious and say that, she suddenly looks at me utterly shocked. "Do you truly?" she asked to which I simply nod and she starts to tear up.
