25 Chapter 25

The next day I arrived at school, there was a mob of girls swooning over Ren right at the gate. I honestly don't understand how they have that much energy first thing in the morning, I get tired just watching them. Ren turned and made eye contact with me, he smiled and waved. Ugh I don't want to see him not after what he did, I turn and walk away to class.

Lets hope he gets the hint that I'm mad and not talking to him. When I entered the class and started walking to my seat, I noticed all the students giving me strange looks and whispering to each other as I walked. What's going on, I wonder if this is about what Layla told me the other day, I guess I didn't notice it before, but now I guess I'm more aware of it. I make my way over and sit at my desk, as I started unpacking my books a girl walks over to me. "Hey you, who do you think you are?"

I glance around but no one is around me so I guess she is talking to me, "Are you talking to me?"

"Ya, you see anyone else around us?" she shouted as she banged her hand down on my desk

"In that case, what are you talking about?"

"I'm talking about you and Ren, we saw you the other day sitting under a tree with Ren. How dare you try to seduce him, Ren is from one of the wealthiest families in the country and he is way to good for the likes of you, a low class dirty, orphan."

Before I could respond the whole class broke out into laughter, I panicked I couldn't respond, I was never good under pressure and I'm still not. I felt my tears start flowing, I couldn't hold them in, I ran out of the classroom before they could say anything else. How could somebody be so horrible, to say something like that to somebody and in front of the whole class no less and how could they all laugh. I hate this place!

I ran down the halls in a hurry, thankfully they were empty since everyone was already seated in there classes. Oh god I just can't get the sound of there laughter out of my head, "Ow" and I bumped into some one again.
