1 Chapter 1

I remember it like it was yesterday, the warmth I felt as he embraced me, the gentle touch of his hands as they caressed my body, his sweet and tender kiss. Memories that should be heart warming and joyful yet only give me pain the more I recall. Why do I recall them when I know they'll bring me nothing but pain, why can't I simply forget my love for him. Am I destined to spend an eternity tormented by my past, only to destroy my future.

Do you wish to hear my story? The story of my past... a tail of romance, betrayal, death, and heartbreak. Will you plunge yourself into the very darkness I now drown in?

Then let's begin where all things must start at the beginning, where my decent in to this hell began.

It was my first day of my second year of high school, I didn't think much of it same school same friends, same people, nothing ever changed back then. You see I lived in a small town there was only one school you could go to and everyone knew everybody and everything about them, in my life I had only ever met a stranger when they got lost on there way and just needed help getting out of this town.

So I settled into my desk and class had begun, pretty boring if you ask me, it was math and I was never much for it. Wasn't good at it and certainly didn't like it, better off taking a nap or texting then actually trying to listen. So that's just what I did, stood my big unnecessary textbook up in front of me and went fast asleep. Before I knew it I was waking up to the sound of the entire class whispering, but what about I really didn't feel like waking up and it was probably just more town gossip that I've already heard about. When my friend tapped me on the shoulder and said "your gonna wanna wake up for this" that peaked my interest I popped my head up and leaned over asking "what's going on? Why is it so noisy?"

"Everybody in the town is panicking" she replied

"Over what, did someone's dog go missing? AGAIN!?"

"No, or at least I don't think so."

"Then what is it"

Just then before she could get another word out the teacher banged his ruler and yelled "QUIET! Everyone needs to get up, remain calm, like up at the front of the class and single file walk out of the class following me."

I had seriously picked a bad time to fall asleep I had no idea what was going on and was panicking a little to much and moving to fast to bother to ask anybody else.
