As they stared at John, seeing his aura pulsing out strong beams of white light. Confusion ran through each of their minds. Unable to figure a solution of how to take him on. Only doubt and fear was filling their subconscious.

One god instinctively charged in for John, another following in response to the first. Both attempting to hit him from each side. As the first threw its blade at John, he blocked it with his shield and as the other threw its sword he used his sword to control the direction of its blade.

John threw his shield up into the first gods face, knocking it back and went to deliver a fatal blow to the second.

He threw that shimmering blade to the god, watching as its eyes grew from the anticipation. Suddenly his blade was met by another blade. John looked up to see someone who looked familiar blocking his thrust.

He back stepped and looked at this man, questioning to himself how he knew this familiar being. He stared at him questionably, contemplating whether this man was familiar or not.

"BROTHER. Stop this bloodshed. Please stop all of this."

Said a recognized voice. John looked over to the left of the first familiar man to see another. Within moments he was able to recall each of these two men. Remembering them from a long time ago.

"How dare you ask me to stop after what you have done?"

John said and right after finishing, he ran up to the first man and swung his blade. The guy threw his blade up to guard against the incoming threat. Blocking John's blade. The sound of metal clashing echoed throughout.

The second individual threw his blade to John from the side but was blocked by John's shield.  John spun around, elbowed the first man in the face and let loose his blade on the other. One swing after another, each blocked perfectly. John moved in face to face with the man while their blades were locked together and said.

"You took my whole world from me, just as you tried all those years ago. I cannot forgive you brother. Not for this."

The brother pushed John back away from him, and began to shout at him.

"Damnit brother, listen to me. John just stop and listen. We never killed her."

John stopped dead in his tracks, looked at his brother questioningly. Thinking over his next move, but could only bring himself to ask.

"The humans said they traded her to you guys for their own safety?"

His brother lowered his sword and holstered it. He waited for a moment and finally lifted his left arm eye level to the side of him, his gassy like cloud moving up with it. Within seconds it dissipated and a beautiful blue eyed woman appeared from the haze.

John's arms drooped, his heart sank and his gas extinguished. He looked at this gorgeous familiar girl, tears forming in his eyes. Without thinking, John bolted for her. Threw his arms around her once in front of her and screamed joyously, with tears streaming down his cheeks.

"Oh my god. I thought I lost you forever Sam."

Sam clutched firmly around John, tears ran down from her eyes, over her cheeks and dripping at the bottom of her chin. John's brother spoke up.

"I'm so sorry brother. After all that time ago of banishing you, I realized what you meant... So yes I made a deal to save those pathetic humans by getting Sam in return. But only to save her from being killed. I saved her for you. I regret and never wanted this to come of you. Please forgive me."

John looked at his brother, looking directly into his brown eyes.  As if searching for his truth. John released Sam from his grasp, walked up to his brother and lacked onto his wrist. His brother took the hint and did the same, melding their bond back, showing a sign of peace and brotherhood. John smiled and said to him.

"It took you long enough. Hahaha."

They released their grip, sparks shot out in all directions. Suddenly a scream and then a gasp occurred from behind John. Startled, John looked up to his brother's face, to see a horror across his physique. Terrified of what he might see, John turned around slowly.

Behind him he saw his other brother behind Sam. A blade protruding through her chest. Her eyes wide open in pain and fear. Her fingers wide stretched and quivering.

The brother yanked the blade from her torso and allowed her body to drop to the ground. Her blood was still running down the length of the blade. He smiled at John and shouted.

"I'm sick and tired of this bull shit brother. You were banned for your own doing. All for this fucking human. This girl that you grew emotions for. For this you are not fit to be of us. You're weak and don't deserve to be given another."

Before he could finish, John teleported to their brother. John appeared behind him and jammed his sword into his back. The tip burst through his chest, spraying golden blood outward.

The second brother stood there staring in shock, witnessing his oldest brother stab his youngest brother in the back. He walked up to them, pulled his sword and readied his blade.

"Kill him, kill him now. He does not deserve to be of us anymore."

The youngest brother had said, while reaching his left hand out to him. John yanked his blade from his back and walked past his other brother. Dropped his sword on the ground as he walked to Sam. His face was full of horror, his mind was racing from what all had happened.

The middle brother turned back to his youngest brother as he was stumbling to stay up, and walked up to him. He put his hand on his armored shoulder and asked.

"Why Shereen? Why would you do this? We almost reunited our brother back with us."

Shereen looked up to his brother, seeing an amazement on his clean shaven face, an emotion he hadn't seen since they exiled John. In that instant he foresaw what was about to undergo.

"Just do it Ilek. I can't allow this and you know it. So just do it."

Ilek positioned the tip of his blade to Shereen's chest plate. Holding off with the debate of whether he can do this feat. Attempting to conjure the strength to end his own brother's life and relieve him of his pain.  As his hands began trembling, Shereen grabbed onto his blade and shouted to him.

"Just fucking so it. Please, just do it."

Tears rolled from his eyes, down his cheeks. His gas completely dissipated. Ilek thrust the blade through the metal armor and into his chest. He watched as his brother's eyes and mouth opened wide, and his body turned to stone. Tears streamed down his face.

He pulled the sword from the stone figure that was his youngest brother, turned around to look at John, and dropped his sword to the ground. Seeing John in tears while he was holding onto Sam's body. Blood was soaked into the ground from her chest wound.

John's gasses started to surround him and create a dome around them. Light was protruding from his body. The wind was gushing outside the bubble.

John looked up to Ilek, seeing his pain and sorrow of what all had happened. Holding onto Sam as she was dying and shouted to him.

"I finally know what the problem was all along. Ilek I forgive you."

Ilek dropped to his knees as he watched John. Seeing John whisper something to Sam, lean in and kiss her on her lips. John and Sam's body began to glow as bright as a white star.

The glow was beginning to merge as one bright shimmer. Ilek witnessed as his oldest brother and his human women began to dissolve and vanish up into the air. His heart felt like it stopped in his chest. The thought that he had just lost his whole family was clouding his mind. The feeling of loneliness filled inside of him.

The sky darkened to unexplainable depths. The once fairly visible tree's and background vanished from view. Suddenly bright lights appear. Ilek looked up, to see what looked like silhouettes of light of two individuals. He quickly noticed the one was John and the other was Sam.

"Ilek, I love you brother. One day I hope you realize what I was talking about all those millennia ago. I may have started the genocide against the humans, but I found love."

He finished as his silhouette took definition. Ilek could see John holding Sam in his arms, both of them still glowing bright and warm. Smiles across their faces. John looked down at Sam, waited for her to look back up to him. Her eyes sparkling as she stared into his.

John leaned his head down towards hers, waited as she came in to connect their lips together. Their body's glowed brighter and brighter and then began to evaporate up into the air. Ilek knelt there as he witnessed them evaporate up like fire flickering off from itself. Little by little their essences dissipated away and cleared the sky.

Ilek looked up to the night sky, and stared up at the well-lit stars above, watching as one grew brighter than the others. The brightest in the sky.
