54 Training 4/6

(AN: So you can see the title and that I its 4/6 instead of 4/4. It's because I didn't want to end the training arc like this. )

"How did you find me?"

"You slipped up on your hiding method a few times. I just wait to sense your energy again and ran to your location as fast I could. Luckily, I managed to see you before you tried to hide again.

"Damn it." Ethan sighed. 'I probably wasn't thinking straight because of Raven...'

"Fine...depending on the questions. I'll answer." He said.

There are different versions of Wonder Woman, more than Ethan could remember, but he did remember that Diana has shown to be more understanding of others. However, she's also known to be one badass killer at one time and also known as a conquerer.

Fortunately, it seems like it isn't that Diana.

After he agreed, Diana suggested that they grab a bite to eat at a restaurant that opened up recently for the sake of better scenery.

Was she just saying to get a date out of him?

'No, that wouldn't be the case. Diana isn't that type of woman.'

Soon they would approach a restaurant that was built quite far from the busiest parts of the city. It used mostly red and black colors for the theme which happened to be Chinese.

Once inside, Ethan was assault with all types of smells and spices that stirred his hunger. The place wasn't like most restaurants as instead of eating in front of everyone, one is assigned to a room for privacy.

A beautiful woman with braided jet black hair was standing at a podium in front of the main entrance.

"Hello and welcome to Red Heaven. Do you have a reservation?" She asked while looking at Ethan.

"Eh?-"

Diana stepped forward, "It should be under Diana Prince. I called not too long ago?"

The woman looked surprised for a moment before looking at the list on the podium. "Ah, yes here you are. You are to be set up in room 1A. It is our best room." She smirked.

The woman then snapped her fingers and soon another woman stepped up.

"My name is Yui, I'll be your server today. Let me show you to your room." It would seem just about everyone women in the place seemed to be beauties, and strangely this one with odd golden hair had an air of noble around them, or perhaps it was just them being professional.

However, Ethan was more interested in how Diana had reservations prepared, or was she actually supposed to take someone else?

Regardless, it was going to be free delicious food and he'll just knock Diana out of the way if this happens to be a trap.

Soon they were greeted with an exquisite room, one where most people would be afraid to even step on the carpet as it looked expensive. Interesting paintings dawned the walls which helped bring the theme of an authentic Chinese restaurant come to life.

Yui immediately brought out the menus once they were seated which happened the only be a soft cushion on the floor. "There are many options for you to choose from. I'll start with the drinks to give you time to decide."

"Just bring us the best that you have. I don't mind about the cost." Diana answered.

"As you wish. I will be back shortly" Yui bowed slightly before walking out of the room.

" A reservation? You had someone else in mind for this?" Ethan curiously asked while enjoying the colors and unique aesthetic that somehow improved his mood.

"I made it in hopes someone I know would accept, but of course, I was shot down yet again," Diana answered as she took off her jacket, exposing her smooth shoulders and arms.

Wonder Woman was a warrior so one could see that her muscles were quite toned, but her womanly charms weren't affected. Ethan thinks he might have a slight fetish for women with a bit of muscle as it typically means that they could take more of him.

Pamela was an exception and he is unsure of Raven.

*Ring Ring* Suddenly, Ethan's phone started to ring and he took out to see Harley was calling him.

"Hey." He answers the phone.

"When are you coming back? You've been gone for several hours!" Harley shouted through the phone. The phone was against his ear, but Diana could still hear causing her to smile as she watches Ethan's eyes suddenly turn gentle.

"I'll be back soon. I promise."

"But Honeybuuun..." Harley pouted after hearing what Ethan said. She was trying to keep her mind occupied by training again, but not being able to smell his scent nearby caused her to mess up more than usual. Unlike the others, she was crazy about him which was an obvious fact.

Harley was just going to go out and find him on her own, but she was coaxed by words.

"I love you," Ethan said over the phone, causing Harley to blush and fidget quite a bit. She loved hearing those three words from him and it didn't sound like those people who say the word just because they can.

He meant every bit of it.

"Fine...don't be gone too long. Come back ok?.." Harley timidly replied as her lips bloom into one of the prettiest smiles one has ever seen.

Soon after, Ethan would hang up the phone leaving Harley to tell the others what he was up to which upsets them a little.

Raven felt slightly guilty as she knew the reason why he randomly left. The half-demon would unconsciously lick her lips as she remembered his taste.

It was better than what she imagined.

"I should be by Master's side no matter what!" Myra complained. She tried to go with him when he left, but he gave a stern order to not follow him which she reluctantly agreed.

"I wish to be by his side as well, but think of it this way. There will be days where we might be separated from him. No matter how much we wish." Pamela quickly said before Harley could speak.

"I love him just as much as everyone here, but I don't think being around him twenty-four seven is healthy. Although I know he wouldn't mind." Pamela smiled.

"I agree," Raven replied.

"Well, it's not so easy for me! I literally feel like I'm falling apart without him around." Harley was visibly shaking and instead of seeing the crazy and happy-go-lucky Harley Quinn, there was instead a fragile girl that starved for affection.

"..I want to hear his voice and feel his touch every second that I breathe...I feel...I-"

"How about the four of us go out?" Pamela suddenly suggested.

"Like a...girls night out?" Harley remembered doing something like that with the redhead in the past.

Pamela nodded, "Yeah, let's go have a bit of fun. I think it would be good for all of us." If it was anyone else suggesting this, then they probably wouldn't listen, but somehow they were compelled to at least consider.

Perhaps it had something to do with Pamela being the first wife.

After Ethan hung up on the phone, Diana started asking him questions about who it was, but he simply answered with a brief glare.

"Alright, I won't pry anymore." Diana put her hands up in defeat, chuckling a bit. However, on the inside, she was frowning as she wished a certain someone would look at her with those gentle eyes before saying those three words.

'Ah...It seems impossible. Dating within the team is dangerous huh?...is that why he has relationships with practical villains?' She sighed.

After a few minutes, Yui returned with two glass bottles and a bottle chilled in a small bucket of ice. The woman carried everything gracefully without skipping a beat and even managed to get down on her knees while holding the golden platter.

"What is this?" Diana.

"It's one of our famous Chinese spirits. I think you'll enjoy with this gentleman." She answered whilst pouring the drinks. It was practically see-through with a light orange tint to it, making it look quite enticing.

Once they were poured, they both took a small sip and they were left with a bombardment of flavors. It had a smooth unique taste that was a bit salty, but there was a long sweet after taste that warmed their throats.

"Hmm...It's good." Diana sighed with satisfaction. "What do you think Ethan?"

"It's not bad. I'm not particularly a drinker, but I enjoyed the lingering aftertaste. However, I'm more interested in the food."

"It is past lunchtime. I think we can order now."

"Yes."

It only took a few minutes for the two to order, and then Yui was back out of the room as quiet as a mouse.

"Where do you come from?" Diana asked after taking another sip of alcohol.

"Really? That's what you start with?" Ethan frowned slightly.

"I'm merely trying to start a conversation." Diana shook her head as she flashed a brief smile.

Ethan crossed his arms, "You think that if you get me to open up then I'm more likely to answer your most important question?"

"Perhaps? Or perhaps I just wish to know you a little."

Ethan groaned at this, but he decided to answer Diana's questions because he had a few of his own.

"I think you already heard enough from Batman."

"That you are from another world. Did you come from a different planet like Superman?"

"I might as well have, but I won't get into the specifics if you don't mind." He stated.

"Quite unfriendly aren't you?" Diana raised an eyebrow.

"I simply have no reasons to be friendly. I may very well treat you like air as soon as we are done. I rather not get too involved with the Justice League if I can help it."

Diana wasn't offended by this, but she felt a bit sad that he didn't react much to her beauty which was odd as even Bruce was caught staring at her a few times.

"You're definitely not friendly, but I can tell deep down that you are a good guy. I try to follow the rules to never kill our enemies, but growing up in my homeland taught me that sometimes one must make the tough decision for the greater good. Although our heroes would rather follow the lead of either Batman or Superman. "

"I respect them both, but I wished they handled a few things a bit differently. Like how you killed the Joker. He's been shown mercy countless times and yet he still escapes to do more harm, terrorizing the people of Gotham." Diana continued.

"I'm not the one that killed the Joker. It was Harley that did everything and I don't blame her. However...I do have a bit of blood on my hands, but they deserved every bit of it."

"I see..."

Soon there was silence between the two and Tydris took this time to talk.

("What are you doing?! You should cut her down where she stands! Gods are untrustworthy as soon as they see you have no use they toss you away. They send countless heroes to slay our kind and make trinkets out of our flesh!!") Tydris roared at the top of his lungs.

'...The same can be said about dragons.'

("Y-you! You dare blame this on our own kind?!)

'While I can understand your anger a bit too much...I feel uncomfortable just standing near her but I learned you can't look at everything in black and white. All gods aren't evil and all dragons aren't good. I'm not sure what happened to you, but surely you understand that much?'

("...") Tydris didn't utter another word.

"You're a dragon aren't you?" Diana finally broke the silence with a question.

"A dragon?"

"Yes, a dragon. Although, I never remember them taking human forms before even if they showed great aptitude in the arts of magic. I know of one such person who is extremely gifted with magic. You may or may not have heard of her, she's done a few shows in Gotham City."

"Zatanna?" Ethan said as the magical hero was the first to pop up inside of his head.

Zatanna Zatara, a powerful Homo Magi that eventually loses both of her parents to unfortunate events. However, thinking of it made Ethan remember a certain detail about Zatanna's mother.

'Isn't Turkey where the hidden city of Homo Magi?... Isn't that also where Sandra said that Ra's Al Ghul obtained the weapon...? Could it a coincidence?' He thought, stroking his chin.

"It seems you do know," Diana said sounding a bit surprised.

"I'm familiar...but why say that I'm a dragon?"

"Of course I have very little poof, but I'm absolutely sure I am correct."

"And what would you do with that information?" Ethan growled, releasing a bit of killing intent towards the demigod.

At that moment, Diana could feel that Ethan had grown stronger since they last met and there was no guarantee that she would be able to stop him without help.

"I don't plan on doing anything." Diana frowned, shrinking back a bit.

Ethan glared at her as he tried to see if she was telling the truth by looking into her eyes.

Her beautiful blue eyes said that she was speaking the truth, but Ethan felt something was slightly off about them.

Seconds later, he moved faster Diana could blink, disappearing in front of her eyes until she felt something pinning her down on the floor with incredible strength.

"What are you hiding?!"

Diana knew very well that she could lose her life if she gave the wrong answer, but she managed to stay completely still.

"I am hiding nothing." She calmly answered.

However, Ethan still didn't believe her which stirred his anger even more and somehow it sparked something else within him.

Suddenly he wanted to kill her...

He didn't quite understand why, but his teeth started to ache and something in his brain told him that he could soothe the pain by sinking his teeth into her.

And before he knew it his teeth were already inches away from Diana's neck, ready to rip out her flesh.

"Don't do it...please...Don't go down that path."

Ethan suddenly heard a unknown voice, snapping him out of his daze just as the door to the room opened, revealing Yui with a cart filled with food.

"Although the room is private. We forbid customers from getting too intimate as it would require us to throw away things if they are messy." Yui replied.

Ethan quickly pulled back, glancing at Diana's face as there was a slight tinge of red on her cheeks.

Eventually, he lets go of Diana and returns to his seat as if nothing ever happened.

'Tydris did you hear someone talk moments ago?'

("I heard nothing...") The dragon replied still angry from what Ethan said earlier.

'Then...who was that?'
