I have Naruto Uzumaki as a System
A.N I wrote this months ago so enjoy it until the new chapter is written.

The Joker was a well known man around the world for his many deeds. He was a man born from the ashes of tragedy or he sometime thought so inside his head.
There were many things inside his head and people called him crazy for such pure things. He was just doing things that he wanted, what was so wrong with that.
Morals were just a system made to control people and he didn't like to be controlled.
"Cleanse thy thoughts, demon."
Yes, there it was once again. A voice inside his head and Joker thought he might have lost too much of his brain capacity after the last battle with the dark knight.
It happened on day like yesterday, he was sitting in his cell inside Arkaham Asylum peacefully when something appeared in front of his vision and he heard a cheerful tone.
"Congratulations lost sheep; you have been rewarded with my presence and the opportunity to spread happiness across the world."
Now don't mind him but Joker could go with that but it didn't seem the voice meant the same kind of things he was imagining.
Joker decided to humor the voice just like he had done at some occasions.
"Why lost sheep? I believe my path is the straightest with no turns."
"Stop thinking this is a voice inside your head. I am not just any voice, I am Naruto Uzumaki. Call me Lord Seventh from now and for your question. You have the lost path of justice and I will be re-educating you from now on."
"And how are you going to do that Mr. Uzumaki?"
"Like this!" Naruto's cheerful voice rang inside his head as Joker saw a blue screen, something that was common in RPG's.

"Chakra is spiritual and physical energy combined that allows a person to create miracles and surpass the level of humanity. This is the starting point of becoming a Saint since power is required in the outer world.
Friends are people that like you and you like them. You can like the same things, share your secrets and help in the time of need." Naruto explained calmly as he looked at the insane clown from above
He didn't why he became a system after death but since it already happened, Naruto wasn't one to complain.
The task was to help the chosen one of the system and save the world from darkness so as the system he could give tasks and help Joker grow powerful.
The tasks provided him energy to create those things and provide the rewards but unlike other similar systems, this one only gave things that Naruto had actually possessed by the end of his long life of 200 years.
'This is going to be interesting.' Naruto had saved many people from becoming scum like Joker and changed them back through talking but he never did go through it like this
His aura had massive affect on people since he represented hope and love so the insanity and negative desires couldn't last long but he couldn't do that now and it sounded fun.
"Hmm, I like the sound of that." Joker muttered as he thought about the powers and what he could do with them
"Okay, I will do it. Will you guide me or I do it my way?"
"I only provide advice and tasks so do it your way but remember to never commit evil from now on. I know you don't believe such a thing but all of your actions come under the evil category so don't test our luck now or death might sound pleasant soon.
I will flood your mind with cute and lovely things plus so much more."
"HAHHAHA, I like you Mr. Uzumaki. You sound so evil." Joker couldn't keep the smile off his face after hearing those words, they made him shiver but it felt so good after months of inaction

A day went by and Joker found out the difficulty of making a friend, the man hated him with passion.
"Come on doc, I won't bite. I am serious, let's be friends. I even told you about my life."
"Please sit and just draw quietly."
"You will talk after I finish."
"I will listen to you and comment on your words."
"Great, let this great Joker show you his drawing skills."

Joker smiled as he saw the mission and he found it amusing, life had always been a game but now it really had become one.
Looking at the white papers in front of him, Joker drew without making noise and produced a normal picture of a garden.
He continued to make a city bright while the clouds dispersed.
These were different from what he usually made and they didn't come from his instincts but his logical mind that knew what was expected of him.
Passing the sheets beneath the glass between them, Joker was satisfied with the look on the man's face but the guards behind him didn't make it easy.
"Sir, don't get tricked into his play. He uses these ploys to make himself look good and escape."

Joker heard those words and felt a change in his body; it somehow felt livelier and healthier.
But he didn't really believe it yet and thought it was just a mind trick.
