2 Unexpected Opponent

Previously, Gyo's eyes changed color when he removed the glasses which were his Gold Eyes seal which made him win the match until finally the bad boys he was fighting ran away leaving him with Ren.

`` Basketball, basketball, basketball, basketball... It's fun I can play even I beat one of them you saw earlier, right Ren? '' Gyo couldn't restrain himself because he played basketball.

`` Hey, hey, can't you stop saying the same thing over and over again? '' Said Ren.

"Hmm, alright." Gyo sighed.

"You better figure out how to return your eyes to normal again," said Ren.

"It looks like it will be normal myself if I put my glasses back on," said Gyo.

After putting his glasses back on his eyes returned to normal but Ren felt that someone was watching them.

"Hey Gyo, do you feel that someone has been watching us since earlier?" Asked Ren.

''Is it true? Maybe it's my secret fan and he might like me after seeing my basketball game earlier, '' Gyo replied casually.

`` You idiot !! Who likes stupid basketball games like that? Besides, I feel that person wants something from us," said Ren a little annoyed.

After saying that the person who had been peeking from earlier finally revealed himself.

`` Looks like I've been caught so there's no harm in me coming out.

"My name is Shin, Shin Ataru," said the mysterious person.

`` Shin? What do you want us to do? '' Asked Ren.

`` You're Gyo Takaki right? It seems the story is true that there is a child who has golden eyes and those glasses must be the seal holder.

"But I didn't think that the child was the same age as me," said Shin casually.

'' Hey at least answer my question first and don't ignore me like that !! '' snapped Ren.

`` Ohh, so these glasses are a seal barrier, well, it's no wonder every time I open these glasses my eyes change and when I put them on again my eyes return to normal, '' Gyo replied innocently.

`` That's right, and idiots like you guys don't know that right? You can't even control the power of those eyes, can you? '' asked Shin.

`` C-controlling? '' Gyo repeated what the man said.

`` I'm not an idiot. I have a name you know !! My name is Ren, Ren Agaki, '' said Ren angrily.

"It's pointless arguing with idiots and weak like you guys, I'd better go.

"See you again !!" Shin ran and disappeared leaving the two people.

'' Hey you don't go! We still have business, '' said Ren furiously.

"Never mind Ren, we better go home." Gyo calmed Ren.

"Okay, but if I see him again I'll beat him!" Said Ren.

They then went home and the next day Gyo came to Ren's house carrying a piece of paper.

`` Hey Ren !! Finally I found a good high school, they won almost every basketball tournament, '' said Gyo.

`` What school is it? It seems interesting, '' said Ren.

"Here it is, ta-raa!" Said Gyo while showing the paper he brought to Ren.

`` What? Cyoku High School? Isn't that a school that is not far from our house? Is it true that the school has won every basketball tournament? '' Said Ren in surprise.

"Yeah, look at this." Gyo shows the words: Cyoku High School won the national basketball tournament 5 times in a row.

''Wow great! Then it is determined that we enter Cyoku High School, '' said Ren in a cool pretentious manner.

Finally, the day came when Gyo and Ren would enroll in Cyoku High School. They got ready and immediately rushed to the school where they were going to enroll but on the way they were followed by several people without being noticed.

"Which child do you mean?" Said one of them.

"T-that's the one who wears the glasses boss, his eyes can change and are like the eyes of a monsters," replied the child who seemed to be the child Gyo defeated yesterday.

Looks like the one called big brother is their boss.

''Coward !!! Fighting with a runny boy like him is scared and where are the monsters eyes? You lied to me, huh? '' Said the boss.

"N-no boss, really I t-telling the truth," replied the boy stammered.

"Well, to prove your point I will beat him playing basketball," said the boss with a sly smile.

After that they intercepted Gyo and Ren then the boss said, "Hey, you four eyes, let's have a basketball match with me one on one."

'' Four eyes mean me, right? '' Said Gyo, pointing at himself.

''Yes, you !! Who else? Whoever scores 3 points first wins, '' said the boss.

`` So you can play basketball with such rules, let me accept your challenge! '' Gyo replied casually.

`` Hey Gyo, don't just decide so casually. Do you know how to play basketball? You don't even know you drible it, right? '' Asked Ren in panic.

'' I know how to play! The proof is that yesterday I beat one of them, he-he-he, '' Gyo replied casually.

'' Well it's decided, let's play and the stakes are your belongings, '' said the boss.

'' W-wait a minute, let me replace him, right, Gyo,'' said Ren haltingly.

"It can't be because I just want to play against this kid," said the Boss.

"It's okay Ren, I will definitely win so you don't worry. You just have to sit back and watch me win this match, '' said Gyo casually.

`` Al-alright, '' replied Ren quietly.

'' I'll leave this, '' said Gyo, throwing away his glasses and slowly his left eye turned back.

The match begins and the ball is first held by Gyo. He casually ran while holding the ball then put the ball into the ring without any guard from the boss.

`` Hooray !! I managed to score 1 point, '' said Gyo confidently.

`` What the heck is that stupid kid thinking? Even with the power of those eyes he is still a stupid child, '' said Ren to himself.

"That number doesn't count because you carried the ball without bouncing it. Now it's my turn, I will show you how to dribble the right ball! '' Said the boss.

Instantly he immediately dribbled the ball and ran towards the ring.

'' This is what I call scoring numbers, '' said the boss as he put the ball into the ring.
