1 New start

Let's recap my life a little shall we?

Welcome to the life of a 21-year-old spinal cancer patient named Cilcel…Yes a more feminine name than I prefer but I'll make do with what I have. Not much to do when you're paralyzed from the waist below. Other than getting checked on by the doctors and nurses, I just sat on my hospital bed and either read books or played video games. Genshin Impact was a game introduced to me by my dear little sister. I wasn't too crazy about the game but played it once in a while with my sister when she visited me. I was rather more invested in the manga called Jujutsu Kaisen. From Yuji's character development to the plot twist of Kenjaku. I was caught up on the latest chapter of 230 and waiting for the next one. I honestly don't care who wins between Gojo or Sukuna. I just want to see how the story develops more. And of course, God does not me to have a happy life because he took mine. Well… That's it for my first life. Time to move on.

My god is it dark here… Wait… Is this the typical isekai anime-

I swear I just got flashbanged because what is the BALL OF FUKCING LIGHT COMING FROM?!?!?!

"Hello there mortal!" I wiped some tears from my eyes and squinted my eyes to try to see who was speaking. "Ah, is it too dark in here? Let me make this room brighter!"

"W-Wai-!!!" Ahh... I think I'm going blind.

"I-I am really sorry!!!" The humanoid figure that came from the ball of light bowed over and over with speed. "I did not think that my abilities would be that bright!"

"I don't care anymore" Cilcel, who was previously standing in the void of darkness, was now in what seemed like the center of the sun. "Sent me to the world already…"

"Ah! Of course!" The humanoid figure waved her hand in the air and a wheel appeared and spun it. Of course, the man still could not open his eyes fully to see everything on the wheel but it was enough to see what it would land on.

The wheel spun for a few more seconds before it started to slow down to its final spin.

"Oho! What interesting combinations!" The figure exclaimed excitedly.

"What did I get?" He rubbed his eyes a bit more and tried to open his eyes fully. After he tried, he realized it was not a good idea as he got blinded again.

"You will be sent to the world of Genshin Impact with a Satoru Gojo Template!" The figure shouted, followed by their usual loud voice. "Well, there is not much to talk about so have a good second life mortal!"

"Thanks. And also, my name is Cilcel."

"I see! Well, Cilcel, I hope we meet again!" After the sentence was finished, the figure and all light around Cilcel disappeared and darkness filled the room once again. But this time, the darkness seemed to be sucked up somewhere while the area around Cilcel formed into a world.

Teyvat

'How beautiful…' Cilcel thought about how colorful and large Teyvat was before he realized he was falling. 'Whoa!'

The wind brushed against his face while a golden light wrapped his body as we fell from the sky, looking like a flying star. While Cilcel was falling, he was grateful for the second chance at life and for the ability to move his legs.

He breathed the fresh air of the sky and looked at the green grass and the blue ocean. All this was a new experience for him. Spending his life in a hospital was limited to where he could go and what he could go.

The bright star was also seen by most of Tevyat, from Mondstadt to Inazuma. Some made a wish, others say it's an omen. But for Cilcel, an opportunity.

FWEEEEET!!!

A high-pitched, airy sound passed by a mountain and hit the ground. Dust and dirt covered the area along with a single man.

*Cough*

The dust entered Cilcel's mouth, making him cough. He waved his hand near his mouth, scattering the dust and making the area surrounding him visible.

[Welcome host]

[Satoru Gojo Template progress: 2.3%]

'Oho~' Cilcel amused himself by looking at the system and his surroundings. He went to a lake nearby and saw his reflection. His hair turned white and his eyes turned blue. His face can be considered hideously handsome. With his well-built physique and quite a pale complexion, he is top of the league even with Genshin Impact characters. He is dressed before the fight with Sukuna with the white haori and the Toji fit below while a black scarf wraps around his neck and hangs down a bit. Sunglasses covered his Six Eyes, which are a vibrant blue color.

'How weird…' Cilcel thought while seeing the world through Six Eyes. It is a nonstandard jujutsu trait manifesting as a pair of bright blue eyes that grant a bearer extrasensory perception. The eyes also allow for ultra-precise control over the user's cursed energy, which is indispensable for properly utilizing the Limitless technique. 'Let's see…'

Cilcel threw a rock at the rock boulder next to him. The rock bounced off the boulder and before it could hit Cilcel's face as if there was an invisible hand in front of his face, grabbing the rock.

He then tried to use the Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue. However, his Template progress was too low for him to use anything other than Infinity and superhuman strength and speed. He then heard people talking and wheeling and rolling nearby.

"Ooh look! A traveling caravan!" Cilcel didn't notice but his personality slightly shifted as well. "Let's go greet them!"

He walked to the travelers in a nonchalant way and casually greeted them. "Hey there!"

This puts the caravan on high alert immediately after Cilcel shows up. Bandits were uncommon among the path they were traveling but ruling that out is foolish.

"State you're name and business here traveler!" One of the guards of the caravan points his spear at Cilcel. As a veteran of the Adventurers' Guild, he was always over-cautious about and always thought of the worst of every possible situation subconsciously. But something tells him that this man was not so simple.

"Ah! My name is Cilcel and I may be lost…" Cilcel introduced himself before exposing his 'real' reason for approaching the caravan. "I simply want to travel with you guys until we get to a town."

The guards and the travelers discussed the situation among themselves and decided it was fine to let 1 man travel with them. After all, they did not see any vision or other weapons on him. The head captain of the guards, the man who asked Cilcel for his name, told the others to be still careful around that white-haired man. The other guards had been working for the head captain long enough to fully understand his thinking and accepted the advice.

The caravan kept moving without any other delays. Other than some random hilichurl attacks, nothing really stopped the caravan and the hired guards. Cilcel blended right in with the group of people as if they were long-time friends. His casual attitude and ability to shrug off or throw any joke back at the person who made them made him really fun to be around. While he was talking, the air was filled with constant laughter and a light mood even after Hilichurl's attack.

It went something like, "Why does you're face look weird?"

And got a, "Well that's the usual response from someone who has never seen a handsome face in the mirror~"

They realized it was always not in their favor to try to insult Cilcel as they were always thrown back at them. They traveled for one more day before reaching the city of freedom.

Mondstadt

The air was fresh here, more so than the hospital he was in.

'Whoa… The city is much bigger than what was shown in the game.' Cilcel marvels at the people around him and the size of the city. Travelers and merchants passed through the gate after showing some paperwork. Kids could be seen on the inside of the city walls playing and laughing. It truly seemed like a city of freedom.

"Well, I guess this is where we part." The head captain broke Cilcel out of his daydream. "It wasn't half bad traveling with you."

After a day, the guards warmed up to him just like the caravan did. "Yeah. This is where we part. I wish for the best for you!"

Cilcel smiled widely and left the rest of the caravan. He then tried to enter Mondstadt but the guards stopped him for some quick paperwork.

"Paper please." The guard asked Cilcel for the paperwork as he had never seen a white-haired young man in the city before as a citizen.

"Uh huh…" Cilcel nodded slowly as if he was in a running situation in his head of what he could do to get out of this trouble. "I don't have papers?"

"...Follow that guy over there." The gate guard points to another guard who is sitting down on a wooden chair. "He'll get you a pass in the city."

"Kay! Thanks!" Cilcel with his usual nonchalant manners follows the guard who got up from his chair.

He led Cilcel into the walls sat him down in front of the registration area and went back to his usual spot at the entrance of the city. Cilcel looked around and stood in awe as he looked at how lively the city was. He barely noticed that it was his turn to register for temporary citizenship.

"Ad astra abyssosque traveler. Do you wish to sign up for the temporary citizenship?"

"Yes, I would!" Cilcel grin and rub the back of his head with his hand.

"That would be 26250 mora."

"...Aha…"

-------------

My mora money system. I found out that 10 radishes in Genshin is 3150 mora and 1 radish irl is $3.00 for 10. So 1 usd is equivalent to 1050 mora. This is just my made-up mora system so don't worry about it too much.
