1 God isn't dead, He is bored?

Somewhere in the nothingness of the void.

A small soul was floating around in a purely black space without anything in sight.

"How long have I been here? Months? Years? Centuries? Seriously, if I didn't have the memories of all the good anime I would have gone insane by now! It is just soooo boring! You can do literally nothing here! I'm even talking to myself just so that I have anyone to talk to!"

As time went on the soul started to think about random things, just so it had anything on his mind in this lonely cold darkness and not die out of boredom once again. One of the favourite topics was god. Why? Because an almighty being was just such a strange concept, that you could contemplate about it a lot, even after all this time in this place he could still keep his mind occupied with this so distant but interesting topic.

"Hmm, I think I have heard the phrase "God is dead" somewhere before… I wonder where…"

It was just a random thought but he started to pointlessly pursue this thought.

"But it is indeed an interesting question; why would the god who loves all let something like catastrophes befall the humans?"

After thinking about it for a long time he came to a interesting hypothesis:

"God's Not dead, god is bored!"

Knowing christianity the best, the soul started to piece the information he knew about what was known about God together.

"According to the bible God created human beings in the image of himself. If that is the case, it isn't so strange to try to go at this from such an angle… What would be if I were God…"

It was a strange idea but as he thought about it he could only come to one conclusion:

"There is only one reason for an almighty being like God to do anything; boredom! As an almighty being who was probably all alone in the universe, any being would start to become bored and search for something to entertain itself... Especially if we think that he existed on his own in the galaxy for several millennia or more, just "living" all alone in the black infinite nothingness…"

Now he started to really get into it. He started to tie it to the story of the creation of the world.

"At some point God had an idea to relieve himself of this boredom; creating a world with living beings on it, maybe such a project and the beings on it would be interesting? After creating the world he also made something similar to himself. After being alone all alone all that time he wanted something like that. However, giving them great power would make things too boring so he made them more intelligent than the animals, but weaker than some. He himself was the apex of existence so he never experienced anything like hardship of work so he wanted to observe the struggles of others to get a better understanding of the things he didn't understand…"

He looked out for "his" people for some time and made sure that the humans could survive. But after a bit of time even that got boring, the humans were now on top and the world started to get boring. He stopped being their "Prometheus" and wanted to know how they would do by themselves. Only a bit after he found something sparked his interest: The bad side of the humans. As they were created in his image he observed them to understand more about himself in the process as well.. He started to become fascinated with his "own people" whom he created, he wanted to know their limits and how far they could go. Finally he found a good show; the story of humanity."

"However, a story of hardship is always more fascinating so he started to create trials for humanity to overcome."

While talking to itself, the soul had floated quite a distance from where it started.

"But I don't think that such a story would be enough to satisfy my own feelings or those of god... "

He started discussing his theory with himself more and more.

Until it suddenly saw something very unfamiliar: It was a light.

Normally only darkness existed in this place of absolute nothingness. He immediately started to float towards it with the greatest speed possible. Maybe it was another soul or something else. He didn't care, it was the first time he ever saw something different from the cold black space around him. Maybe, just maybe, he could finally find someone to talk to other than himself.

He stopped near the light, he feared that whatever this light was would suddenly just vanish.

"Hello there."

Greeting whatever it was with an enthusiastic voice, a reply came back that he would have never expected:

"General Kenobi."

"Wait, why are we doing Star Wars quotes?"

He was a bit startled and very happy that someone existed here and he even knew memes! The bringt light didn't have any form however, it had a very imposing voice! He felt the urge to kneel before it, but resisted it.

"May I know who you are? I haven't seen anyone besides me here since, well, forever."

The light seemed to nod majestically, even though it wasn't a real figure.

"I'm what you would probably refer to as god. The creator of you and your world and a nearly almighty being."

"Oh, and what do I owe the pleasure to meet god? I don't believe that god would greet every soul that comes here, and if you do, you are a bit late. Don't tell me you were on a walk and suddenly a black cat came across your way, so you had to take a detour."

"Naruto it is… And to be honest with you, you aren't that far off. I was just walking around and heard something interesting. You said something like; "God is bored" right? To be honest, you are the first person that I met that actually seems to understand me. Most of the people who come here have really strange images of me… Well, you humans were even more entertaining through your religions and beliefs. In fact, I did show up to a few of these "prophets" at some point in time because it was funny, but I didn't expect something such as all these kinds of religions to happen. But do you know the most funny part of it? The one you think about as my son, this Jesus, was one of those that I didn't even appear to. He was a funny guy I have to say, but I didn't think that an impostor would be one of the most prestigious religious figures there would be…"

"I will stop you monologue right there. If you came here, I would like to know the reason why you did so. Though, I'm very happy to finally talk with someone after all this time, I believe you have another purpose, right?"

Even though his words were a bit rude God wasn't angry or anything, on the contrary he seemed to be quite pleased.

"Indeed. There was something that had piqued my interest in the past, Anime. And now I can proudly proclaim that I'm a Otaku!!! But do you know something? There is one big problem! Why does it take so long for new anime and novels to get released?!!! I have lived for more than several billions of years, but now, each second is pulling at my heartstrings! So I decided to make my own story. I'm god right? I made a anime-multiverse world with all the anime I liked! But there was one thing that was still not good, even in this new world, everything just went by. So, after I read one of those multiverse reincarnation fan-fictions, I decided that I would do just that as well. And you are the candidate to become the main character of this whole new story! Why, you ask? Simply because I find you interesting. And I can watch your story unfold each moment I want to because it is a story written in real time! Great isn't it? I'm a genius! Light and Lelouch are nothing against me!"

God seemed to be very excited about and proud of his idea.

"Just one quick question to you, genius god; why didn't you just make time flow faster, so that the anime come out faster for you?"

"As I said, I'm not completely all-mighty. The whole universe and also time is linked to me, that means that even if I want to speed up time, it will only be for the others, but not for me, because I'm the time itself. I also can't go into a world and experience adventure myself because the worlds are too weak to bear my mere presence. By the way, if you might be wondering about the tone of my voice, I'm not male or female, I can take any form I want."

The soul made a gesture akind to a nod and God continued.

"Now then, onto the business: You have six wishes. Up to you if you want to use them right now, or later."

"I wanna use them now."

"Alright how do you wanna use them?"

"For my first wish I want the strongest system you have."

"Alright. Anything more?"

"Yes, I want to be reincarnated with all the elements and affinities in my world. Like there is nothing that I can't do. Restrictions are boring."

"Better yet, I'll give you never before seen elements as well for 2.5 wishes, deal?"

"Deal! It makes sense given how OP it is, so that's 3.5 wishes. 2.5 left"

"Anything else?"

"Yes I wanna spend half a wish on the ability to recreate my body before I reincarnate. Top models will be nothing against me!"

"That's okay. Btw you can choose where you get born before you reincarnate as well as create a backstory for yourself. I hope that you will be creative."

"This one will be my last wish for now. I'm gonna save the other one up to use in the new world."

"And what would that last wish be?"

"All the abilities of Rimuru Tempest from TTIGRAAS(That Time I got Reincarnated As A slime) and his unique skills"

"Is that it?"

"Yes."

"Alright, here you go."

A sudden bright light and loud sound came from nowhere and the soul disappeared.

After a short while God noticed something

"I forgot to ask for his name…"
