In 2020 a virus broke out called COVID - 19 it killed many and brought the world into chaos if it were not for NHS and scientific research, the world would of ended in chaos. Many years later an otaku boy still had the virus in him and that virus manifested, once he found out that he could spread it he knew that the world would be in chaos so to stop sufferer get among him and the world he committed suicide and was giving a chance to have a meeting with the supreme being "God".
