A year later Orisha yewa came to choose mermaids who will serve her, she went to the west, every year she graces the seas by coming to select mamiwatas that will serve under her, They gave her the biggest cave to rest in, she sat on a throne-like chair, as she waited for the chief to bring in the candidates a young girl ran in she bowed in front of Yewa " please pick me" "am sorry Orisha Yewa, the chief apologized and went to drag Zaira away but Yewa stopped him, " why should I pick you" "because is every mamiwatas dream to serve you, I want to be blessed and it can only happen if I serve a very powerful and beautiful goddess like you, Yewa smiled everyone knows that she likes being praised, she chose Zaira and two others, after years of working under Yewa, Zaira became Yewa-s favorite and most trusted servant, Zaira makes her beautiful ornaments which she uses to flaunt especially at Oya,
" Here, your tonic" She collected it and drank it a few minutes later she fell asleep, Zaira smirked she carried her key and open the safe that Yewa use to keep important stuff, she saw the parchment assigned to Yewa, she took it and swam to where the other mamiwatas are, " can I get your attention" all the mamiwatas turned to her direction "all of you here has been offended by humans, one way or the other, the ones who want to follow me and take revenge on what humans did to them should follow me" "what are you saying, what strength do we have to defeat them" a male Mamiwata asked she raised the parchment , the ones who knew about the parchment gasped, the mamaiwatas started talked among yourselves, "but what if Yewa finds out about this" the girl said looking scared, Zaira smiled, "you don't have to worry about her, Yewa is like a child, all we have to do is lay low for a while, she will look for us probably for a month, then she will forget it" they talked among them selves, many raised their hands and some did not, "I want to join too" she heard a young girl's voice she looked at the girl and her eyes dilated. "Atika" she came to Zaira "sister" she stopped when she saw the way Zaira eyes were filled with hatred towards her, Atika felt a whole new pain the sister who looks at her with love, is long gone. At first, Zaira refused to let her join, but after a lot of begging, she agreed. They move to the south sea of Uma, "Kili I will come for you" Zaira said an evil glint flashed across her eyes.
After months of training, Zaira decided to test her new skill, Hypnosis She went into the forest, looking for a victim when she heard a young girl screaming. "So you, think you can escape me, did you forget that I know your secret, do you want me to tell everyone that you are a mamiwata" "please forgive me" the young girl begged the young men Zaira clenched her fist, the girl was wearing a tattered dirty brown dress but even with alll the dirt and wounds on her body the girl was a beauty, "looks like I have found my victims", she went towards the men, they saw a beautiful young lady walking towards them, " who are you," their leader asked she began chanting some words they don't understand, "what's she doing" one of the men looked at her, soon the leaders' eyes looked blank "kill them, then kill yourself" the other men looked shocked they stared at the girl their body shook in fear because of the menacing aura exuding from her, soon the leader shot the first man with the gun he hung on his back, the others started running and the leaders shot them all and shot himself, the young was shocked at what happened "what is your name" "they call me Idoti (dirt)" the girl sobs. Zaira chuckled " those evil creatures, from now on your name is Belle, your a beauty after all" "Belle," the young girl said her new name with a smile. "Thank you" "let's go" Zaira felt an itch on her right arm she looked at her skin and saw that a small area on her skin has turned black.
Another month past and Zaira and the others left for Uma village, the villagers are now suffering under Kili's reign, The chief died a few days after his third wife's death, his other wives and children moved away to another village for a fresh start after the whole village chose Kili to be their new chief since he was the hero that saved them from mamiwatas. The mamiwatas stood at the entrance of the village "kill everyone, not a single soul should be spared, Zaira said with an evil grin splattered on her face, Atika came to her side " but there are innocent children and women" Atika said to her with a worried look, Zaira sneered at her "are you feeling bad for your fellow humans, did they spare any women or children who were in the south sea, if you can't do your job then leave, I don't want your useless self here anyway" she walked away leaving Atika behind, she looked at her sister, there was a pain in her eyes but she decided to stick to Zaira even if it means killing innocent people. mermaids bought out their local made shotgun and started shooting anyone at sight, Bibi was sitting inside the new chief's compound, her past deed has been hunting her these days
FLASHBACK
Kili stood in front of the chief and his family, he crouched in front of Atika, "my dear Atika, do you know how much I love you, I asked the chief here" he pointed at the chief with a smug on his face. "I asked him for your hand in marriage but he refused" "she was twelve" the chief yelled at him, "but you gave your first wife hideous niece for me to marry, I went for a visit in the neighboring village and you married her off to Kin" "you were not serious about marrying her but someone else did" the chief was pissed off. "Did you kill Adoebe?" Bibi asked him, "yes, the idiot died protecting her Mamiwata husband, tears rolled down Bibi's cheeks, " she always thought that Kin killed Adoebe, and her hatred for mamiwatas increased. "I will give you a chance to save yours and your daughter's life, you know its funny when you found out about your husband being a Mamiwata you rejected him and your daughter, I was beyond glad, but after a year your daughter came back and those pesky children always hovering around, my five years of planning is paying off when his first wife and daughter come to you, you will give them these, he gave her a little clothing containing red poison, " how sure are you that she's going to come and do you think you can defeat Alem and his team with that little amount of poison you are planning to spill into the river," Atika said, he laughed like someone who has lost his mind, "they will surely come for Topa as for your Alem, our weapons have been smeared with red poison, Bibi looked at him fear and panic filled her eyes.

Zaira walked into the chief's compound the first person she saw was Bibi, who is now old and wrinkled she looked sad and lost, " awww, my poor step mother" Bibi was startled she looked at the young lady with wide eyes, "Zaira is that you" "yes, is me" she laughed evily " oh, how the mighty has fallen, I used to do a lot of things to get you to like me, I was really stupid" Zaira's face looked at her mockingly, "forgive me, I did it to save my daughter" I don't want to hear your explanations" Zaira cut her off, "Your precious daughter is with me" Bibi looked shocked "she is on mamiwatas side, she's my servant, she does everything I asked her to do" Bibi shut her eyes her tears kept flowing out, "she's out there killing your kind, I will have loved to stay and chat, but I have to kill a worthlessly being" she walked away with a smile of truimphed on her face leaving behind the weeping Bibi.
Kili is now an old man, he looked at the young lady who walked into his room looking at him with so much contempt, he wondered what his guard was doing to let this girl in. "Who are you" "let's just say am the grim ripper who is here to send you to hell" she raised her knife and looked at him with a creeping smile on her face, she was about to stab him when a voice started whispering in her ear, "is too easy, have you forgotten, what he did, give him a very painful death" "what kind of death should I give him" Kili looked at the girl, he was bemused, he slowly made his way to his gun, "how about making him, kill his own family, what could be worse than that the eerie voice said, Zaira smirked, Kili pointed his gun at her, but she hypnotized him. "Kill your family" Zaira cold voice kept echoing in his ears, he stood up and entered his first wife's room, he killed her and two of his children, the rest had the commotion and came out of their hut, they saw their father holding a local shotgun, he looked like he has been zombified, he shot at his son, who tried to come close, the rest of the family started screaming running from the compound, Zaira was still smiling, when Kili pointed the gun at her, her smile disappeared, " how is he able to resist the hypnosis" her body shook in fear, is this how I will die she thought to herself, "I haven't avenge Mama and Papa" she closed her eyes tears trickled down her cheeks, a gunshot was fired, Zaira opened her eyes to see Belle holding a shotgun, she was beyond delighted, they left after killing the entire villagers.
Back at the sea, Zaira was thinking about her failed hypnosis, "do you want to become stronger" the eerie voice spoke again "yes" Zaira answered "then, are you willing to do anything I asked of you" said the eerie voice, "yes" Zaira answered "if you want to be stronger all you have to do is bring me, humans, as a sacrifice" Zaira evilly smiled "I will gladly do it".

Atika looked at Zaira who was now trapped in a crystal, " don't worry, your sister is a strong lady she won't die" Black consoled Atika who was sobbing.
Ohi was jogging in their street, suddenly his environment changed he found himself in a forest, ever since Belle incident Ohi developed a phobia for wildness. "Hi, Ohi saw a young guy waving at him, " Am Banju, and am here to kill you" Ohi gasped "Oh shit".
